Abstract
一种颗粒化功能化复配三聚异氰脲酸酯(TAIC),质量份配方如下:三聚异氰脲酸酯(TAIC)60、增塑剂5‑10、聚乙烯蜡10‑19;白碳黑:5‑25。制备流程为:1)三聚异氰脲酸酯(TAIC)60、增塑剂5‑10、分散剂1共熔,2)用白碳黑吸附共熔物;3)吸附料在40‑60℃共混;4)共混后的料在40‑60℃挤出造粒。

技术领域
本发明涉及橡胶助剂的制备,尤其是橡胶助剂与增塑剂等惰性载体复合共混制备方法。
背景技术
在橡塑行业,三聚异氰脲酸酯(TAIC)是性价比极高的一种助交联剂,但其熔点在23度左右,正好在常温室温范围内,用桶包装,冬天凝固取用困难。如用袋包装,夏季流淌,贮运运输也极麻烦。
如何很好的解决这个问题且不影响三聚异氰脲酸酯(TAIC)的使用性能是困扰行业的一个问题。
发明内容
本发明目的是,提出一种颗粒化复配三聚异氰脲酸酯(TAIC)方法,尤其是采用合适惰性载体与TAIC共熔再用白碳黑吸附后,再熔造粒,有效物质三聚异氰脲酸酯的含量达到60%;贮存条件呈固体,基本不受温度的影响,可以在一年四季正常使用,配用安全方便,可以用于自动化配料系统的产品。
本发明技术方案是,一种颗粒化功能化复配三聚异氰脲酸酯(TAIC)的方法,颗粒化复配的配方如下(质量份):三聚异氰脲酸酯(TAIC)60、增塑剂5-10、聚乙烯蜡10-19;白碳黑:5-25;白碳黑规格吸浊淔3-3.6,含水率4%,pH值6.8-7.2;
另采用内脱模剂10-19、分散剂1-2;内脱模剂:脂肪酸盐、脂肪酸酯、脂肪酰胺或其混和物。
分散剂0.5-3:聚乙二醇或和脂肪酰胺;
聚乙烯蜡10-19、熔点60度左右;
增塑剂5-15:聚酯增塑剂、乙二酸乙二醇醚酯;
本发明的制备流程:
1、三聚异氰脲酸酯(TAIC)60、增塑剂5-10或再加分散剂1共熔,
2、用白碳黑吸附共熔物;
3、吸附料在40-60℃共混;
4、共混后的料在40-60℃挤出造粒。
有益效果,本发明提出一种颗粒化复配三聚异氰脲酸酯(TAIC)方法,采用合适惰性载体增塑剂与TAIC共熔再用白碳黑吸附后,再熔造粒,制造出熔程温度55-65℃,有效物质的含量达到60%的贮存条件,配用安全方便,可以自动化配料的产品。
具体实施方式
实施例1:通用型颗粒化复配三聚异氰脲酸酯(TAIC),配方如下(质量份):三聚异氰脲酸酯(TAIC)60、聚酯增塑剂10、聚乙烯蜡15、白炭黑15。
制备流程:
1、三聚异氰脲酸酯(TAIC)60、增塑剂10、共熔,
2、用白碳黑吸附共熔物;
3、聚乙烯蜡和吸附料在55℃共混;
4、共混后的料在55℃挤出造粒。
实施例2:一种内脱模型颗粒化复配三聚异氰脲酸酯(TAIC)方法,配方如下(质量份):三聚异氰脲酸酯(TAIC)40、聚乙烯蜡10;硬脂酸锌15、油酸丁酯25、白炭黑10;
制备流程:
1、三聚异氰脲酸酯(TAIC)、油酸丁酯共熔,
2、用白碳黑硬脂酸锌吸附共熔物;
3、聚乙烯蜡和吸附料在50-60℃共混;
4、共混后的料在50-60℃挤出造粒。
实施例3:一种助分散型颗粒化复配三聚异氰脲酸酯(TAIC)方法,配方如下(质量份):三聚异氰脲酸酯(TAIC)40、聚乙烯蜡5;脂肪酰胺15、聚乙二醇4000 25、白炭黑15;
制备流程:
1、三聚异氰脲酸酯(TAIC)、聚乙二醇共熔,
2、用白碳黑吸附共熔物;
3、聚乙烯蜡脂肪酰胺和吸附料在40℃共混;
4、共混后的料在60℃挤出造粒。
实施例4:一种耐磨型颗粒化复配三聚异氰脲酸酯(TAIC)方法,配方如下(质量份):三聚异氰脲酸酯(TAIC)40、聚乙烯蜡10;高分子硅酮40、白炭黑10;
实施例5:一种通用型颗粒化复配三聚异氰脲酸酯(TAIC)方法,配方如下(质量份):三聚异氰脲酸酯(TAIC)50、己二酸乙二醇醚酯15、聚乙烯蜡15、白炭黑20、合计100
制备流程:
1、三聚异氰脲酸酯(TAIC)50、增塑剂15、共熔,
2、用白碳黑吸附共熔物;
3、聚乙烯蜡和吸附料在60℃共混;
4、共混后的料在40℃挤出造粒。
Claims (5)
1.一种颗粒化功能化复配三聚异氰脲酸酯(TAIC),其特征是,质量份配方如下:三聚异氰脲酸酯(TAIC)60、增塑剂5-10、聚乙烯蜡10-19;白碳黑:5-25。
2.根据权利要求1所述的功能化复配三聚异氰脲酸酯(TAIC),其特征是,另增加内脱模剂10-19、分散剂1-2;内脱模剂:脂肪酸盐、脂肪酸酯、脂肪酰胺或其混和物。
3.根据权利要求2所述的功能化复配三聚异氰脲酸酯(TAIC),其特征是,所述分散剂0.5-3:采用聚乙二醇或和脂肪酰胺;聚乙烯蜡10-19、熔点60度左右。
4.根据权利要求1所述的功能化复配三聚异氰脲酸酯(TAIC),其特征是,增塑剂5-15:聚酯增塑剂、乙二酸乙二醇醚酯。
5.根据权利要求1-4之一所述的功能化复配三聚异氰脲酸酯(TAIC)制备方法,其特征是,制备流程为:
1)三聚异氰脲酸酯(TAIC)60、增塑剂5-10、分散剂1份共熔;
2)用白碳黑吸附共熔物;
3)吸附料在40-60℃共混;
4)共混后的料在40-60℃挤出造粒。
