本发明提供一种连体的扎带,包括:一体式固定扎带或者带标签扎带、主筋板,所述主筋板与所述一体式固定扎带或者带标签扎带的长度方向垂直,一体式固定扎带的固定头部或者带标签扎带的标签边缘与所述主筋板连接整体、组成一个连体的扎带单元;1个所述主筋板与至少1个一体式固定扎带或者至少1个带标签扎带组成一个所述连体的扎带单元;一体式固定扎带的固定头部与或者带标签扎带的标签与所述主筋板之间设计分流道,还增加付筋板,所述主筋板或/及付筋板上还设计节距定位孔或节距定位柱,所述主筋板或/及付筋板的两端还分别设计定位孔或/及定位柱,多个所述连体的扎带单元首尾相连接组成扎带串、扎带料卷。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种扎带,尤其涉及一种连体的扎带。
背景技术
普通尼龙扎带的头部形状比较方正,比较容易实现自动捆扎,市面上既有使用散装的普通尼龙扎带并采用振动盘上料的自动扎带设备,为了方便扎带的自动整理排序,将普通尼龙扎带做成连体的,使用连体的扎带,自动捆扎设备就变得大为简单,因此就出现了使用连体的普通尼龙扎带的手持式自动扎带工具,而汽车、火车、摩托车及家电广泛使用一体式固定扎带,所述的一体式固定扎带是一种普通扎带功能与附加的头部固定特征(如弹性卡扣)的组合体,使用一体式固定扎带将被困扎物体捆绑后再利用一体式固定扎带的弹性卡扣直接扣到钣金件上。常见的一体式固定扎带头部特征类型主要有:杉树头加蝶形、或者杉树头加翼型的组合型、箭头加蝶形、或者箭头加翼型的组合型、带锁定孔的平板型等。汽车及家用电器用的一体式固定扎带都是采用塑料模具注塑成型,通过人工一根一根的从注塑成型的流道上拔下来再装入塑料袋中,使用时再从塑料包装袋中一根一根拿出来,用手工一根一根的捆扎;还有一种带标签扎带,是在扎带头部附加一个平板作为标签,用于印刷文字、图案、或者雕印二维码,广泛用于工、农业产品溯源、物流、邮政等行业;我们为短尺寸的一体式固定扎带设计过采用振动盘上料的桌面式自动捆扎设备,但因散装一体式固定扎带难免有变形,采用振动盘对一体式固定扎带上料的自动捆扎设备的可靠性不佳,而且采用振动盘上料的桌面式设计应用面很窄;因一体式固定扎带及带标签扎带头部形状不规则,至今为止,世界上还没有应用于一体式固定扎带或者用于带标签扎带的任何自动工具,也没有出现连体的一体式固定扎带及连体的带标签扎带;为了实现对一体式固定扎带及带标签扎带的自动捆扎作业,本人将一体式固定扎带及带标签扎带设计成一种连体的扎带。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决传统的散装的一体式固定扎带及带标签扎带对自动化捆扎作业适用性不好的缺陷而设计的一种连体扎带。
本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的:一种连体的扎带,包括:一体式固定扎带或者带标签扎带、主筋板;所述一体式固定扎带或者带标签扎带按固定的节距排列,所述主筋板与所述一体式固定扎带或者带标签扎带的长度方向垂直,多根一体式固定扎带的固定头部或者带标签扎带的标签边缘与所述主筋板连接整体、组成一个连体的扎带单元,一个所述连体的扎带单元中所述一体式固定扎带或者带标签扎带数量的多少取决于注塑模具或/及注塑机的大小,但一个所述连体的扎带单元中至少包含1个一体式固定扎带或者1个带标签扎带与1个所述主筋板,每个所述连体的扎带单元可以单独配合自动扎带设备或自动扎带工具使用。
进一步地,在每个所述一体式固定扎带的固定头部与或者带标签扎带的标签与所述主筋板之间设计分流道,所述主筋板及所述分流道不仅起到将多根所述一体式固定扎带或者带标签扎带连接成一体的作用,所述主筋板及所述分流道还作为所述的多根一体式固定扎带或者带标签扎带注塑成型的流道。
进一步地,所述主筋板的两端还分别设计定位孔或/及定位柱,所述主筋板两端的定位孔或/及定位柱形状是:或者圆形、或者椭圆、或者多边形;或者在所述主筋板的两端分别设计定位筋或/及定位槽,以便将多个所述连体的扎带单元首尾连接时用于定位。
进一步地,所述主筋板上还设计节距定位孔或节距定位柱,所述节距定位孔或节距定位柱与自动扎带设备或者工具上的定位柱或者定位孔配合,方便自动扎带设备或者自动扎带工具驱动所述连体的扎带单元,理想地,所述两个相邻的节距定位孔或节距定位柱的距离等于所述连体的扎带单元中两个相邻的一体式固定扎带或者带标签扎带的节距,或者所述两个相邻的节距定位孔或节距定位柱的距离等于所述连体的扎带单元中两个相邻的一体式固定扎带或者带标签扎带的节距的n倍或者1/n,n为正整数。
进一步地,所述主筋板上的节距定位孔或节距定位柱的形状是:或者圆形、或者椭圆、或者多边形。
进一步地,还增加付筋板,所述付筋板也与所述一体式固定扎带或者带标签扎带的长度方向垂直,所述付筋板与所述一体式固定扎带或者带标签扎带的尾部相连;所述付筋板除了作为连接及支撑所述一体式固定扎带或者带标签扎带的作用,还为所述连体的一体式固定扎带或者带标签扎带单元在注塑成型时作储存冷料之用。
进一步地,所述付筋板的两端还分别设计定位孔或/及定位柱,所述付筋板两端的定位孔或/及定位柱形状是:或者圆形、或者椭圆、或者多边形,以便将多个所述连体的扎带单元首尾连接时定位之用;或者在所述付筋板的两端分别设计定位筋及定位槽,以便将多个所述连体的扎带单元首尾连接时做定位用。

进一步地,将多个所述连体的扎带单元首尾相连接组成扎带串、扎带料卷。
本发明的有益效果在于:
1、相比于散装的一体式固定扎带或者带标签扎带,连体的一体式固定扎带或者带标签扎带大大减少了变形,为自动扎带作业提供了一个更可靠的供料方式;
2、采用连体的一体式固定扎带或者带标签扎带供料,无需振动盘及分料机构,可以使自动扎带作业由自动扎带设备向自动扎带工具转变,大大减少设备的成本及体积,使用更方便;
3、连体的一体式固定扎带或者带标签扎带的结构设计与注塑成型工艺及注塑模具技术结合,不仅减少了流道的废料用量,而且在成型后不需要人工将扎带一根一根地从注塑流道上拔下来,减少了工作量;
4.传统地,在注塑成型后,散装的一体式固定扎带或者是散装的标签扎带被一个一个地拔下来再装入袋中,拔的过程中产生变形,散装状态装入胶袋中又增加了变形的机会,而连体的一体式固定扎带或者带标签扎带从模具结构、制造工艺、包装、销售等环节都是以连体的模式,大大减少了变形。

如图1、图2、图3、及图4所示,一种连体的扎带,包括:多个一体式固定扎带或者带标签扎带1、与1个主筋板2;所述一体式固定扎带或者带标签扎带1按固定的节距排列,所述主筋板2与所述一体式固定扎带或者带标签扎带1的长度方向垂直,所述多根一体式固定扎带或者带标签扎带1的固定头或者标签边缘与所述主筋板2连接组成一个连体的扎带单元,一个所述连体的一体式固定扎带单元中所述一体式固定扎带或者带标签扎带1的数量的多少取决于注塑模具或/及注塑机的大小,但所述连体的扎带单元中至少包含1个所述一体式固定扎带或者带标签扎带1及1个所述主筋板2,所述连体的扎带单元配合自动扎带设备或自动扎带工具使用时,自动扎带设备或自动扎带工具将所述一体式固定扎带或者带标签扎带1逐个切下并将所述主筋板2作为废料排出。

如图5、图6所示,在每个所述一体式固定扎带或者带标签扎带1的头部对应连接有所述分流道3,所述分流道3再与所述主筋板2相连,所述主筋板2及所述分流道3不仅起到将多根所述一体式固定扎带或者带标签扎带1连接成一体的作用,所述主筋板2及所述分流道3还作为所述的多根一体式固定扎带或者带标签扎带1注塑成型的流道。

如图9、图10所示,在所述主筋板2上增加节距定位孔或节距定位柱7,所述节距定位孔或节距定位柱7与自动扎带工具上的定位柱或者定位孔配合,用于将所述的一种连体的扎带在自动扎带工具上定位及用于自动扎带工具驱动所述的一种连体的扎带;所述节距定位孔或节距定位柱7的形状是:或者圆形、或者椭圆、或者多边形;所述两个相邻的节距定位孔或节距定位柱7的距离等于所述连体的扎带单元中两个相邻的一体式固定扎带或者带标签扎带1的节距,或者所述两个相邻的节距定位孔或节距定位柱7的距离等于所述连体的扎带单元中两个相邻的一体式固定扎带或者带标签扎带1的节距的n倍或者1/n倍, n为正整数。

如图13、图14、图15、图16、图17所示,还增加付筋板6,所述付筋板6也与所述一体式固定扎带或者带标签扎带1的长度方向垂直,所述付筋板6与所述一体式固定扎带或者带标签扎带1的尾部相连,所述付筋板6能减少所述一体式固定扎带或者带标签扎带1尾部的变形,所述付筋板6除了作为连接所述一体式固定扎带或者带标签扎带1的作用,还可以为所述连体的扎带单元在注塑成型时作储存冷料之用,减少冷料熔接在所述一体式固定扎带或者带标签扎带1上的机会,所述连体的扎带单元配合自动扎带设备或自动扎带工具使用时,自动扎带设备或自动扎带工具自动将所述一体式固定扎带或者带标签扎带1逐个切下并将所述主筋板2、所述分流道3及所述付筋板6作为废料排出。

实施例8:
如图17所示,是2个所述连体的扎带单元首尾连接,类似地,将多个所述连体的扎带单元首尾连接成串、或成卷。

Claims (10)
1.一种连体的扎带,其特征在于:包括:主筋板、一体式固定扎带或者带标签扎带;所述一体式固定扎带或者带标签扎带按固定的节距排列,所述主筋板与所述一体式固定扎带或者带标签扎带的长度方向垂直,所述至少1个一体式固定扎带的固定头部或者至少1个带标签扎带的标签边缘与1个所述的主筋板连接成为整体、组成一个连体的扎带单元。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种连体的扎带,其特征在于:在每个所述一体式固定扎带或者带标签扎带的头部与所述主筋板之间设计分流道。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种连体的扎带,其特征在于:所述主筋板的两端还分别设计定位孔或/及定位柱,所述主筋板两端的定位孔或/及定位柱的形状是:或者圆形、或者椭圆、或者多边形;或者在所述主筋板的两端分别设计定位筋或/及定位槽代替定位孔或/及定位柱。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种连体的扎带,其特征在于:所述主筋板上还设计节距定位孔或节距定位柱,所述两个相邻的节距定位孔或节距定位柱的距离等于所述连体的扎带单元中两个相邻的一体式固定扎带或者带标签扎带的节距,或者所述两个相邻的节距定位孔或节距定位柱的距离等于所述连体的扎带单元中两个相邻的一体式固定扎带或者带标签扎带的节距的n倍或者1/n倍, n为正整数。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种连体的扎带,其特征在于:所述主筋板上的节距定位孔或节距定位柱的形状是:或者圆形、或者椭圆、或者多边形。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种连体的扎带,其特征在于:增加付筋板,所述付筋板也与所述一体式固定扎带或者带标签扎带的长度方向垂直,所述付筋板与所述一体式固定扎带或者带标签扎带的尾部相连。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种连体的扎带,其特征在于:所述付筋板的两端还分别设计定位孔或/及定位柱,所述付筋板两端的定位孔或/及定位柱的形状是:或者圆形、或者椭圆、或者多边形。
8. 根据权利要求6所述的一种连体的扎带,其特征在于:所述付筋板上设计节距定位孔或节距定位柱,所述两个相邻的节距定位孔或节距定位柱的距离等于所述连体的扎带单元中两个相邻的一体式固定扎带或者带标签扎带的节距,或者所述两个相邻的节距定位孔或节距定位柱的距离等于所述连体的扎带单元中两个相邻的一体式固定扎带或者带标签扎带的节距的n倍或者1/n, n为正整数。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种连体的扎带,其特征在于:所述付筋板上的节距定位孔或节距定位柱的形状是:或者圆形、或者椭圆、或者多边形。
10.根据权利要求1所述的一种连体的扎带,其特征在于:将多个所述连体的扎带单元首尾相连接成串、或者成卷。
