本发明涉及一种阻燃面料复合工艺,用于第一基材与第二基材的复合,其特征在于:所述第一基材与第二基材通过热熔胶冷复合的方式进行压合:在第一基材表面喷涂或涂覆可流动状态的热熔胶,将第一基材与第二基材共同送入压辊组,且第一基材表面的热熔胶面向第二基材,通过压辊组对第一基材、热熔胶、第二基材进行冷压合。本发明优点在于:采用热熔胶冷复合的方式对阻燃面料与针刺棉层进行压合,得到既具有阻燃效果,又兼顾手感的纺织面料;而由于热熔胶的固化温度小于针刺棉层的热变形温度,避免在复合过程中针刺棉层受到过高的温度造成针刺棉层蓬松的变化。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种阻燃面料复合工艺,还涉及一种采用该种方法生产的复合阻燃床垫外套。
背景技术
为了阻止火灾的发生,除采取防火措施外,还可使用具有阻燃性能的纺织品,如阻燃布和阻燃工作服等,以延缓火势的扩大,使人们有时间撤离或采取措施进行灭火。因此,阻燃技术的研发与创新就显得尤为重要。
目前的纺织品阻燃材料在发展过程中,更多的是侧重于阻燃性能和成本因素,而忽略了纺织品本身应具有的性能要求。
例如在利用热熔胶进行复合面料的工艺中,热熔胶均通过涂布组件涂覆在其中一面料层中,或直接在面料层上覆盖由热熔胶经过熔融喷丝形成的丝物状复合热熔胶膜,再将该涂覆热熔胶或覆盖胶膜的面料层与另一基材送入可加热的压辊组进行高温压烫,进而将热熔胶均匀分布并部分渗透至面料层与基材内,再经过冷却后固化后得到复合面料。采用该种方式复合面料过程中存在一些局限性:在采用针刺棉层在作为阻燃复合面料中的基材时,针刺棉层与面料层一同被送入压辊组进行加热、挤压,而由于针刺棉层的材料特性,超过一定的温度会变硬、变薄,造成复合面料的手感较差。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种阻燃面料复合工艺,既能够实现阻燃面料的复合又能够确保面料的蓬松感。还提供一种通过该方法生产的复合阻燃床垫外套。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案为:一种阻燃面料复合工艺,用于第一基材与第二基材的复合,其特征在于:
所述第一基材与第二基材通过热熔胶冷复合的方式进行压合:
在第一基材表面喷涂或涂覆可流动状态的热熔胶,控制T即1<T1,T即1为热熔胶初始接触第一基材表面时的温度,T1为第一基材的热形变温度;
将第一基材与第二基材共同送入压辊组,且第一基材表面的热熔胶面向第二基材,,并控制T<T即2,T即2-10℃<T2<T1,T为热熔胶的固化温度,T即2为热熔胶初始接触第二基材表面时的温度,T2为第二基材的热形变温度;
通过压辊组对第一基材、热熔胶、第二基材进行冷压合,并在压合过程中,控制T<T,T为压合温度。
进一步的,所述T2为50-60℃。
进一步的,所述工艺步骤为:
步骤S1:对阻燃面料卷作为第一基材进行放卷,使得放卷后的阻燃面料平铺于输送带上;
步骤S2:对热熔胶进行加热,使得热熔胶变为可流动状态;
步骤S3:通过喷胶模头组件将可流动状态的热熔胶喷涂在阻燃面料表面;
步骤S4:将针刺棉层卷作为第二基材进行放卷,使得放卷后的针刺棉层与阻燃面料共同送入压合辊组内,且阻燃面料表面的热熔胶面向针刺棉层,并确保热熔胶未固化;
步骤S5:通过压合辊组对针刺棉层与阻燃面料进行压合,并在压合过程中控制针刺棉层和热熔胶的温度不高于T;进而使得热熔胶固化将针刺棉层与阻燃面料复合在一起形成阻燃复合面料;
步骤S6:对阻燃复合面料进行收卷。
进一步的,所述阻燃面料与针刺棉层在进入压合辊组前的张力比为:阻燃面料:针刺绵层=-5%~15%:105%~115%。
进一步的,所述压合辊组处设置有风冷或水冷装置。
一种基于上述阻燃面料复合工艺制作的复合阻燃床垫外套,其创新点在于:包括第一基材和第二基材,所述第一基材为阻燃面料层,所述第二基材为针刺棉层,所述针刺棉层与阻燃面料层之间设置有热熔胶层。
进一步的,所述针刺棉层、阻燃面料层具有多孔结构,所述热熔胶层在与针刺棉层、阻燃面料层接触的表面具有微结构,所述微结构嵌入针刺棉层、阻燃面料层的多孔结构内。
本发明的优点在于:
本发明中,采用热熔胶冷复合的方式对阻燃面料与针刺棉层进行压合,得到既具有阻燃效果,又兼顾手感的纺织面料;而由于热熔胶的固化温度小于针刺棉层的热变形温度,避免在复合过程中针刺棉层受到过高的温度造成针刺棉层蓬松的变化。

具体实施方式
本发明的复合阻燃床垫外套,其包括第一基材和第二基材,第一基材为阻燃面料层1,第二基材为针刺棉层2,针刺棉层2与阻燃面料层1之间设置有热熔胶层3。针刺棉层2、阻燃面料层1具有多孔结构,热熔胶层3在与针刺棉层2、阻燃面料层1接触的表面具有微结构,微结构通过冷复合的方式嵌入针刺棉层、阻燃面料层的多孔结构内。
本发明的阻燃面料复合工艺,用于第一基材与第二基材的复合,第一基材与第二基材通过热熔胶冷复合的方式进行压合:
在第一基材表面喷涂或涂覆可流动状态的热熔胶,控制T即1<T1,T即1为热熔胶初始接触第一基材表面时的温度,T1为第一基材的热形变温度;
将第一基材与第二基材共同送入压辊组,且第一基材表面的热熔胶面向第二基材,,并控制T<T即2,T即2-10℃<T2<T1,T为热熔胶的固化温度,T即2为热熔胶初始接触第二基材表面时的温度,T2为第二基材的热形变温度;
通过压辊组对第一基材、热熔胶、第二基材进行冷压合,并在压合过程中,控制T<T,T为压合温度。
作为本实施例更详细的工艺步骤如下:
步骤S1:对阻燃面料卷作为第一基材进行放卷,使得放卷后的阻燃面料平铺于输送带上;
步骤S2:对热熔胶进行加热至150~190℃,使得热熔胶变为可流动状态;热熔胶选择EVA基材,其固化温度T为60~110℃;
步骤S3:通过喷胶模头组件将可流动状态的热熔胶喷涂在阻燃面料表面;热熔胶在初始接触第一基材表面时的温度控制在95~155℃,且使其低于阻燃面料的热形变温度T1为100~160℃;本领域技术人员应当了解,当阻燃面料的热形变温度T1为100℃时,热熔胶在初始接触第一基材表面时的温度在95~99℃之间;
步骤S4:将针刺棉层卷作为第二基材进行放卷,使得放卷后的针刺棉层与阻燃面料共同送入压合辊组内,且阻燃面料表面的热熔胶面向针刺棉层,此时,热熔胶初始接触第二基材表面时的温度T即2为60℃~61℃,使得热熔胶未完全固化;针刺棉层的热形变温度T2通常在55~70℃;
步骤S5:通过压合辊组对针刺棉层与阻燃面料进行压合,为了顺利实现良好的手感,阻燃面料与针刺棉层在进入压合辊组时的张力比控制在:阻燃面料:针刺绵层=-5%~15%:105%~115%。
利用压合辊组处设置有风冷或水冷装置进行压合温度控制,控制针刺棉层和热熔胶的温度不高于T;进而使得热熔胶固化将针刺棉层与阻燃面料复合在一起形成阻燃复合面料;
步骤S6:对阻燃复合面料进行收卷。

Claims (7)

1.一种阻燃面料复合工艺,用于第一基材与第二基材的复合,其特征在于:
所述第一基材与第二基材通过热熔胶冷复合的方式进行压合:
在第一基材表面喷涂或涂覆可流动状态的热熔胶,控制T即1<T1,T即1为热熔胶初始接触第一基材表面时的温度,T1为第一基材的热形变温度;
将第一基材与第二基材共同送入压辊组,且第一基材表面的热熔胶面向第二基材,并控制T<T即2,T即2-10℃<T2<T1,T为热熔胶的固化温度,T即2为热熔胶初始接触第二基材表面时的温度,T2为第二基材的热形变温度;
通过压辊组对第一基材、热熔胶、第二基材进行冷压合,并在压合过程中,控制T<T,T为压合温度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃面料复合工艺,其特征在于:所述T2为50-60℃。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的阻燃面料复合工艺,其特征在于:所述工艺步骤为:
步骤S1:对阻燃面料卷作为第一基材进行放卷,使得放卷后的阻燃面料平铺于输送带上;
步骤S2:对热熔胶进行加热,使得热熔胶变为可流动状态;
步骤S3:通过喷胶模头组件将可流动状态的热熔胶喷涂在阻燃面料表面;
步骤S4:将针刺棉层卷作为第二基材进行放卷,使得放卷后的针刺棉层与阻燃面料共同送入压合辊组内,且阻燃面料表面的热熔胶面向针刺棉层,并确保热熔胶未固化;
步骤S5:通过压合辊组对针刺棉层与阻燃面料进行压合,并在压合过程中控制针刺棉层和热熔胶的温度不高于T;进而使得热熔胶固化将针刺棉层与阻燃面料复合在一起形成阻燃复合面料;
步骤S6:对阻燃复合面料进行收卷。
4.根据权利要求3所述的阻燃面料复合工艺,其特征在于:所述阻燃面料与针刺棉层在进入压合辊组时的张力比为:阻燃面料:针刺绵层=-5%~15%:105%~115%。
5.根据权利要求3所述的阻燃面料复合工艺,其特征在于:所述压合辊组处设置有风冷或水冷装置。
6.一种基于上述阻燃面料复合工艺制作的复合阻燃床垫外套,其特征在于:包括第一基材和第二基材,所述第一基材为阻燃面料层,所述第二基材为针刺棉层,所述针刺棉层与阻燃面料层之间设置有热熔胶层。
7.根据权利要求6所述的复合阻燃床垫外套,其特征在于:所述针刺棉层、阻燃面料层具有多孔结构,所述热熔胶层在与针刺棉层、阻燃面料层接触的表面具有微结构,所述微结构通过冷复合的方式嵌入针刺棉层、阻燃面料层的多孔结构内。
