技术领域
本发明涉及一种药膳,具体涉及一种供胃及肠道溃疡疾病人群食用的药膳。
背景技术
胃溃疡是一种常见的消化系统疾病,具有难治愈、复发率高等特点。据流行病学调查,在西方国家中,胃溃疡发病率达2.4%,在中国大陆某些地区,胃溃疡发病率高达6.07%,约22.5%的胃肠道症状患者出现胃溃疡。目前,临床治疗胃溃疡的药物主要以西药为主。
目前治疗胃溃疡的西药有很多,主要分为以下几种:
①胃酸抑制剂:铝碳酸镁、氢氧化铝、氧化镁、碳酸钙等。
②H2受体抑制剂:西咪替丁、雷尼替丁等。
③质子泵抑制剂:常用的如奥美拉唑、兰索拉唑、雷贝拉唑等,是胃溃疡的首选用药,主要可抑制胃酸分泌,促进溃疡病愈合。
④抗菌药(抗幽门螺杆菌):克拉霉素、阿莫西林、甲硝唑等。
⑤胃黏膜保护剂:与质子泵抑制剂联用减少溃疡复发,常见的如硫糖铝、枸橼酸铋钾等,主要是保护胃黏膜,使其免受胃酸剂胃蛋白酶的剌激,从而促进溃疡的愈合。
⑥胃肠动力药:用于出现恶心、呕吐、腹胀等症状的患者,常见多潘立酮片、枸橼酸莫沙比利胶囊等,主要促进胃排空,减少食物对胃窦部的剌激,并有助于溃疡愈合。
⑦中药复方制剂:康复新液、胃康胶囊、健胃愈疡片等。
⑧联合用药:药物三联疗法(三种药物联合应用),三联疗法的处方有很多,每个处方的疗程也是不同,一般是质子泵抑制剂+抗幽门螺杆菌药物两种组成的三联疗法(奥美拉唑+克拉霉素/甲硝唑+阿莫西林),用药时间一般是一到两周,疗程是两周或四周。
西药治疗胃溃疡会出现一定的不良反应。如长期服用胃酸分泌抑制剂会导致胃肠功能紊乱、消化不良、胃黏膜萎缩等。另一方面,多年临床实践表明西药治疗患者往往会出现复发、病情加重的情况。临床运用联合用药,虽然能取得一定的临床疗效,由于病程较长,因此远期疗效并不理想。
经研究发现,中医药在抗胃溃疡研究方面有其独特优势,且更具临床实际意义和发展前景。中医认为胃溃疡属于“脾虚”、“胃虚”、“脾胃虚寒”、“胃脘痛”、“吐酸”等范畴。从中医辨证论治的观点分析,胃溃疡可分为五型:①肝胃气滞型:治以疏肝和胃,理气止痛,方用柴胡疏肝散合金铃子散。②血瘀阻络型:治以活血通络,理气止痛,方用膈下逐瘀汤。③肝胃郁热型:治以疏肝泄热,和胃止痛,方用丹栀逍遥散。④脾胃虚寒型:治以温中散寒,健脾益气,方用黄芪建中汤。⑤胃阴不足型:治以养阴和胃,生津润燥,方用养胃汤合沙参麦冬汤。但是,因中药经方缺乏结构性营养成分,受损的黏膜、溃疡面、出血点、糜烂点一般很难愈合。
发明内容
为了解决中西药在治疗胃及肠道溃疡疾病中存在的诸多问题,本发明运用现代病理学、生理学及临床营养治疗学对中医药配方中所缺乏的结构性营养成分给予精准强化,提供了一种供胃及肠道溃疡疾病人群食用的药膳。

作为优选的实施方式,所述复合益生菌粉包括:嗜热链球菌20亿CFU、青春双歧杆菌20亿CFU、罗伊氏乳杆菌10亿CFU、嗜酸乳杆菌20亿CFU、长双歧杆菌30亿CFU。
本发明的有益效果是:
尽管平胃散等的中药处方对治疗溃疡糜烂、改善溃疡症状有明显效果,但由于黏膜损伤性疾病的修复所需的结构性营养成分含量,在中药配伍中明显不足,无法达到临床营养最佳治疗剂量,从而导致溃疡面糜烂点愈合困难。本发明是由临床治疗剂量做精准强化之后所得,经过十几年来的临床验证证明,本发明的供胃及肠道溃疡疾病人群食用的药膳一般食用平均6周左右的时间,就可以解决大部分胃痛、胃炎、胃溃疡、腹痛、腹泻、便秘、肠炎等一系列胃肠疾病症状,溃疡面、糜烂、出血点即可消失。而对于肠道的自身免疫性疾病,比如克罗恩病,平均食用8~12周左右的时间也可以使症状得到明显的改善。
本发明对肿瘤患者在放化疗期间肠道黏膜受损引起的恶心、呕吐、厌食、黏膜性炎症、比较严重的口腔溃疡也具有非常明显的改善效果。
本发明经过营养的精准强化,弥补了中医药先天性的结构性营养成分缺陷,使治疗效果大大提高,能够快速缓解胃肠溃疡性疾病的不适症状,消除引起溃疡性疾病的致病因素,预防因胃肠溃疡所带来的其他综合病变。
另外,本发明所使用的中药材成份安全、无毒副作用。

本发明的一种供胃及肠道溃疡疾病人群食用的药膳,总体设计上可分为三个部分:
第一部分:基础食材部分
炒小米粉是将小米进行炒制后获得的,即将小米研磨成细粉,过100目筛网。
小米即粟米,具有利小便、渗湿邪之功,故脾胃之病者益食之。本发明以小米为基础食材,又炒至微焦以去其气寒之性,以达暖胃温经之效。
第二部分:食药物质部分
该部分是以橘皮、甘草、茯苓、大枣、生姜、白芷、藿香、芦荟、鸡内金、蒲公英等食药物质组成,其合用具有良好的健脾和胃、止痛等作用。因上述食药物质中的结构性营养物质含量不足,仅能够提供胃肠黏膜损伤修复所需的三十分之一,所以,需要按照疾病状态下的临床营养最佳治疗剂量予以强化,使之达到营养治疗剂量。
第三部分:临床营养精准强化部分
第1组营养强化:大豆肽粉、β-胡萝卜素、维生素C、维生素A、维生素B2、叶酸、锌。
第2组营养强化:维生素E、维生素B1、维生素B3、维生素B6、维生素B12、维生素D、硒。
第3组营养强化:猴头菇、壳寡糖。
第4组营养强化:复合益生菌粉、低聚果糖。
本发明的一种供胃及肠道溃疡疾病人群食用的药膳的制备方法主要包括以下步骤:
①将小米研磨成细粉,过100目筛网获得炒小米粉;
②按照本发明的组份及用量称取各原料备用;
③将全部原料依次投入混料机内,混合均匀,以没有结块、结固为准,密封备用;
④将混匀后的复合粉投入真空干燥机内进行干燥;
⑤取样检测重金属、微生物;
⑥检测不合格的混料,按原因进行重新处理;合格的混料进行分装,每袋25克;
⑦分装后的产品进入外包装室进行外包装;
⑧现场进行质量检验,合格后入库。
食用方法:
取本品1袋,温水冲泡,搅拌均匀,待温度适宜后即可食用。每次1袋,每日2次。

1.一种供胃及肠道溃疡疾病人群食用的药膳,其特征在于,按照重量份数计包括以下组份:

橘皮500份、茯苓750份、生姜500份、甘草500份、大枣750份、蒲公英750份、白芷500份、芦荟500份、鸡内金750份、藿香500份、炒小米粉10000份、猴头菇1000份、大豆肽粉2000份、复合益生菌粉5000份、低聚果糖1000份、壳寡糖750份、维生素E 50份、维生素C 250份、维生素A 0.125份、β-胡萝卜素0.75份、维生素D 0.005份、维生素B1 10份、维生素B2 10份、维生素B3 7.5份、维生素B6 5份、维生素B12 0.005份、叶酸0.2份、锌10份、硒0.05份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种供胃及肠道溃疡疾病人群食用的药膳,其特征在于,所述复合益生菌粉包括:嗜热链球菌20亿CFU、青春双歧杆菌20亿CFU、罗伊氏乳杆菌10亿CFU、嗜酸乳杆菌20亿CFU、长双歧杆菌30亿CFU。
