Abstract

本发明涉及一种用于立式磨样机的金属粉尘回收装置，包括：防护挡板、喷头、回收箱和水箱；立式磨样机的砂轮处包覆设置有防护挡板；防护挡板上设置有喷头；防护挡板的下部延伸至回收箱；回收箱侧壁的底端设置有出水口；回收箱侧壁的上端设置有进水口；出水口与进水口通过水管相连。本发明通过设置防护挡板，当砂轮产生火花时，金属粉尘及火花沿砂轮切割处的切线飞出，此时由于设置有防护挡板，金属粉尘及火花溅射在防护挡板上，防护挡板上的喷头喷出冷却水，冷却水将金属粉尘及火花冷却，减少了火灾隐患；同时金属粉尘随冷却水流入回收箱，可进行再生利用；而冷却水经滤网后流入水箱，进行重复循环使用，节约资源。

本发明涉及金属回收装置技术领域，尤其涉及一种用于立式磨样机的金属粉尘回收装置。
背景技术
立式磨样机是钢铁、特种合金生产单位常用的制样设备，立式磨样机在磨光金属材料时产生大量的金属粉尘和火花，对工作环境造成很大影响，同时火灾隐患较大。
发明内容
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的。
一种用于立式磨样机的金属粉尘回收装置，包括：防护挡板、喷头、回收箱和水箱；立式磨样机的砂轮处包覆设置有防护挡板；所述防护挡板上设置有喷头；所述防护挡板的下部延伸至回收箱；所述回收箱侧壁的底端设置有出水口；所述回收箱侧壁的上端设置有进水口；所述出水口与进水口通过水管相连。
进一步的，出水口处设置有滤网。
进一步的，水箱内设置有水泵，水箱里的水通过水泵由喷头喷出
本发明的优点在于：本发明通过设置防护挡板，当砂轮产生火花时，金属粉尘及火花沿砂轮切割处的切线飞出，此时由于设置有防护挡板，金属粉尘及火花溅射在防护挡板上，防护挡板上的喷头喷出冷却水，冷却水将金属粉尘及火花冷却，减少了火灾隐患；同时金属粉尘随冷却水流入回收箱，金属粉尘在回收箱内收集，可进行再生利用；而冷却水经滤网后流入水箱，进行重复循环使用，节约资源。

根据本发明的一个方面，水箱4内设置有水泵，水箱4里的水通过水泵由喷头2喷出
