背景技术
离型纸又称隔离纸、防粘纸、硅油纸,是一种防止预浸料黏连,又可以保护预浸料不受污染的防粘纸,是由在底纸上涂布防粘物质而制成,底纸一般为防油纸,防粘物质一般为硅油。
常规的离型纸主要包括薄膜层以及涂布于薄膜层上面的离型剂层,其中离型剂层对离型纸的离型力(可剥离性、剥离强度)起到重要的作用。目前的离型剂层大致可以分为溶剂型、乳液型和无溶剂型三类。溶剂型使用方便,耐老化性能好,但其成本高、残留的大量溶剂对环境污染大,危害人体的健康;相对于溶剂型,乳液型则具有涂布方法简单、使用安全、成本低、相容性好等特点,但是其也还有一些缺陷,比如剥离强度低、拉伸性能低等;医疗卫生行业由于其特殊性,对离型纸的要求是比较高的。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种医疗输液贴用防水抗菌超亚光离型纸,其特征在于:所述淋膜层包括以下重量份数的原料:聚乙烯树脂38~50份、聚丁二烯28~36份、聚氯乙烯32~40份、抗氧剂0.5~0.8份;所述离型剂层包括以下重量份数的原料:无溶剂硅油10~12份、活性炭0.5~0.8份;所述防水抗菌层包括以下重量份数的原料:乙酯35~45份、丙烯酸共聚乳液30~40份、聚乙烯蜡乳液8~10份、钛白粉5~8份、银纳米颗粒3~6份、乙基香草醛类化合物5~8份、增稠剂0.3~0.5份、分散剂0.3~0.5份、消泡剂0.1~0.3份、异丙醇10~20份、聚结溶剂0.3~0.5份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种医疗输液贴用防水抗菌超亚光离型纸,其特征在于:所述淋膜层包括以下重量份数的原料:聚乙烯树脂50份、聚丁二烯36份、聚氯乙烯32份、抗氧剂0.5~0.8份;所述离型剂层包括以下重量份数的原料:无溶剂硅油12份、活性炭0.8份;所述防水抗菌层包括以下重量份数的原料:乙酯42份、丙烯酸共聚乳液30份、聚乙烯蜡乳液8份、钛白粉5份、银纳米颗粒4份、乙基香草醛类化合物5份、增稠剂0.5份、分散剂0.5份、消泡剂0.3份、异丙醇15份、聚结溶剂0.3份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种医疗输液贴用防水抗菌超亚光离型纸,其特征在于:所述淋膜层包括以下重量份数的原料:聚乙烯树脂38份、聚丁二烯28份、聚氯乙烯40份、抗氧剂0.5份;所述离型剂层包括以下重量份数的原料:无溶剂硅油10份、活性炭0.5份;所述防水抗菌层包括以下重量份数的原料:乙酯35份、丙烯酸共聚乳液40份、聚乙烯蜡乳液10份、钛白粉5份、银纳米颗粒3份、乙基香草醛类化合物8份、增稠剂0.3份、分散剂0.3份、消泡剂0.1份、异丙醇10份、聚结溶剂0.5份。
5.根据权利要求1~4任意一项所述的一种医疗输液贴用防水抗菌超亚光离型纸,其特征在于:所述抗氧剂为264或1010。
6.根据权利要求1~4任意一项所述的一种医疗输液贴用防水抗菌超亚光离型纸,其特征在于:所述活性炭的粒径范围为80nm~200nm。
7.根据权利要求1~4任意一项所述的一种医疗输液贴用防水抗菌超亚光离型纸,其特征在于:所述增稠剂为乙基羟乙基纤维素。
8.根据权利要求1~4任意一项所述的一种医疗输液贴用防水抗菌超亚光离型纸,其特征在于:所述聚结溶剂为酰胺聚结溶剂,所述酰胺聚结溶剂为2-乙基己酸的N-2-乙基己基酰胺或N,N-二甲基油酰基酰胺。
9.根据权利要求1~4任意一项所述的一种医疗输液贴用防水抗菌超亚光离型纸,其特征在于:所述分散剂为聚丙烯酸钠、脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠、聚丙烯酰胺中的一种或一种以上。
10.根据权利要求1~4任意一项所述的一种医疗输液贴用防水抗菌超亚光离型纸,其特征在于:所述消泡剂为有机硅改性树脂。
