a first motor (12) is arranged at one end of the stirring seat (4), a rolling belt (13) is sleeved at one end of the first motor (12), a round rotating disc (14) is arranged below the other end of the stirring seat (4), and four stirring sheets (15) are arranged at the edge of the rotating disc (14) in an equal radian manner;
a through frame (18) with a hollow cuboid structure is arranged on the rotary hopper (5), a rotating gear (19) is sleeved in the through frame (18), and a hollow fertilizer guide pipe (20) is connected below the through frame (18) in a penetrating manner;

the back of the fertilizer outlet hopper (22) is connected with a hydraulic pump (27) through a hydraulic rod, and one end of the hydraulic pump (27) is connected to an installation plate (28) of the fertilizer loading box (1);
an upper cover plate (3) is arranged above the fertilizer containing box (1), and two sides of the fertilizer containing box (1) are respectively provided with a side partition frame (10) through bolts;
a stop lever (8) is arranged above one end of each of the scattering disks (7), and the scattering disks (7) are distributed at equal intervals;
the lower parts of two ends of the fertilizer containing box (1) are respectively provided with a roller (11), and the middle part of the back surface of the fertilizer containing box (1) is provided with a hanging frame;
a rolling groove (16) matched with the rolling belt (13) is formed above the clamping plate (2), the rolling belt (13) is connected to the inside of the rolling groove (16), and the motor I (12) is movably connected with the stirring seat (4) in the rolling groove (16) through the rolling belt (13);
a motor is arranged in the turntable (14), the motor is rotatably connected with the turntable (14) and the stirring piece (15), and the stirring piece (15) is of an arc-shaped structure;
a plurality of fertilizer through holes (9) matched with the through frame (18) are formed below one end of the fertilizer containing box (1), and a motor inside the rotating gear (19) is rotationally connected with the rotating gear (19);
a plurality of fertilizer dispersing holes (21) are arranged on the separating and dropping plate (6) at equal intervals, and storage batteries are sleeved at two ends inside the separating and dropping plate (6);
the hydraulic pump (27) is movably connected with the fertilizer outlet hopper (22) through a hydraulic rod.

the method comprises the following steps: the working personnel put the manure of different kinds of livestock into the manure loading box (1), then connect the hitching frame with the tractor, the tractor drives the equipment to move in the field for planting glutinous rice through the hitching frame, when the equipment moves, the manure passes through the plurality of manure passing holes (9) and goes out to the through frame (18) of the rotating hopper (5), then the manure is led out to the manure discharging hopper (22) through the manure guiding pipe (20), and the manure is shaken down in the field through the manure discharging hopper (22) to be mixed and fertilized;
step two: after different kinds of manure are put into the manure containing box (1), the rotary table (14) below the manure containing box (1) stirs the different kinds of manure through the four stirring sheets (15) to mix the different kinds of manure, and meanwhile, the motor I (12) continuously rolls back and forth in the rolling groove (16) of the clamping plate (2) through the rolling belt (13) to drive the stirring seat (4) to continuously move back and forth in the manure containing box (1) to mix the manure;
step three: when the manure is discharged from the manure discharging hopper (22), the hydraulic pump (27) drives the manure discharging hopper (22) to continuously and reciprocally turn up and down around the turning shaft (26), the manure is shaken off when scattered, the manure shaken off from the through frame (18) is scattered in a plurality of manure scattering holes (21) which are arranged at equal intervals of the distributing and dropping disc (6), then the manure is dropped on the ground, the manure is scattered and dropped through the manure scattering holes (21), and after the manure is scattered, the motor II (24) drives the smashing block (25) to continuously and reciprocally smash up and down to smash the manure falling on the ground.
