[0002]斜拉桥是由主梁、索塔和斜拉索三大部分组成,主梁一般采用混凝土结构、钢和混凝土结构、组合结构或钢结构,索塔主要采用混凝土结构,斜拉索采用高强材料的钢丝或钢绞线制成。索塔包括下塔柱、上塔柱、横梁。
[0003]为了解决日益发展的交通跨越通航的江、河、湖、海以及高深峡谷的矛盾,超宽、超高、超重、超大跨度的斜拉桥越来越多的涌现,斜拉桥施工中高空作业较多,施工控制技术要求严格,对高度较高、重量较重的上横梁及主梁墩顶节段施工质量、安全、进度提出了更高的要求,斜拉桥索塔的上塔柱、上横梁、主梁墩顶节段通常采用异步施工。其中上横梁施工完成时间相比上塔柱施工时间短,上横梁比上塔柱提前完成。上横梁和主梁墩顶节段均需要搭设安全可靠的支架系统来施工。
[0004]斜拉桥索塔的上塔柱、上横梁、主梁墩顶节段常规施工方法,主要有以下几种:
[0005]第一种,先施工索塔上塔柱、上横梁,等待上横梁施工完毕,拆除完上横梁支架后,再搭设主梁墩顶节段支架,支架现浇施工主梁墩顶节段。
[0006]第二种,先施工索塔上塔柱、上横梁,等待上塔柱全部施工完毕,再施工主梁墩顶节段。
[0007]这种方法使得斜拉桥上塔柱、上横梁与主梁墩顶节段不能同步进行施工,主梁墩顶节段施工必须等待上横梁支架拆除完或上塔柱全部施工完后才能开始,施工受前置条件制约,施工周期长,工程总成本较高。

Claims (8)
1.一种斜拉桥索塔的施工方法,其特征在于,具体步骤如下: 步骤I,施工承台(1)、系梁(2)和塔座(3),并在承台(I)、系梁(2)和塔座(3)上均设置主梁墩顶节段支架预埋件(901 ),在系梁(2)上设置上横梁支架预埋件(801); 步骤2,下塔柱(4)和上塔柱(5)进行爬模施工,同时同步安装上横梁支架(800)和主梁墩顶节段支架(900)以及横撑(7),所述上横梁支架(800)与所述上横梁支架预埋件(801)相连,所述主梁墩顶节段支架(900)与所述主梁墩顶节段支架预埋件(901)相连,所述横撑(7)设置于所述下塔柱(4)相对侧且与所述下塔柱(4)相连; 步骤3,当爬模系统(6)底部超过上横梁(8)的施工高度后,上塔柱(5)进行爬模施工的同时,浇筑上横梁(8)和主梁墩顶节段(9)的混凝土 ; 步骤4,等待上横梁(8)混凝土强度达到设计要求并张拉完上横梁(8)预应力,自上而下拆除上横梁支架(800)和横撑(7),待主梁墩顶节段斜拉索(11)挂设张拉完毕后,拆除主梁墩顶节段支架(900)。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种斜拉桥索塔的施工方法,其特征在于: 所述上横梁支架(800)包括上横梁钢管柱(802)、上横梁连接系(803)、上横梁粧帽(804)、上横梁边支点牛腿(805)、上横梁边支点拉杆(806)、上横梁砂筒(807)、上横梁分配梁(808)、上横梁贝雷梁(809)和上横梁底模系统(810),所述上横梁支架(800)的安装步骤如下: S2.1,在下塔柱(4)进行爬模施工的同时,自下而上依次安装所述上横梁钢管柱(802)、上横梁连接系(803)、上横梁粧帽(804)、上横梁边支点牛腿(805), 所述上横梁钢管柱(802)的下端与所述上横梁支架预埋件(801)相连,同一高度上的所述上横梁钢管柱(802)相连,不同高度的所述上横梁钢管柱(802)之间通过所述上横梁连接系(803)相连,所述上横梁钢管柱(802)的上端与所述上横梁粧帽(804)相连; 当所述上横梁粧帽(804)安装至设计高度时,所述上横梁边支点牛腿(805)通过所述上横梁边支点拉杆(806)连接所述下塔柱(4); S2.2,当爬模系统(6)底部超过上横梁(8)的施工高度后,在爬模系统(6)施工的同时自下而上依次安装所述上横梁砂筒(807)、上横梁分配梁(808)、上横梁贝雷梁(809)和上横梁底模系统(810); 所述上横梁分配梁(808)安装于所述上横梁砂筒(807)上,所述上横梁贝雷梁(809)安装于所述上横梁分配梁(808)的顶部,所述上横梁底模系统(810)布置于所述上横梁贝雷梁(809)的上方。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种斜拉桥索塔的施工方法,其特征在于:所述上横梁支架(800)的拆除步骤如下, 首先,卸落所述上横梁砂筒(807); 其次,自上而下依次拆除所述上横梁支架(800)的上横梁底模系统(810)、上横梁贝雷梁(809)、上横梁分配梁(808)、上横梁边支点拉杆(806)、上横梁边支点牛腿(805)、上横梁粧帽(804)、上横梁连接系(803)和上横梁钢管柱(802)。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种斜拉桥索塔的施工方法,其特征在于:所述主梁墩顶节段支架(900)包括主梁墩顶节段钢管柱(902)、主梁墩顶节段连接系(903)、主梁墩顶节段粧帽(904)、主梁墩顶节段砂筒(905)、主梁墩顶节段分配梁(906)、主梁墩顶节段贝雷梁(907)和主梁墩顶节段底模系统(908),所述主梁墩顶节段支架(900)的安装步骤如下: S3.1,在下塔柱(4)进行爬模施工的同时,自下而上依次安装括主梁墩顶节段钢管柱(902)、主梁墩顶节段连接系(903)、主梁墩顶节段粧帽(904), 所述主梁墩顶节段钢管柱(902)的下端与所述主梁墩顶节段支架预埋件(901)相连,同一高度上的所述主梁墩顶节段钢管柱(902)相连,不同高度的所述主梁墩顶节段钢管柱(902)之间通过所述主梁墩顶节段连接系(903)相连,所述主梁墩顶节段钢管柱(902)的上端与所述主梁墩顶节段粧帽(904)相连; S3.2,当爬模系统(6)底部超过上横梁(8)的施工高度后,在爬模系统(6)施工的同时自下而上依次安装主梁墩顶节段砂筒(905)、主梁墩顶节段分配梁(906)、主梁墩顶节段贝雷梁(907)和主梁墩顶节段底模系统(908); 所述主梁墩顶节段砂筒(905)安装于所述主梁墩顶节段粧帽(904),所述主梁墩顶节段分配梁(906)安装于所述主梁墩顶节段砂筒(905)上,所述主梁墩顶节段贝雷梁(907)安装于所述主梁墩顶节段分配梁(906)的顶部,所述主梁墩顶节段底模系统(908)布置于所述主梁墩顶节段贝雷梁(907)的上方。
5.如权利要求4所述的一种斜拉桥索塔的施工方法,其特征在于,所述主梁墩顶节段支架(900)的拆除步骤如下: 首先,卸落所述主梁墩顶节段砂筒(905); 其次,自上而下依次拆除所述主梁墩顶节段支架(900)的主梁墩顶节段底模系统(908)、主梁墩顶节段贝雷梁(907)、主梁墩顶节段分配梁(906)、主梁墩顶节段粧帽(904)、主梁墩顶节段连接系(903)和主梁墩顶节段钢管柱(902)。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种斜拉桥索塔的施工方法,其特征在于:所述横撑(7)包括横撑预埋件(702)和横撑钢管(701),所述横撑预埋件(702)设置于所述下塔柱(4)相对位置处,所述横撑钢管(701)与所述横撑预埋件(702)相连。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种斜拉桥索塔的施工方法,其特征在于:所述主梁墩顶节段(9)浇筑时设有预留孔洞,所述预留孔洞供所述上横梁支架(800)穿过,当所述上横梁支架(800)拆除后,封闭所述预留孔洞。
8.如权利要求1所述的一种斜拉桥索塔的施工方法,其特征在于:所述主梁墩顶节段支架预埋件(901)设置于所述系梁(2)和所述塔座(3)的上端,上横梁支架预埋件(801)设置于系梁(2)的上端。
