本发明涉及健身器材的动力传动系统,特别是关于一种多轴式单向动力传动系统。
背景技术
一般健身器材提供多种不同的运动状态模拟装置,藉由不同的装置模拟各种运动所需要使用的肌群,进而让使用者藉由该装置锻炼特定肌群;其中,有装置特别针对滑雪运动进行模拟,其主要具有两滑雪杆导轨、二滑雪杆及一阻尼装置组成,该二个滑雪杆导轨皆沿着一横方向延伸,而该两个滑雪杆导轨并排且相距有一预定距离,该二个滑雪杆导轨具有沿着该横方向开设的一导槽,该二个滑雪杆分别插置于该二个滑雪杆导轨的导槽内,使该二个滑雪杆能够沿着该横方向滑动,而阻尼装置则藉由二皮带分别牵引该二个滑雪杆,且该阻尼装置能够产生阻力,藉此,使滑雪杆再沿着横方向位移时,藉由皮带牵引,令使用者感受到阻力,进而让使用者训练于滑雪时所需使用的肌群。
市面上提供一种滑雪模拟装置,请参阅图1,为此种滑雪模拟装置的立体图,该阻尼装置是藉由一阻尼轮11及二皮带轮12组成,该阻尼轮11及该二个皮带轮12串接于一主轴13上,阻尼轮11能够产生阻力,而皮带轮12则藉由该二皮带14牵引滑雪杆15,当使用者在沿着该横方向拉动滑雪杆15时,皮带14带动皮带轮12,使皮带轮12带动主轴13,主轴13转动后藉由阻尼轮11提供阻力,进而让使用者在拉动滑雪杆15时感受到阻力。
然而,前述的滑雪模拟器碍于皮带轮12及阻尼轮11装设于同一个主轴13上,使该阻尼轮11及皮带轮12需立置于滑雪模拟器上(如图1所示),导致使用上产生危险,且运送过程中由于该阻尼轮11及皮带轮12立置,导致难以迭放进而使运送成本增加。
有鉴于此,确有必要提供一种多轴式单向动力传动系统,以解决前述的滑雪模拟装置其阻尼轮11及皮带轮12装设于同一主轴13上,导致必须立置的问题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种解决一般健身器材的阻尼轮及皮带轮立置于健身器材上的缺失,进而改善健身器材上阻尼轮及皮带轮容易造成危险及运送困难的缺失。
为解决上述问题,本发明为一种多轴式单向动力传动系统,包含:
一本体,具有一第一枢部、一第二枢部及一调节部;
一传动单元,具有一第一主轴及一传动轮,该第一主轴装设于该第一枢部,而该传动轮藉由一单向轴承装设于该第一主轴上,该第一主轴具有一轴向,该传动轮具有沿着该轴向排列的一第一传动部及一第二传动部,该第一传动部供以连接一牵引皮带;
一复位单元,具有一涡卷弹簧,该涡卷弹簧装设于该传动轮的其中一侧,且该涡卷弹簧的其中一端固定于该传动轮上,另一端固定于该本体上;
一阻力单元,具有一第二主轴及一阻尼轮,该第二主轴装设于该第二枢部,而该阻尼轮固定装设于该第二主轴上,该阻尼轮上装设有一第一磁阻部;
一阻力皮带,围绕并牵引该第二传动部及该第二主轴;以及
一调节单元,具有一操作杆,该操作杆的其中一端枢设于该本体上,另一端上则设有一第二磁阻部,藉由该操作杆枢摆,使该第二磁阻部靠近或远离该第一磁阻部。
在一较佳实施例中,该本体具有沿着一横方向延伸的二第一主杆,该二第一主杆相互平行排列,使该两第一主杆之间相距有一使用距离,该两第一主杆之间装设有一第二主杆及一第三主杆,该第二主杆及该第三主杆的二端分别连接该二第一主杆并平行排列,
在一较佳实施例中,该第一枢部具有二夹壁及一连接壁,该两夹壁分别设于该第二主杆其中一端的二侧,使该两夹壁之间具有一枢部距离,而该连接壁呈长杆状,且该连接壁的二端分别连接该两夹壁。
在一较佳实施例中,该第二枢部则具有两调节杆及两调节片,该二调节杆概呈U字形,且该两调节杆装设于该第二主杆上,而该两调节杆的其中一端分别连接至该第三主杆上,且该两调节杆之间相间隔有一距离,该两调节片分别装设于该两调节杆之间,且该两调节片位于相互对应的位置,该两调节片上分别沿着该横方向开设有一导孔。
在一较佳实施例中,该调节部位于该第三主杆上。
在一较佳实施例中,该第一主轴的二端分别装设于该二夹壁上,该第一主轴能够于该二夹壁上转动。
在一较佳实施例中,该复位单元另具有一外壳体,该外壳体盖设于该传动轮的其中一侧,使该外壳体与该传动轮之间界定一复位空间,且该外壳体与其中一个该夹壁固定结合,使该外壳体不会随着该第一主轴转动,该涡卷弹簧装设于该复位空间内并贴附于该传动轮的一侧,且该涡卷弹簧的其中一端固定于该传动轮上,另一端固定于该外壳体上。
在一较佳实施例中,该第二主轴的二端分别装设于该二调节片的该导孔内,而该第二主轴的二端分别藉由一螺帽将该第二主轴固定装设于该导孔内,由于该导孔沿着该横方向开设,使该第二主轴能够在该导孔内沿着该横方向移动。
在一较佳实施例中,该调节单元另具有一调节块,该操作杆的延伸方向为一基准方向,该操作杆上开设有一调节轨,该调节轨的延伸方向与该基准方向之间夹设有一角度,该调节块则能够于该第三主杆上滑移的装设于该第三主杆上,该调节块上凸设有一插置柱,该插置柱插设于该调节轨内,藉由该调节块于该第三主杆上滑移,使该操作杆沿着该调节轨枢摆,进而让该第二磁阻部靠近或远离该第一磁阻部。
由于该两传动轮及该阻尼轮是设于不同的主轴上,使该二传动轮及该阻尼轮能够平置于该本体上,进而使本发明多轴式单向动力传动系统的整体平面一致,达成节省空间、方便收纳及方便运输的功效。

具体实施方式
请参阅图2至图6,本发明为一种多轴式单向动力传动系统,包含:
一个本体20,具有沿着一横方向X延伸的两第一主杆21,该两第一主杆21相互平行排列,使该两第一主杆21之间相距有一使用距离,该两第一主杆21之间装设有一第二主杆22及一第三主杆23,该第二主杆22及该第三主杆23的二端分别连接该两第一主杆21并平行排列,而该本体20具有两第一枢部24、一第二枢部25及一调节部26,该二第一枢部24分别具有两夹壁241及一连接壁242,其中一个该第一枢部24的该两夹壁241分别设于该第二主杆22其中一端的二侧,另一个该第一枢部24的该两夹壁241分别设于该第二主杆22另一端的二侧,使该两第一枢部24的该两夹壁241之间夹有一枢部距离,而该连接壁242呈长杆状,且该连接壁242的二端分别连接该两夹壁241,供以稳固该两夹壁241,该第二枢部25则具有两调节杆251及两调节片252,该两调节杆251概呈U字形,且该二调节杆251装设于该第二主杆22上,而该两调节杆251的其中一端分别连接至该第三主杆23上,且该两调节杆251之间相间隔有一距离,该两调节片252分别装设于该两调节杆251之间,且该两调节片252位于相互对应的位置,该两调节片252上分别沿着该横方向X开设有一导孔2521,该调节部26则位于该第三主杆23上。
两传动单元30,分别具有一第一主轴31及一传动轮32,该两传动单元30的该第一主轴31的二端分别装设于两夹壁241上,该第一主轴31能够于该两夹壁241上沿着周向转动,而该传动轮32藉由一单向轴承装设于该第一主轴31上,该第一主轴31具有一轴向Y,该轴向Y与该横方向X垂直,该传动轮32具有沿着该轴向Y排列的一第一传动部321及一第二传动部322,该第一传动部321连接并环绕一牵引皮带90的其中一端。
两复位单元40,分别具有一涡卷弹簧41及一外壳体42,该外壳体42盖设于该传动轮32的其中一侧,使该外壳体42与该传动轮32之间界定一复位空间,且该外壳体42与其中一个该夹壁241固定结合,使该外壳体42不会随着该第一主轴31而转动,该涡卷弹簧41装设于该复位空间内并贴附于该传动轮32的其中一侧,且该涡卷弹簧41的其中一端固定于该传动轮32上,另一端固定于该外壳体42上。
一阻力单元50,具有一第二主轴51及一阻尼轮52,该第二主轴51的二端分别装设于该两调节片252的该导孔2521内,而该第二主轴51的二端分别藉由一螺帽53将该第二主轴51固定装设于该导孔2521内,由于该导孔2521沿着该横方向X开设,使该第二主轴51能够在该导孔2521内沿着该横方向X移动,而该阻尼轮52能够转动的装设于该第二主轴51上,该阻尼轮52上装设有一第一磁阻部54。
一阻力皮带60,围绕并牵引该两第二传动部322及该第二主轴51。
一调节单元70,装设于该调节部26上,该调节单元70具有一操作杆71及一调节块72,该操作杆71的其中一端枢设于该第三主杆23上,另一端上则设有一第二磁阻部73,而该操作杆71的延伸方向为一基准方向L1,该操作杆71上开设有一调节轨711,该调节轨711的延伸方向L2与该基准方向L1之间夹设有一角度θ,该调节块72则能够于该第三主杆23上滑移的装设于该第三主杆23上,该调节块72上凸设有一插置柱721,该插置柱721插设于该调节轨711内,藉由该调节块72于该第三主杆23上滑移,使该操作杆71沿着该调节轨711枢摆,进而让该第二磁阻部73靠近或远离该第一磁阻部54。
以上为本发明的结构组态及其连接关系,本发明的使用方式如下所述:
请参阅图2,使用者拉伸该两牵引皮带90,使该两牵引皮带90带动该两传动轮32,进而使该两传动轮32转动,该两传动轮32转动的同时,该涡卷弹簧41蜷缩且该二传动轮32牵动该阻力皮带60,使该阻力皮带60带动该阻力单元50的该阻尼轮52转动,该阻尼轮52在转动的同时,带动该阻尼轮52上的该第一磁阻部54转动,该第一磁阻部54与该调节单元70的该第二磁阻部73之间产生磁力,进而使该阻尼轮52产生阻力,进而让使用者须以较大的力量拉动该牵引皮带90。
而使用者在放松该牵引皮带90时,该涡卷弹簧41回弹,使该两传动轮32逆转动,而该两传动轮32逆转时,藉由该单向轴承使该两第一主轴31不会转动,而该两传动轮32回转进而收卷该牵引皮带90。
请参阅图5及图6,当使用者欲调整阻力时,能够先松动该螺帽53,使该第二主轴51能够沿着该横方向X于该导孔2521内位移,而使用者将该第二主轴51沿着该横方向X朝向该调节单元70移动,使该阻力皮带60绷紧,使用者再将该螺帽53锁紧,进而让该第二主轴51固定,当该阻力皮带60绷紧时,使用者需花费更大的力气拉动该牵引皮带90。
请参阅图7,当使用者欲调整阻力时,亦能够将该调节块72沿着该第三主杆23上滑移,藉由该调节块72的插置柱721于该调节轨711内移动,使该操作杆71枢摆,进而让该操作杆71上的该第二磁阻部73靠近或远离该第一磁阻部54,使用者能够根据需求调整适当的阻力大小。
由于该两传动轮32及该阻尼轮52是设于不同的主轴上,使该两传动轮32及该阻尼轮52能够平置于该本体20上,进而使本发明多轴式单向动力传动系统的整体平面一致,达成节省空间、方便收纳及方便运输的功效。
以上仅为本发明的优选实施例,并不用于限定本发明。对于本领域的技术人员来说,本发明可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (9)

1.多轴式单向动力传动系统,其特征在于:包含:
一个本体,具有一第一枢部、一第二枢部及一调节部;
一个传动单元,具有一第一主轴及一传动轮,该第一主轴装设于该第一枢部,而该传动轮藉由一单向轴承装设于该第一主轴上,该第一主轴具有一轴向,该传动轮具有沿着该轴向排列的一第一传动部及一第二传动部,该第一传动部供以连接一牵引皮带;
一个复位单元,具有一涡卷弹簧,该涡卷弹簧装设于该传动轮的其中一侧,且该涡卷弹簧的其中一端固定于该传动轮上,另一端固定于该本体上;
一个阻力单元,具有一第二主轴及一阻尼轮,该第二主轴装设于该第二枢部,而该阻尼轮固定装设于该第二主轴上,该阻尼轮上装设有一第一磁阻部;
一个阻力皮带,围绕并牵引该第二传动部及该第二主轴;以及
一个调节单元,具有一操作杆,该操作杆的其中一端枢设于该本体上,另一端上则设有一第二磁阻部,藉由该操作杆枢摆,使该第二磁阻部靠近或远离该第一磁阻部。
2.如权利要求1所述的多轴式单向动力传动系统,其特征在于:所述本体具有沿着一横方向延伸的两第一主杆,该两第一主杆相互平行排列,使两第一主杆之间相距有一使用距离,该两第一主杆之间装设有一第二主杆及一第三主杆,该第二主杆及该第三主杆的二端分别连接该两第一主杆并平行排列。
3.如权利要求2所述的多轴式单向动力传动系统,其特征在于:所述第二枢部则具有两调节杆及两调节片,该两调节杆概呈U字形,且该两调节杆装设于该第二主杆上,而该两调节杆的其中一端分别连接至该第三主杆上,且该两调节杆之间相间隔有一距离,该两调节片分别装设于该两调节杆之间,且该两调节片位于相互对应的位置,该两调节片上分别沿着该横方向开设有一导孔。
4.如权利要求2所述的多轴式单向动力传动系统,其特征在于:所述调节部位于该第三主杆上。
5.如权利要求3所述的多轴式单向动力传动系统,其特征在于:所述第二主轴的二端分别装设于该两调节片的该导孔内,而该第二主轴的二端分别藉由一螺帽将该第二主轴固定装设于该导孔内,由于该导孔沿着该横方向开设,使该第二主轴能够在该导孔内沿着该横方向移动。
6.如权利要求2所述的多轴式单向动力传动系统,其特征在于:所述第一枢部具有二夹壁及一连接壁,该两夹壁分别设于该第二主杆其中一端的二侧,使该两夹壁之间具有一枢部距离,而该连接壁呈长杆状,且该连接壁的二端分别连接该二夹壁。
7.如权利要求6所述的多轴式单向动力传动系统,其特征在于:所述第一主轴的二端分别装设于该两夹壁上,该第一主轴能够于该两夹壁上转动。
8.如权利要求6所述的多轴式单向动力传动系统,其特征在于:所述复位单元另具有一外壳体,该外壳体盖设于该传动轮的其中一侧,使该外壳体与该传动轮之间界定一复位空间,且该外壳体与其中一个该夹壁固定结合,使该外壳体不会随着该第一主轴转动,该涡卷弹簧装设于该复位空间内并贴附于该传动轮的一侧,且该涡卷弹簧的其中一端固定于该传动轮上,另一端固定于该外壳体上。
9.如权利要求2所述的多轴式单向动力传动系统,其特征在于:所述调节单元另具有一调节块,该操作杆的延伸方向为一基准方向,该操作杆上开设有一调节轨,该调节轨的延伸方向与该基准方向之间夹设有一角度,该调节块则能够于该第三主杆上滑移的装设于该第三主杆上,该调节块上凸设有一插置柱,该插置柱插设于该调节轨内,藉由该调节块于该第三主杆上滑移,使该操作杆沿着该调节轨枢摆,进而让该第二磁阻部靠近或远离该第一磁阻部。
