Abstract

本发明涉及一种静电膜产品及其生产工艺,包括双胶纸,双胶纸的一侧设置有胶水层,胶水层的一侧设置有BOPP薄膜,BOPP薄膜的一侧设置有静电膜面料;将BOPP薄膜放至涂布机上卷纸滚筒上,通过滚筒将纸张引入,经过涂布刮刀将丙烯酸胶水均匀的涂布在BOPP薄膜表面张力小的那一面;通过传动导辊将BOPP薄膜导入60℃‑80℃的烘箱,经过20‑25秒后将丙烯酸胶水烘干后出烘箱与双胶纸复合粘结,形成静电膜底纸;将前面制作好的静电膜底纸经过复卷工序,剔除不良品,复卷整齐在专用复合机上将静电膜面料与静电膜底纸的BOPP薄膜那一面复合,然后进行收卷和包装。本发明结构简单,上胶速度快,胶厚稳定,操作方便等优点,能大幅提高生产效益,可以调节胶厚。

技术领域
本发明涉及静电膜领域,特别涉及一种静电膜产品及其生产工艺。
背景技术
静电膜在很多领域都有着广泛地应用,不同的领域静电膜的厚度要求不同,而产品基材和静电膜面料的厚度很难进行调整,所以对产品种类的多样性不利,由于现有的静电膜产品张力比较小,静电膜面料与基材之间的附着力也比较小,使用的时候容易出现脱落的情况。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种静电膜产品及其生产工艺,结构简单,基材制作工艺简单,适用小批量、不同宽度的静电膜产品生产,方便、高效。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:提供一种静电膜产品,包括双胶纸,所述的双胶纸的一侧设置有胶水层,所述的胶水层的一侧设置有BOPP薄膜,所述的BOPP薄膜的一侧设置有静电膜面料。
作为补充,所述的胶水层采用的是乳液型或溶剂型的丙烯酸亚敏胶水。
进一步的,所述的静电膜面料采用的是环保PVC材料。
进一步的,所述的胶水层厚度为10-20微米。
一种静电膜产品的生产工艺
(a) 将BOPP薄膜放至涂布机上卷纸滚筒上,通过滚筒将纸张引入,经过涂布刮刀将丙烯酸胶水均匀的涂布在BOPP薄膜表面张力小的那一面;
(b) 通过传动导辊将BOPP薄膜导入60℃-80℃的烘箱,经过20-25秒后将丙烯酸胶水烘干后出烘箱与双胶纸复合粘结,形成静电膜底纸;
(c) 将前面制作好的静电膜底纸经过复卷工序,剔除不良品,复卷整齐在专用复合机上将静电膜面料与静电膜底纸的BOPP薄膜那一面复合,然后进行收卷和包装。
有益效果:本发明涉及一种静电膜产品及其生产工艺,静电膜结构简单,使用BOPP薄膜作为与静电膜面料的接触面,因BOPP表面张力在42达因以上,增大了静电PVC与基材的附着力;BOPP薄膜的厚度可以调整,从而改变总底纸的厚度,满足不同客户对基材厚度的要求;基材制作工艺简单,适用小批量、不同宽度的静电膜产品生产,方便、高效。

如图1-3所示,本发明的实施方式涉及一种静电膜产品,包括双胶纸1,所述的双胶纸1的一侧设置有胶水层2,所述的胶水层2的一侧设置有BOPP薄膜3,所述的BOPP薄膜3的一侧设置有静电膜面料4。
所述的胶水层2采用的是乳液型或溶剂型的丙烯酸亚敏胶水。
所述的静电膜面料4采用的是环保PVC材料。
所述的胶水层2厚度为10-20微米。
作为本发明的一种实施例,其生产工艺如下:
(a) 将BOPP薄膜3放至涂布机上卷纸滚筒上,通过滚筒将纸张引入,经过涂布刮刀将丙烯酸胶水均匀的涂布在BOPP薄膜表面张力小的那一面;
(b) 通过传动导辊将BOPP薄膜3导入60℃-80℃的烘箱,经过20-25秒后将丙烯酸胶水烘干后出烘箱与双胶纸1复合粘结,形成静电膜底纸;
(c) 将前面制作好的静电膜底纸经过复卷工序,剔除不良品,复卷整齐在专用复合机上将静电膜面料4与静电膜底纸的BOPP薄膜3那一面复合,然后进行收卷和包装。
本发明静电膜结构简单,使用BOPP 薄膜作为与静电膜面料的接触面,因BOPP表面张力在42达因以上,增大了静电PVC与基材的附着力;BOPP薄膜的厚度可以调整,从而改变总底纸的厚度,满足不同客户对基材厚度的要求;基材制作工艺简单,适用小批量、不同宽度的静电膜产品生产,方便、高效。

Claims (5)

1.一种静电膜产品,包括双胶纸(1),其特征在于,所述的双胶纸(1)的一侧设置有胶水层(2),所述的胶水层(2)的一侧设置有BOPP薄膜(3),所述的BOPP薄膜(3)的一侧设置有静电膜面料(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的静电膜产品,其特征在于:所述的胶水层(2)采用的是乳液型或溶剂型的丙烯酸亚敏胶水。
3.根据权利要求1所述的静电膜产品,其特征在于:所述的静电膜面料(4)采用的是环保PVC材料。
4.根据权利要求1所述的静电膜产品,其特征在于:所述的胶水层(2)厚度为10-20微米。
5.一种根据权利要求1所述的静电膜产品的生产工艺,其特征在于,具体步骤如下:
将BOPP薄膜(3)放至涂布机上卷纸滚筒上,通过滚筒将纸张引入,经过涂布刮刀将丙烯酸胶水均匀的涂布在BOPP薄膜表面张力小的那一面;
通过传动导辊将BOPP薄膜(3)导入60℃-80℃的烘箱,经过20-25秒后将丙烯酸胶水烘干后出烘箱与双胶纸(1)复合粘结,形成静电膜底纸;
将前面制作好的静电膜底纸经过复卷工序,剔除不良品,复卷整齐在专用复合机上将静电膜面料(4)与静电膜底纸的BOPP薄膜(3)那一面复合,然后进行收卷和包装。
