本发明属于医药技术领域，涉及一种药火针及其加工方法。
背景技术
火针治疗疾病有着悠久的历史，火针古称其为燔针、焠针。药火针是燔针、焠针的发展，也是后世雷火神针的演变。药火针疗法为李氏家传针法，创立之初，主要是治疗痹症，风寒湿邪为痹症的发病机理，皆为阴邪，必须阳和方可以解之，药火针之阳，对痹症之阴邪，恰好达到了阴病治之阳的原则，同时所用药物恰好对应了祛除风、寒、湿病邪之因素。从而得到阴阳调和的目的而病愈。
现有技术的药火针一般治疗痹症，应用范围较窄，满足不了人们的需求，而且现有技术的火针治疗时疼痛较重，部分患者难以接受，操作后若护理不当针孔容易感染。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中存在的缺陷，提供一种药火针及其加工方法，拓展了药火针的应用范围，将药火针用于虚寒性咳喘、虚寒性胃痛，虚寒性腹痛，虚寒性腰痛，糖尿病末梢神经病变，带状疱疹，三叉神经痛等的治疗取得了显著的疗效，并将药火针针具结构进行改进。

步骤1、药火针是银制长约22-27cm的银针一根，针尖部比较圆顿，不易刺伤皮肤，针柄长为5-6cm左右，用隔热材料层包裹以免操作时烫手。
步骤2、把多种中药艾叶、没药、乳香、细辛等捣匀用棉花包成小药包，然后用菜籽油或桐油或其他食用油浸透备用。
本发明的有益效果：

实施例1
马女士，67岁，患类风湿性关节炎40余年，全身多处关节变形，但由于自身是过敏体质，在多家医院治疗效果不佳。此次因双肘关节疼痛10年余，加重4月于2019年2月28日就诊。患者双肘关节肿痛，以右肘为甚，疼痛难忍，关节屈伸不利，伴有腰膝酸软，形体消瘦，怕冷，夜难入眠。查体：双肘关节肿胀、严重变形，以右肘为甚，右肘皮肤紧绷光亮，皮纹消失，舌淡苔薄白，脉沉细。类风湿因子124.41IU/ml,血沉98MM/H。根据症状、体征、病史及化验检查，西医诊断：类风湿性关节炎。中医诊断:痹证(肝肾亏虚)，当日给患者行普通针刺配合中药治疗，6天后患者关节肿痛缓解不明显。3月6日给患者改用药火针治疗，1次/日，当日治疗结束后患者即感肿痛减轻，次日早晨患者来诊室述左肘肿痛消失，右肘肿痛明显减轻，双肘活动明显好转。药火针治疗一个疗程10次以后，患者右肘肿痛基本消失，3月15日复查血沉2MM/H,类风湿因子无明显变化，患者病情基本趋于稳定。4月18日致电回访马女士，右肘肿痛未再复发，病情稳定。

许先生，33岁，患者以左面部发作性掣痛一月余，加重一周为主诉于2019年2月25日就诊。一年前曾因左面部抽搐，经毫针刺治愈，故来就诊。近一周来疼痛加重，呈电击样，伴有左面部抽搐，左眼酸困流泪，洗面、刷牙触及则痛，情绪紧张及遇寒则痛甚，舌淡苔白，脉沉细。检查疼痛部位为左面部三叉神经第二支分布区域。西医诊断：三叉神经痛，中医诊断：面痛，经毫针刺治疗2天，症状缓解不明显。2月27日改用药火针疗法治疗，治疗后疼痛即刻缓解，次日患者述疼痛明显减轻，左面部抽搐未发作。经药火针治疗3次，左面部抽搐、疼痛症状基本消失，为巩固疗效嘱患者隔日治疗一次，共治疗10次，症状完全消失，一月后随访病情未复发。
实施例3
肖女士，49岁，以胃脘部疼痛反复发作约10年，加重5天为主诉于2019年3月4日就诊。近10年来胃脘部疼痛每因饮食不慎或受寒而发作，经服多种中西药治疗，症状时轻时重，近5天来又因饮食不慎胃脘痛发作，胃痛绵绵，喜温喜按，伴有倦怠乏力，手足不温，舌淡苔薄白，脉细弱。经药火针治疗一次后胃痛基本消失，一周后又因饮食不当、午休受寒胃痛发作而来就诊，给予药火针治疗，每日一次，连续治疗5次后胃痛基本消失，为巩固疗效继续治疗，隔日一次，又治疗5次，胃痛消失，饮食基本正常。一月后随访病情未复发。
实施例4
张先生，70岁，以左侧胸胁、背部疼痛2周，发现疱疹10天之主诉于2019年3月18日就诊。患者于2周前无明显诱因感左侧胸胁、背部疼痛，呈持续性、烧灼样、针刺样疼痛。10天前痛处出现簇集样水泡，疼痛难忍，入睡困难，伴有烦躁、口苦、咽干，在外院按“带状疱疹”治疗效果不佳，遂来诊治。门诊以“带状疱疹”收住院。发病以来，食纳差，小便黄，大便尚可。查体:精神欠佳，痛苦面容，左侧胸胁、背部多处簇状分布、大小约3.0cm×5.0cm、5.0cm×12.0cm疱疹，部分疱疹破溃、未结痂，周围皮肤潮红，舌红苔黄腻，脉弦数。住院给予营养神经，椎旁神经根封闭术，痛点注射，针刺治疗，外涂炉甘石液等治疗3天，疱疹基本完全破溃结痂，周围皮肤轻度潮红，但患者述左侧胸胁、背部疼痛无明显减轻，遂改用药火针疗法治疗，用药火针点刺病变部位皮肤，治疗1次后，次日患者述患部疼痛有所减轻，药火针治疗2次后患部疼痛明显减轻，继续用药火针治疗6次后疼痛基本消失，患者出院。
本发明所述药火针的操作方法，包括以下步骤：将制作好的药包套穿在银针针体上，将药包点燃，至针热点刺所患部位皮肤及其经脉要穴处即可病愈。

1.一种药火针，其特征在于：包括银针针体、针尖和针柄，所述针柄外部用隔热材料层包裹，所述银针针体上设有药包。
2.根据权利要求1所述的药火针，其特征在于：所述银针针体长22-27cm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的药火针，其特征在于：所述药包和针尖之间的距离为5-6cm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的药火针，其特征在于：所述针尖圆顿。
5.根据权利要求1所述的药火针，其特征在于：所述药包内包括以下原料药：艾叶、乳香、没药、细辛、苍术、干姜、麻黄、白芥子、川芎、白芷、防风、人参、黄芪、穿山甲、杜仲、牛膝、薏仁、贝母、杏仁、木香、延胡素、款冬花、百部、枇杷叶、马钱子、桂枝、乌药、泽泻、茯苓、党参、川乌、草乌、续断、荆芥、白术、桃仁、红花、沉香、肉桂、羌活、松节、三七、独活、千年健、硫磺、雄黄、当归、泽兰、陈皮、砂仁、白鲜皮、苦参、桑寄生、葛根、姜黄、麝香、蜈蚣。
6.根据权利要求5所述的药火针，其特征在于：所述药包内包括以下重量份的原料药：艾叶10～20份，乳香5～10份，没药5～10份，细辛3～5份、苍术5～10份，干姜10～20份，麻黄3～5份，白芥子3～5份，川芎5～10份，白芷3～5份，防风3～5份，人参5～10份，黄芪5～10份，穿山甲3～5份，杜仲5～10份，牛膝5～10份，薏仁5～10份，川贝母3～5份，杏仁5～10份，木香5～10份，延胡素5～10份、款冬花3～5份、百部3～5份、枇杷叶5～10份、马钱子3～5份、桂枝5～10份、乌药5～10份、泽泻5～10份、茯苓5～10份、党参5～10份、川乌3～5份、草乌3～5份、续断5～10份、荆芥3～5份、白术5～10份、桃仁3～5份、红花3～5份、沉香3～5份、肉桂3～5份、羌活3～5份、松节3～5份、三七5～10份、独活5～10份、千年健5～10份、硫磺1～3份、雄黄1～3份、当归5～10份、泽兰5～10份、陈皮3～5份、砂仁3～5份、白鲜皮5～10份、苦参5～10份、桑寄生10～20份、葛根10～20份、姜黄3～5份、麝香0.1～0.3份、蜈蚣0.5～1份。
7.一种权利要求1所述药火针的加工方法，其特征在于：包括以下步骤：
步骤1、药火针是银制长为22-27cm的银针一根，针尖部圆顿，不易刺伤皮肤，针柄长为5-6cm，用隔热材料层包裹以免操作时烫手；
步骤2、将中药捣匀，用棉花包成药包，然后用菜籽油或桐油浸透备用。
