Background
The color of human skin is developed for a variety of reasons, and the determining factor is the distribution and content of melanin. The main processes for producing melanin are: tyrosine in melanocyte tissue is converted by dopachrome, dopaquinone and dopa under the action of tyrosinase, so as to generate melanin. According to related reported researches, the sales of the whitening cosmetics in China is in an increasing mode, and the market potential is worthy of attention. Most of the prior whitening cosmetics take tyrosinase as a base, and the whitening active ingredients are used for controlling the activity of the tyrosinase, so that the formation of melanin is reduced, and the whitening effect is achieved.
At the early stage of the popularization of whitening cosmetics, although the whitening effect is very obvious, chemical substances such as hormones, mercury and the like exist, toxicity is generated on human bodies, and long-term deposition is generated, so that organs in the bodies are in failure. With the improvement of the system in the aspect of cosmetics in China, the requirements for skin whitening meet the following standards: can inhibit the activity of tyrosinase; the whitening cosmetic has high safety and no irritation to skin. The existing whitening products sacrifice the product effect in order to improve the safety, cannot balance the immediate effect and the long-term whitening, and also improve the stability of the products.

The multi-effect whitening composition comprises 0.05-0.2 parts of essence by weight, wherein the essence is not particularly limited and can be sold in the market, and the essence is purchased from Shanghai color Union international trade company.
According to the whitening composition, the whitening composition is added with titanium dioxide to play a role in concealing and whitening, but the titanium dioxide has larger surface energy and is difficult to stably disperse in a system, so that the content of the titanium dioxide in the composition is limited. After the mixture of potassium cetyl phosphate and polyglycerol-3 cocoate is added, the dispersion of high-content titanium dioxide is improved through the double effects of electrostatic repulsion and long-chain group steric hindrance. The applicant has found that, surprisingly, when the ratio in parts by weight of potassium cetyl phosphate to polyglycerol-3 cocoate is 1: (1-2), the water-retaining effect of the whitening composition can be improved, possibly due to: cetyl phosphate potassium and polyglycerol-3 coconut oil fatty acid ester form bilayer structure, and hydrophobic carbon chain is inside the bilayer, and hydrophilic group is located the surface of bilayer, because the structure of multilayer parcel, water is wrapped up in this structure, is difficult for evaporating. When the weight part ratio of the potassium cetyl phosphate to the polyglycerol-3 cocoate is more than 1: 1 or less than 1: 2, the balance of the original system is broken, and a regular double-layer structure is difficult to form, so that the water retention effect is reduced.
In some preferred embodiments, the sum of the parts by weight of butylene glycol, glycerin and panthenol in the moisturizer is 1 to 5 times the sum of the parts by weight of potassium cetyl phosphate and polyglycerin-3 coconut oil acid; further preferably, the sum of the parts by weight of butanediol, glycerol and panthenol in the moisturizer is 3 times of the sum of the parts by weight of potassium cetyl phosphate and polyglycerol-3-cocoic acid.
The composition of the invention is added with butanediol, glycerin and panthenol to absorb moisture in the air, so that the skin is maintained in a balanced state with the water content higher than the normal water content, and the effect is cooperated with the water retention effect formed by potassium cetyl phosphate and polyglycerol-3 cocoate to give lasting tenderness and brightness to the skin. The applicant has also found that the stability of the whitening composition can be improved when the sum of the parts by weight of butylene glycol, glycerin, panthenol is 1 to 5 times the sum of the parts by weight of potassium cetyl phosphate and polyglycerin-3 coconut oil acid. Presumably, a certain amount of butanediol, glycerol and panthenol changes the surface tension of water, enhances the affinity of the emulsifier in water, and is beneficial to improving the dispersion degree of potassium cetyl phosphate and polyglycerol-3 cocoate in water, so that the latex particles become small and are uniformly distributed. When the sum of the parts by weight of the butanediol, the glycerol and the panthenol is more than 5 times of the sum of the parts by weight of the potassium cetyl phosphate and the polyglycerol-3 coconut oil acid, the butanediol, the glycerol, the panthenol and the like form a hydration group with water through hydrogen bonds to enter a double-layer structure, and the stability of the structure is damaged.
In some preferred embodiments, the sum of the parts by weight of the potassium cetyl phosphate and the polyglycerol-3-cocoic acid is 1 to 4 times that of the hydroxyethyl cellulose; further preferably, the sum of the parts by weight of the potassium cetyl phosphate and the polyglycerol-3-cocoic acid is 2.5 times of the hydroxyethyl cellulose.
The hydroxyethyl cellulose is added in the whitening composition, and the hydroxyethyl cellulose and the potassium cetyl phosphate and the polyglycerol-3 cocoate form a water retention effect which is mutually synergistic, so that the stability of the whitening composition in the cold and hot storage process is improved, and the phenomena of coarseness, delamination and the like are avoided. The possible reason is that the hydroxyethyl cellulose in the auxiliary agent is cooperated with active groups on the thickening agent, the potassium cetyl phosphate and the polyglycerol-3 cocoate to form a rheological barrier in the emulsion, the rheological barrier can limit the particle size of the emulsion and can also improve the adsorption force between the emollient and the emulsifier, the humectant and other components in the system, when the temperature and other conditions of the system are changed, the multi-layer structure around oil drops weakens the van der Waals force among the oil drops, prevents agglomeration to cause the problems of coarsening, layering and the like, thereby obviously improving the stability of the emollient. When the sum of the parts by weight of the potassium cetyl phosphate and the polyglycerin-3 coconut oil acid and the part by weight of the hydroxyethyl cellulose are less than 1 or more than 4 times, the formation of a uniform system is not facilitated or the particle size is larger in the preparation process.
The second aspect of the present invention provides a preparation method of the above multi-effect whitening composition, comprising the steps of:
a. adding the pre-dispersed humectant and the auxiliary agent into a preparation pot 1 containing water, stirring and heating to 80 ℃ to be uniform;
b. sequentially adding the raw materials of the emulsifier, the emollient and the titanium dioxide into the preparation pot 2, stirring and heating to 80 ℃ to be uniform;
c. b, adding a thickening agent into the preparation pot 1 in the step a, stirring for 1-10 minutes, adding the mixed liquid obtained in the step b into the preparation pot 1, stirring for 1-10 minutes, and cooling;
d. and c, cooling to 40 ℃, adding the raw material skin conditioner into the mixture obtained in the step c, stirring uniformly, taking the materials, detecting, and directly discharging after the materials are qualified.
