Abstract
本發明為一種多軸式單向動力傳動系統,包含有一傳動單元及一阻力單元,傳動單元具有第一主軸,而第一主軸上裝設有傳動輪,阻力單元具有一第二主軸,而第二主軸上裝設有阻尼輪,由於該二傳動輪及該阻力輪是設於不同的主軸上,使該二傳動輪及該阻力輪能夠平置,進而使本發明多軸式單向動力傳動系統的整體平面一致,達成節省空間、方便收納及方便運輸的功效。
Description
本發明係關於一種適用於健身器材的動力傳動系統,特別係關於一種多軸式單向動力傳動系統。
一般健身器材提供多種不同的運動狀態模擬裝置,藉由不同的裝置模擬各種運動所需要使用的肌群,進而讓使用者藉由該裝置鍛鍊特定肌群;其中,有裝置特別針對滑雪運動進行模擬,其主要具有二滑雪桿導軌、二滑雪桿及一阻尼裝置組成,該二個滑雪桿導軌皆沿著一橫方向延伸,而該二個滑雪桿導軌並排且相距有一預定距離,該二個滑雪桿導軌具有沿著該橫方向開設的一導槽,該二個滑雪桿分別插置於該二個滑雪桿導軌的導槽內,使該二個滑雪桿能夠沿著該橫方向滑動,而阻尼裝置則藉由二皮帶分別牽引該二個滑雪桿,且該阻尼裝置能夠產生阻力,藉此,使滑雪桿再沿著橫方向位移時,藉由皮帶牽引,令使用者感受到阻力,進而讓使用者訓練於滑雪時所需使用的肌群。
市面上提供一種滑雪模擬裝置,請參閱圖1,為此種滑雪模擬裝置的立體圖,該阻尼裝置是藉由一阻尼輪11及二皮帶輪12組成,該阻尼輪11及該二個皮帶輪12串接於一主軸13上,阻尼輪11能夠產生阻力,而皮帶輪12則藉由該二皮帶14牽引滑雪桿15,當使用者在沿著該橫方向拉動滑雪桿15時,皮帶14帶動皮帶輪12,使皮帶輪12帶動主軸13,主軸13轉動後藉由阻尼輪11提供阻力,進而讓使用者在拉動滑雪桿15時感受到阻力。
然而,前述的滑雪模擬器礙於皮帶輪12及阻尼輪11裝設於同一個主軸13上,使該阻尼輪11及皮帶輪12需立置於滑雪模擬器上(如圖1所示),導致使用上產生危險,且運送過程中由於該阻尼輪11及皮帶輪12立置,導致難以疊放進而使運送成本增加。
有鑑於此,確有必要提供一種多軸式單向動力傳動系統,以解決前述的滑雪模擬裝置其阻尼輪11及皮帶輪12裝設於同一主軸13上,導致必須立置之缺失。
本發明之目的在於,解決一般健身器材的阻尼輪及皮帶輪立置於健身器材上的缺失,進而改善健身器材上阻尼輪及皮帶輪容易造成危險及運送困難之缺失。
為解決前述缺失,本發明為一種多軸式單向動力傳動系統,包含:
一本體,具有一第一樞部、一第二樞部及一調節部;
一傳動單元,具有一第一主軸及一傳動輪,該第一主軸裝設於該第一樞部,而該傳動輪藉由一單向軸承裝設於該第一主軸上,該第一主軸具有一軸向,該傳動輪具有沿著該軸向排列的一第一傳動部及一第二傳動部,該第一傳動部供以連接一牽引皮帶;
一復位單元,具有一渦卷彈簧,該渦卷彈簧裝設於該傳動輪的其中一側,且該渦卷彈簧的其中一端固定於該傳動輪上,另一端固定於該本體上;
一阻力單元,具有一第二主軸及一阻尼輪,該第二主軸裝設於該第二樞部,而該阻尼輪固定裝設於該第二主軸上,該阻尼輪上裝設有一第一磁阻部;
一阻力皮帶,圍繞並牽引該第二傳動部及該第二主軸;以及
一調節單元,具有一操作桿,該操作桿的其中一端樞設於該本體上,另一端上則設有一第二磁阻部,藉由該操作桿樞擺,使該第二磁阻部靠近或遠離該第一磁阻部。
在一較佳實施例中,該本體具有沿著一橫方向延伸的二第一主桿,該二第一主桿相互平行排列,使該二第一主桿之間相距有一使用距離,該二第一主桿之間裝設有一第二主桿及一第三主桿,該第二主桿及該第三主桿的二端分別連接該二第一主桿並平行排列,
在一較佳實施例中,該第一樞部具有二夾壁及一連接壁,該二夾壁分別設於該第二主桿其中一端的二側,使該二夾壁之間具有一樞部距離,而該連接壁呈長桿狀,且該連接壁的二端分別連接該二夾壁。
在一較佳實施例中,該第二樞部則具有二調節桿及二調節片,該二調節桿概呈U字形,且該二調節桿裝設於該第二主桿上,而該二調節桿的其中一端分別連接至該第三主桿上,且該二調節桿之間相間隔有一距離,該二調節片分別裝設於該二調節桿之間,且該二調節片位於相互對應的位置,該二調節片上分別沿著該橫方向開設有一導孔。
在一較佳實施例中,該調節部位於該第三主桿上。
在一較佳實施例中,該第一主軸的二端分別裝設於該二夾壁上,該第一主軸能夠於該二夾壁上轉動。
在一較佳實施例中,該復位單元另具有一外殼體,該外殼體蓋設於該傳動輪的其中一側,使該外殼體與該傳動輪之間界定一復位空間,且該外殼體與其中一個該夾壁固定結合,使該外殼體不會隨著該第一主軸轉動,該渦卷彈簧裝設於該復位空間內並貼附於該傳動輪的一側,且該渦卷彈簧的其中一端固定於該傳動輪上,另一端固定於該外殼體上。
在一較佳實施例中,該第二主軸的二端分別裝設於該二調節片的該導孔內,而該第二主軸的二端分別藉由一螺帽將該第二主軸固定裝設於該導孔內,由於該導孔沿著該橫方向開設,使該第二主軸能夠在該導孔內沿著該橫方向移動。
在一較佳實施例中,該調節單元另具有一調節塊,該操作桿的延伸方向為一基準方向,該操作桿上開設有一調節軌,該調節軌的延伸方向與該基準方向之間夾設有一角度,該調節塊則能夠於該第三主桿上滑移的裝設於該第三主桿上,該調節塊上凸設有一插置柱,該插置柱插設於該調節軌內,藉由該調節塊於該第三主桿上滑移,使該操作桿沿著該調節軌樞擺,進而讓該第二磁阻部靠近或遠離該第一磁阻部。
由於該二傳動輪及該阻尼輪是設於不同的主軸上,使該二傳動輪及該阻尼輪能夠平置於該本體上,進而使本發明多軸式單向動力傳動系統的整體平面一致,達成節省空間、方便收納及方便運輸的功效。
請參閱圖2至圖6,本發明為一種多軸式單向動力傳動系統,包含:
一本體20,具有沿著一橫方向X延伸的二第一主桿21,該二第一主桿21相互平行排列,使該二第一主桿21之間相距有一使用距離,該二第一主桿21之間裝設有一第二主桿22及一第三主桿23,該第二主桿22及該第三主桿23的二端分別連接該二第一主桿21並平行排列,而該本體20具有二第一樞部24、一第二樞部25及一調節部26,該二第一樞部24分別具有二夾壁241及一連接壁242,其中一個該第一樞部24的該二夾壁241分別設於該第二主桿22其中一端的二側,另一個該第一樞部24的該二夾壁241分別設於該第二主桿22另一端的二側,使該二第一樞部24的該二夾壁241之間夾有一樞部距離,而該連接壁242呈長桿狀,且該連接壁242的二端分別連接該二夾壁241,供以穩固該二夾壁241,該第二樞部25則具有二調節桿251及二調節片252,該二調節桿251概呈U字形,且該二調節桿251裝設於該第二主桿22上,而該二調節桿251的其中一端分別連接至該第三主桿23上,且該二調節桿251之間相間隔有一距離,該二調節片252分別裝設於該二調節桿251之間,且該二調節片252位於相互對應的位置,該二調節片252上分別沿著該橫方向X開設有一導孔2521,該調節部26則位於該第三主桿23上;
二傳動單元30,分別具有一第一主軸31及一傳動輪32,該二傳動單元30的該第一主軸31的二端分別裝設於二夾壁241上,該第一主軸31能夠於該二夾壁241上沿著周向轉動,而該傳動輪32藉由一單向軸承裝設於該第一主軸31上,該第一主軸31具有一軸向Y,該軸向Y與該橫方向X垂直,該傳動輪32具有沿著該軸向Y排列的一第一傳動部321及一第二傳動部322,該第一傳動部321連接並環繞一牽引皮帶90的其中一端;
二復位單元40,分別具有一渦卷彈簧41及一外殼體42,該外殼體42蓋設於該傳動輪32的其中一側,使該外殼體42與該傳動輪32之間界定一復位空間,且該外殼體42與其中一個該夾壁241固定結合,使該外殼體42不會隨著該第一主軸31而轉動,該渦卷彈簧41裝設於該復位空間內並貼附於該傳動輪32的其中一側,且該渦卷彈簧41的其中一端固定於該傳動輪32上,另一端固定於該外殼體42上;
一阻力單元50,具有一第二主軸51及一阻尼輪52,該第二主軸51的二端分別裝設於該二調節片252的該導孔2521內,而該第二主軸51的二端分別藉由一螺帽53將該第二主軸51固定裝設於該導孔2521內,由於該導孔2521沿著該橫方向X開設,使該第二主軸51能夠在該導孔2521內沿著該橫方向X移動,而該阻尼輪52能夠轉動的裝設於該第二主軸51上,該阻尼輪52上裝設有一第一磁阻部54;
一阻力皮帶60,圍繞並牽引該二第二傳動部322及該第二主軸51;
一調節單元70,裝設於該調節部26上,該調節單元70具有一操作桿71及一調節塊72,該操作桿71的其中一端樞設於該第三主桿23上,另一端上則設有一第二磁阻部73,而該操作桿71的延伸方向為一基準方向L1,該操作桿71上開設有一調節軌711,該調節軌711的延伸方向L2與該基準方向L1之間夾設有一角度θ,該調節塊72則能夠於該第三主桿23上滑移的裝設於該第三主桿23上,該調節塊72上凸設有一插置柱721,該插置柱721插設於該調節軌711內,藉由該調節塊72於該第三主桿23上滑移,使該操作桿71沿著該調節軌711樞擺,進而讓該第二磁阻部73靠近或遠離該第一磁阻部54。
以上為本發明之結構組態及其連接關係,本發明之使用方式如下所述:
請參閱圖2,使用者拉伸該二牽引皮帶90,使該二牽引皮帶90帶動該二傳動輪32,進而使該二傳動輪32轉動,該二傳動輪32轉動的同時,該渦卷彈簧41蜷縮且該二傳動輪32牽動該阻力皮帶60,使該阻力皮帶60帶動該阻力單元50的該阻尼輪52轉動,該阻尼輪52在轉動的同時,帶動該阻尼輪52上的該第一磁阻部54轉動,該第一磁阻部54與該調節單元70的該第二磁阻部73之間產生磁力,進而使該阻尼輪52產生阻力,進而讓使用者須以較大的力量拉動該牽引皮帶90。
而使用者在放鬆該牽引皮帶90時,該渦卷彈簧41回彈,使該二傳動輪32逆轉動,而該二傳動輪32逆轉時,藉由該單向軸承使該二第一主軸31不會轉動,而該二傳動輪32迴轉進而收捲該牽引皮帶90。
請參閱圖5及圖6,當使用者欲調整阻力時,能夠先鬆動該螺帽53,使該第二主軸51能夠沿著該橫方向X於該導孔2521內位移,而使用者將該第二主軸51沿著該橫方向X朝向該調節單元70移動,使該阻力皮帶60繃緊,使用者再將該螺帽53鎖緊,進而讓該第二主軸51固定,當該阻力皮帶60繃緊時,使用者需花費更大的力氣拉動該牽引皮帶90。
請參閱圖7,當使用者欲調整阻力時,亦能夠將該調節塊72沿著該第三主桿23上滑移,藉由該調節塊72的插置柱721於該調節軌711內移動,使該操作桿71樞擺,進而讓該操作桿71上的該第二磁阻部73靠近或遠離該第一磁阻部54,使用者能夠根據需求調整適當的阻力大小。
由於該二傳動輪32及該阻尼輪52是設於不同的主軸上,使該二傳動輪32及該阻尼輪52能夠平置於該本體20上,進而使本發明多軸式單向動力傳動系統的整體平面一致,達成節省空間、方便收納及方便運輸的功效。

Claims (9)
- 一種多軸式單向動力傳動系統,包含: 一本體,具有一第一樞部、一第二樞部及一調節部; 一傳動單元,具有一第一主軸及一傳動輪,該第一主軸裝設於該第一樞部,而該傳動輪藉由一單向軸承裝設於該第一主軸上,該第一主軸具有一軸向,該傳動輪具有沿著該軸向排列的一第一傳動部及一第二傳動部,該第一傳動部供以連接一牽引皮帶; 一復位單元,具有一渦卷彈簧,該渦卷彈簧裝設於該傳動輪的其中一側,且該渦卷彈簧的其中一端固定於該傳動輪上,另一端固定於該本體上; 一阻力單元,具有一第二主軸及一阻尼輪,該第二主軸裝設於該第二樞部,而該阻尼輪固定裝設於該第二主軸上,該阻尼輪上裝設有一第一磁阻部; 一阻力皮帶,圍繞並牽引該第二傳動部及該第二主軸;以及 一調節單元,具有一操作桿,該操作桿的其中一端樞設於該本體上,另一端上則設有一第二磁阻部,藉由該操作桿樞擺,使該第二磁阻部靠近或遠離該第一磁阻部。
- 如請求項1所述之多軸式單向動力傳動系統,其中,該本體具有沿著一橫方向延伸的二第一主桿,該二第一主桿相互平行排列,使該二第一主桿之間相距有一使用距離,該二第一主桿之間裝設有一第二主桿及一第三主桿,該第二主桿及該第三主桿的二端分別連接該二第一主桿並平行排列。
- 如請求項2所述之多軸式單向動力傳動系統,其中,該第二樞部則具有二調節桿及二調節片,該二調節桿概呈U字形,且該二調節桿裝設於該第二主桿上,而該二調節桿的其中一端分別連接至該第三主桿上,且該二調節桿之間相間隔有一距離,該二調節片分別裝設於該二調節桿之間,且該二調節片位於相互對應的位置,該二調節片上分別沿著該橫方向開設有一導孔。
- 如請求項2所述之多軸式單向動力傳動系統,其中,該調節部位於該第三主桿上。
- 如請求項3所述之多軸式單向動力傳動系統,其中,該第二主軸的二端分別裝設於該二調節片的該導孔內,而該第二主軸的二端分別藉由一螺帽將該第二主軸固定裝設於該導孔內,由於該導孔沿著該橫方向開設,使該第二主軸能夠在該導孔內沿著該橫方向移動。
- 如請求項2所述之多軸式單向動力傳動系統,其中,該第一樞部具有二夾壁及一連接壁,該二夾壁分別設於該第二主桿其中一端的二側,使該二夾壁之間具有一樞部距離,而該連接壁呈長桿狀,且該連接壁的二端分別連接該二夾壁。
- 如請求項6所述之多軸式單向動力傳動系統,其中,該第一主軸的二端分別裝設於該二夾壁上,該第一主軸能夠於該二夾壁上轉動。
- 如請求項6所述之多軸式單向動力傳動系統,其中,該復位單元另具有一外殼體,該外殼體蓋設於該傳動輪的其中一側,使該外殼體與該傳動輪之間界定一復位空間,且該外殼體與其中一個該夾壁固定結合,使該外殼體不會隨著該第一主軸轉動,該渦卷彈簧裝設於該復位空間內並貼附於該傳動輪的一側,且該渦卷彈簧的其中一端固定於該傳動輪上,另一端固定於該外殼體上。
- 如請求項2所述之多軸式單向動力傳動系統,其中,該調節單元另具有一調節塊,該操作桿的延伸方向為一基準方向,該操作桿上開設有一調節軌,該調節軌的延伸方向與該基準方向之間夾設有一角度,該調節塊則能夠於該第三主桿上滑移的裝設於該第三主桿上,該調節塊上凸設有一插置柱,該插置柱插設於該調節軌內,藉由該調節塊於該第三主桿上滑移,使該操作桿沿著該調節軌樞擺,進而讓該第二磁阻部靠近或遠離該第一磁阻部。
