Abstract
本发明创造提供一种带有弧线异形结构桥梁上横梁施工方法,包括如下步骤:先施工塔柱并预留牛腿位置以安装牛腿;提升异形支架构件以及横梁支架构件,插入分配梁后精调位置;在横梁支架顶部安装异形模板后,浇筑异形结构;在异形结构部分砼达到设计强度后,与其顶端安装横梁模板;浇筑上横梁砼,完成上横梁施工。本发明创造提供的施工方法是依靠已完成的异形结构和上横梁支架浇筑上横梁砼,完成上横梁施工,养护后效果好,降低了施工过程中的安全风险,加快了施工进度。
Description
技术领域
本发明创造属于桥梁施工技术领域,尤其是涉及一种带有弧线异形结构桥梁上横梁施工方法。
背景技术
在桥梁建设施工中,为了达成大跨度、超高、重载的目的,桥梁多采用斜拉桥或悬索桥的形式。超高索塔因结构明确,受力特点清晰的特点在斜拉桥建设中采取的越来越多,并进而演变出各种形式。高耸的索塔因结构需求,可能设置多道横梁。在传统的高空横梁施工中,多采用在地表或下横梁顶部设置落地支架施工,此种方案存在着支架加工、安装、拆除时间长,工作量大、材料使用量大的缺点,同时,在施工过程中需要现场塔吊配合,影响现场组织施工;过长的支架长度,对现场安全施工组织不利,易受施工过程中各参与单位、参与人员、自然条件的的影响,如果发生安全事故,后果难以承受;在支架拆除前,过大占用现场的空间位置,不能同步进行主梁的施工,可能会影响施工工期。
发明内容
本发明创造要解决的问题是旨在克服上述现有技术中存在的缺陷,提出一种带有弧线异形结构桥梁上横梁施工方法。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明创造的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种带有弧线异形结构桥梁上横梁施工方法,包括如下步骤:
S1,施工塔柱并预留牛腿位置以安装牛腿;
S2,提升异形支架构件以及横梁支架构件,插入分配梁后精调位置;
S3,在横梁支架顶部安装异形模板后,浇筑异形结构;
S4,在异形结构部分砼达到设计强度后,与其顶端安装横梁模板;
S5,浇筑上横梁砼,完成上横梁施工。
进一步,所述异形支架构件以及横梁构件均提前预制加工。
进一步,所述异形支架构件包括整体呈圆弧形结构的顶架体,在分配梁与顶架体之间设有斜撑架体;所述分配梁两端以塔柱为基础,并由牛腿支撑。
进一步,每两所述斜撑架体间均呈三角形布置。
进一步,所述横梁支架包括若干依势支撑拱饰浇筑区异形模板的支撑架体,支撑架体以异形支架为基础。
进一步,在各所述支撑架体间、以及所述支撑架体与异形支架间均设有连接架体。
进一步,在拱饰浇筑区浇筑成型后的异形构件上侧设置的横梁模板包括上顶架及上顶架两侧的倒角支架。
进一步,在横梁支架外侧设置有施工平台。
本发明创造具有的优点和积极效果是:
本发明创造提供的施工方法是依靠已完成的异形结构和上横梁支架浇筑上横梁砼,完成上横梁施工,养护后效果好,降低了施工过程中的安全风险,加快了施工进度。所浇筑成型的弧形的异形结构,可以很好地配合上横梁,增强索塔的受力性能,不会因施工原因,导致结合处质量变差、降低索塔的设计承载能力,桥梁在服役周期不会产生不利的变化,稳定性好。

具体实施方式
需要说明的是,在不相冲突的情况下,本发明创造中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。
下面对本发明创造的具体实施例做详细说明。
一种带有弧线异形结构桥梁上横梁施工方法,如图1至3所示,包括如下步骤:
S1,施工塔柱1并预留牛腿位置以安装牛腿2;
S2,提升异形支架构件3以及横梁支架构件4,插入分配梁5后精调位置;需要说明的是,上横梁支架结构跨度大、自重大,因此,需采取单组支架整体提升方式吊运;
S3,在横梁支架顶部安装异形模板后,浇筑异形结构,需要指出的是,在拱饰浇筑区浇注成型的异形结构即作为上横梁主体的下部结构,能够参与后期上横梁施工受力,受力状况好,减轻其它结构件承载压力;
S4,在异形结构部分砼达到设计强度后,与其顶端安装横梁模板;
S5,浇筑上横梁砼,完成上横梁施工。
上述异形支架构件以及横梁构件均提前预制加工。塔柱与上横梁异步施工,节约工期,在塔柱施工至一定高度后,按设计位置,安装提升装置,准备异形支架构件以及横梁支架构件的提升作业。支架构件在工厂加工后,依靠提升装置,采取单组构件整体提升的方式,将自重较大的支架构件提升至指定位置,适时插入分配梁,精调位置,准确定位各组构件位置,卸落支架构件并施焊连接系,吊装横梁支架剩余构件,完成异形支架、横梁支架拼装。转现场制造为工厂加工,构件精度高,转高空焊接为预制,加工质量优,施工风险低。
上述异形支架构件包括整体呈圆弧形结构的顶架体6,在分配梁与顶架体之间设有斜撑架体7;所述分配梁两端以塔柱为基础,并由牛腿支撑。依靠异形支架构件,浇筑主体异形结构。异形支架构件采取圆弧形,契合结构断面线型,避免了现场数量庞大的抄垫,减少不必要的工作量,同时使结构更趋近于设计形态,混凝土浇筑质量优。
每两所述斜撑架体间均呈三角形布置,结构稳定性好。上述横梁支架包括若干依势支撑拱饰浇筑区异形模板的支撑架体8,支撑架体以异形支架为基础。在横梁支架外侧设置有施工平台9。在各所述支撑架体间、以及所述支撑架体与异形支架间均设有连接架体10。
在拱饰浇筑区浇筑成型后的异形构件上侧设置的横梁模板包括上顶架11及上顶架两侧的倒角支架12。上横梁主体结构能够更好的与横梁模板贴合,利于脱模。
带有异形结构的桥梁上横梁采用本发明方法实施,施工快,无需预压试验,各组支架结构均通过提升装置整体提升或塔吊提升,减少了在高空拼装的时间与危险,单个子项目所需的施工时间短,安全性高。构件采取工厂集中加工,避免了现场制造的风险,构件线型更趋近于设计线型,与设计意图更符合,避免了由于施工原因造成的设计与施工的脱节,支架结构清晰明了,受力明确,便于施工,所提供的施工方法可广泛应用于超高索塔上横梁施工。
本发明创造是在现有斜拉桥索塔施工的基础上,采取无落地支架的技术方案,可高效避免现有上横梁施工技术中落地支架方法的高投入、高风险、难控制的问题。所提供的施工方法是依靠已完成的异形结构和上横梁支架浇筑上横梁砼,完成上横梁施工,养护后效果好,降低了施工过程中的安全风险,加快了施工进度。所浇筑成型的弧形的异形结构,可以很好地配合上横梁,增强索塔的受力性能,不会因施工原因,导致结合处质量变差、降低索塔的设计承载能力,桥梁在服役周期不会产生不利的变化,稳定性好。
对于本领域技术人员而言,显然本发明创造不限于上述示范性实施例的细节,而且在不背离本发明创造的精神或基本特征的情况下,能够以其他的具体形式实现本发明创造。

1.一种带有弧线异形结构桥梁上横梁施工方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1,施工塔柱并预留牛腿位置以安装牛腿;
S2,提升异形支架构件以及横梁支架构件,插入分配梁后精调位置;
S3,在横梁支架顶部安装异形模板后,浇筑异形结构;
S4,在异形结构部分砼达到设计强度后,与其顶端安装横梁模板;
S5,浇筑上横梁砼,完成上横梁施工。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种带有弧线异形结构桥梁上横梁施工方法,其特征在于:所述异形支架构件以及横梁构件均提前预制加工。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种带有弧线异形结构桥梁上横梁施工方法,其特征在于:所述异形支架构件包括整体呈圆弧形结构的顶架体,在分配梁与顶架体之间设有斜撑架体;所述分配梁两端以塔柱为基础,并由牛腿支撑。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种带有弧线异形结构桥梁上横梁施工方法,其特征在于:每两所述斜撑架体间均呈三角形布置。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种带有弧线异形结构桥梁上横梁施工方法,其特征在于:所述横梁支架包括若干依势支撑拱饰浇筑区异形模板的支撑架体,支撑架体以异形支架为基础。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种带有弧线异形结构桥梁上横梁施工方法,其特征在于:在各所述支撑架体间、以及所述支撑架体与异形支架间均设有连接架体。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种带有弧线异形结构桥梁上横梁施工方法,其特征在于:在拱饰浇筑区浇筑成型后的异形构件上侧设置的横梁模板包括上顶架及上顶架两侧的倒角支架。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种带有弧线异形结构桥梁上横梁施工方法,其特征在于:在横梁支架外侧设置有施工平台。
