Abstract

本发明公开了一种雪糕底纸的制备方法,以漂白硫酸盐针叶木化学浆、漂白硫酸盐阔叶木化学浆、过氧化氢漂白盘磨机械浆作为纤维原料进行配抄,经浓浆筛筛浆、调料、冲浆、除砂除气、上浆、精筛、网部脱水成型、压榨、前干燥、表面施胶、后干燥、压光、卷取、打包而成。该方法制备的底纸:尘埃度低、内结合力高(后加工分切不掉粉)、低温冷冻后纸张挺度好、纸张平滑(要求覆铝后光泽度高、印刷精美)。

一种雪糕底纸的制备方法
技术领域
本发明属造纸领域,具体涉及一种雪糕底纸的制备方法。
背景技术
随着我国国民生活水平提高,国内雪糕用量大幅度增加,雪糕底纸用量也相应大幅度增加,此产品在后期使用中,还需经过覆铝,并印刷。其要求尘埃度低、内结合力高(后加工分切不掉粉)、低温冷冻后纸张挺度好、纸张平滑(要求覆铝后光泽度高、印刷精美),雪糕底纸用量目前呈直线上升态势,很大部份需要进口,开发雪糕底纸,对于提升企业盈利水平,以及弥补国内空白意义非常重大。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种雪糕底纸的制备方法,该方法制备的底纸:尘埃度低、内结合力高(后加工分切不掉粉)、低温冷冻后纸张挺度好、纸张平滑(要求覆铝后光泽度高、印刷精美)。
为实现以上目的,本发明采取的技术方案是:
一种雪糕底纸的制备方法,以漂白硫酸盐针叶木化学浆(NBKP)、漂白硫酸盐阔叶木化学浆(LBKP)、过氧化氢漂白盘磨机械浆(APMP)作为纤维原料进行配抄(配浆),经浓浆筛筛浆、调料、冲浆、除砂除气、上浆、精筛、网部脱水成型、压榨、前干燥、表面施胶、后干燥、压光、卷取、打包而成,配抄的具体操作为:将漂白硫酸盐针叶木化学浆、漂白硫酸盐阔叶木化学浆和过氧化氢漂白盘磨机械浆分别打浆后打浆度为40-44°SR、33-37°SR和50-54°SR,然后将上述三种浆按质量百分比进行配浆,混合后得到浆料。
在较佳实施情况下,所述浆料浓度调配至3.0%-3.5%。
在较佳实施情况下,所述打浆工序中,分别在漂白硫酸盐针叶木化学浆、漂白硫酸盐阔叶木化学浆和过氧化氢漂白盘磨机械浆中添加2-5 kg/t浆(每吨浆添加2-5kg)的改性瓜尔胶。
在较佳实施情况下,所述调料工段中添加淀粉增强剂6-12kg/t纸(每吨纸添加6-12kg),同时加入5-8kg/t纸的湿强剂。
在较佳实施情况下,所述表面施胶是以淀粉表面胶剂30-50kg/t纸作为主要施胶剂,再将挺硬剂3-5kg/t纸和CMC2-5kg/t纸添加到淀粉表面胶剂中。
在较佳实施情况下,所述质量百分比为:漂白硫酸盐针叶木化学浆20%-30%,漂白硫酸盐阔叶木化学浆55%-70%,过氧化氢漂白盘磨机械浆10%-15%。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:(1)本发明在打浆工序中在NBKP和LBKP中添加改性瓜尔胶,加强了纤维分丝帚化,提高了纸张内结合强度和挺度,改善了纸张细腻性;(2)在配浆时,主要以化学浆制备,只掺入少量化学机械浆,降低了成本的同时,降低了尘埃;(3)在调料时添加淀粉增强剂和湿强剂,改善了纸张低温冷冻的纸张形稳定性及挺度;(4)在表面施胶工艺中采用淀粉表面胶剂和挺硬剂,改善了纸张的挺度,在施胶剂中添加CMC,改善了纸张表面平整性和纸张覆铝效果。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体的实施例对本发明的技术方案做进一步的限定,但要求保护的范围不仅局限于所作的描述。
经测得,所得产品定量在80-90g/m2;产品横向伸缩率≤3%,产品纵向弯曲挺度≥80mN,横向弯曲挺度≥45mN,平滑度≥40s,表面强度≥1.0m/s,吸水性≤25 g/m2;纸张ISO白度82-84%ISO,纵向裂断长≥4500m,内结合强度≥350J/m2,产品质量符合国家食品包装用纸标准。
实施例1:
外购的漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆打浆到42°SR,漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆打浆到35°SR,APMP叩解度控制在52°SR;其中,NBKP及 LBKP打浆工序中,分别添加3kg/t浆的改性瓜尔胶;上述两种浆按25%漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆、63%漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆、12%过氧化氢漂白盘磨机械浆比例进行配浆,混合后调配成浓度3.1%的浆料,经浓浆筛筛浆,在调料工段中添加35kg/t纸淀粉增强剂,同时加入7kg/t纸的湿强剂,再冲浆,浆料再经除砂除气、上浆、精筛、上网成型脱水、压榨、前干燥、表面施胶后干燥、压光、卷取、打包而成雪糕底纸。
表面施胶工艺:淀粉表面胶剂浓度12%,施胶量45kg/吨纸,施胶剂中添加CMC,用量3kg/t纸,添加挺硬剂4.0kg/t纸。
经测得,该纸主要物理指标要求如表1所示:

从表1中可以看出,制得的纸张物理强度高,纸张挺度好,在低温冷冻状态不易变形,纸张表面平滑,后期覆铝加工后光泽度高、印刷精美。
实施例2:
外购的漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆打浆到44°SR,漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆打浆到37°SR,APMP叩解度控制在50°SR;其中,NBKP及 LBKP打浆工序中,分别添加5kg/t浆的改性瓜尔胶;上述两种浆按30%漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆、55%漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆、15%过氧化氢漂白盘磨机械浆比例进行配浆,混合后调配成浓度3.0%的浆料,经浓浆筛筛浆,在调料工段中添加30kg/t纸淀粉增强剂,同时加入5kg/t纸的湿强剂,再冲浆,浆料再经除砂除气、上浆、精筛、上网成型脱水、压榨、前干燥、表面施胶后干燥、压光、卷取、打包而成雪糕底纸。
表面施胶工艺:淀粉表面胶剂浓度12.5%,施胶量50kg/吨纸,施胶剂中添加CMC,用量2.0kg/t纸,添加挺硬剂5.0kg/t纸。
经测得,该纸主要物理指标要求如表2所示:

从表2中可以看出,制得的纸张物理强度高,纸张挺度好,在低温冷冻状态不易变形,纸张表面平滑,后期覆铝加工后光泽度高、印刷精美。
实施例3:
外购的漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆打浆到40°SR,漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆打浆到33°SR,APMP叩解度控制在54°SR;其中,NBKP及 LBKP打浆工序中,分别添加2kg/t浆的改性瓜尔胶;上述两种浆按20%漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆、70%漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆、10%过氧化氢漂白盘磨机械浆比例进行配浆,混合后调配成浓度3.5%的浆料,经浓浆筛筛浆,在调料工段中添加50kg/t纸淀粉增强剂,同时加入8kg/t纸的湿强剂,再冲浆,浆料再经除砂除气、上浆、精筛、上网成型脱水、压榨、前干燥、表面施胶后干燥、压光、卷取、打包而成雪糕底纸。
表面施胶工艺:淀粉表面胶剂浓度12.5%,施胶量30kg/吨纸,施胶剂中添加CMC,用量5.0kg/t纸,添加挺硬剂3.0kg/t纸。

从表3中可以看出,制得的纸张物理强度高,纸张挺度好,在低温冷冻状态不易变形,纸张表面平滑,后期覆铝加工后光泽度高、印刷精美。

Claims (6)

1.一种雪糕底纸的制备方法,其特征在于,以漂白硫酸盐针叶木化学浆、漂白硫酸盐阔叶木化学浆、过氧化氢漂白盘磨机械浆作为纤维原料进行配抄,经浓浆筛筛浆、调料、冲浆、除砂除气、上浆、精筛、网部脱水成型、压榨、前干燥、表面施胶、后干燥、压光、卷取、打包而成,配抄的具体操作为:将漂白硫酸盐针叶木化学浆、漂白硫酸盐阔叶木化学浆和过氧化氢漂白盘磨机械浆分别打浆后打浆度为40-44°SR、33-37°SR和50-54°SR,然后将上述三种浆按质量百分比进行配浆,混合后得到浆料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种雪糕底纸的制备方法,其特征在于,所述浆料浓度调配至3.0%-3.5%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种雪糕底纸的制备方法,其特征在于,所述打浆工序中,分别在漂白硫酸盐针叶木化学浆、漂白硫酸盐阔叶木化学浆和过氧化氢漂白盘磨机械浆中添加2-5 kg/t浆的改性瓜尔胶。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种雪糕底纸的制备方法,其特征在于,所述调料工段中添加淀粉增强剂6-12kg/t纸,同时加入5-8kg/t纸的湿强剂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种雪糕底纸的制备方法,其特征在于,所述表面施胶是以淀粉表面胶剂30-50kg/t纸作为主要施胶剂,再将挺硬剂3-5kg/t纸和CMC2-5kg/t纸添加到淀粉表面胶剂中。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种雪糕底纸的制备方法,其特征在于,所述质量百分比为:漂白硫酸盐针叶木化学浆20%-30%,漂白硫酸盐阔叶木化学浆55%-70%,过氧化氢漂白盘磨机械浆10%-15%。
