Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of application of Cladosiphon okamuranus Dunn, in particular to stem cell toning lotion.
Background
The cosmetic water is generally transparent liquid, and can remove dirt and oily secretion on skin, keep stratum corneum of skin with appropriate water content, promote skin physiological function, soften skin and prevent pachylosis. The lotions are classified into skin lotions, astringent lotions, soft lotions, and the like, and have different orientations and different designs, so that a large number of different lotions are available on the market.
Lotions are generally used in two situations: after the face is cleaned and before makeup, the face water can be supplemented properly, pores can be shrunk, and other cosmetics such as honey powder, eye shadow and the like can be easily adsorbed by the skin during makeup; or after makeup removal, for shrinking pores on the skin and for slightly cleansing the skin, especially the residues of other cosmetics on the face.
The main function of the lotion is not to wash off the residual cleansing milk, nor to make the user's skin feel burning or to shrink pores. The essential task of the lotion is to restore the natural ph of the user's skin, ready for the next skin care step. If your facial cleaning product is unable to do its job and does not wash the cosmetics and dirt clean, the user should do a change to a facial cleaning product instead of simply remedying with lotion.
Cladosiphon okamuranus (Cladosiphon NOVAE-calmetoniae) is one of Cladosiphon okamuranus, and has been studied in the field of cosmeceutical, and the applicant is conducting research and development on the application of Cladosiphon okamuranus to stem cells in the cosmetic lotion field.
Disclosure of Invention
Based on this, there is a need for a stem cell lotion.
A stem cell toning lotion comprises 55-95 parts of a component A, 10-15 parts of a component B and 0.05-0.2 part of a component C; wherein the component A comprises a humectant and water; the component B comprises Cladosiphon okamuranus extract; and, the C fraction comprises stem cells.
In one embodiment, the component B further comprises a excrementum passeris extract, lotus flower oil, lotus root powder and a cordyceps sinensis extract, and the mass ratio of the siphonostegia asteroides extract, the excrementum passeris extract, the lotus flower oil, the lotus root powder and the cordyceps sinensis extract in the component B is 4-8: "1-4": 1-3 ": 0.5-1".
In one embodiment, the component B further comprises a cell colony stimulating factor and tridecapeptide-1, and the mass ratio of the cladosporium asteroides extract, the cell colony stimulating factor and the tridecapeptide-1 in the component B is 4-8: 0.02-0.3: 0.01-0.2.
In one embodiment, the component B also comprises a lotus rhizome extract, and the mass ratio of the cladosporium asteroides extract to the lotus rhizome extract in the component B is 4-8: 1-2.
In one embodiment, in the C fraction, the stem cells are epidermal stem cells.

The stem cell toning lotion has small irritation to skin, is generally suitable for skin of various skin types, and can achieve the technical effects of resisting wrinkles, repairing epidermis and regenerating skin.
In other embodiments, the stem cell lotion has excellent moisturizing effect by adopting a matching design of combining the epidermal layer humectant and the dermal layer humectant, can also realize whitening and other effects, and has a certain antibacterial effect.

One embodiment of the invention is stem cell toning lotion, which comprises 55-95 parts of a component A, 10-15 parts of a component B and 0.05-0.2 part of a component C; wherein the component A comprises a humectant and water; the component B comprises Cladosiphon okamuranus extract; and, the C fraction comprises stem cells. For example, the stem cell lotion comprises 60-90 parts of a component A, 11-14 parts of a component B and 0.07-0.18 part of a component C; for another example, the stem cell toning lotion comprises 70-80 parts of the component A, 12-13 parts of the component B and 0.1-0.15 part of the component C; for another example, the stem cell lotion comprises 55 parts of the component A, 10 parts of the component B and 0.05 part of the component C; for another example, the stem cell lotion comprises 95 parts of component A, 15 parts of component B and 0.2 part of component C; for another example, the stem cell lotion comprises 55 parts of the component A, 15 parts of the component B and 0.2 part of the component C; for another example, the stem cell lotion comprises 95 parts of component A, 10 parts of component B and 0.05 part of component C; for another example, the stem cell lotion comprises 60 parts of the component A, 14 parts of the component B and 0.18 part of the component C; for another example, the stem cell lotion comprises 70 parts of a component A, 12 parts of a component B and 0.15 part of a component C; for another example, the stem cell lotion comprises 80 parts of component A, 13 parts of component B and 0.1 part of component C. The cladodiosporium asteroides extract, i.e. the cladodiosporium asteroides extract, may be the extract of the whole cladodiosporium asteroides, or may be the extract of a part of cladodiosporium asteroides, e.g. the cladodiosporium asteroides extract with a part of plastids removed, and so on in the other embodiments. In the examples of the present invention, the term "part by mass" means "g, mg, kg, jin, kg, pound, ton, etc. In grams as an example, 1 part is a certain mass of 0.0001 to 10000 grams; for example, 1 part may be 0.001g, 0.01g, 0.02g, 0.05g, 0.1g, 0.2g, 0.5g, 1g, 2g, 3g, 4g, 5g, 10g, 15g, 20g, 30g, 50g, 80g, 100g, 500g, 1000g, 5000g, 10000g, 50000g, or the like, and is not limited thereto, and may be selected depending on actual production and production, and the like may be applied to each example. In one embodiment, in the component a, the water is purified water. Alternatively, the water is deionized water. In one embodiment, in the component A, the mass ratio of the humectant to the water is 5-10 to 50-85; further, in the component A, the mass ratio of the humectant to the water is 6: '50-85'; wherein 6: 50-85 can also be expressed as 6: 50-6: 85, 6 (50-85) or 6: 50-85, it can be understood that the essence of the four expression ways is the same, that is, when the humectant is 6 parts by mass, 50-85 parts by mass of water, and so on in the other embodiments. For example, in each embodiment, the mass ratio of the humectant to the water in the component A is 5-10: 50-85. In one embodiment, the moisturizer comprises sodium pyrrolidone carboxylate (PCA-Na), sodium lactate, ceramide, hyaluronic acid, collagen, and/or chondroitin sulfate. For example, the moisturizer includes sodium pyrrolidone carboxylate, sodium lactate, ceramide, hyaluronic acid, collagen, or chondroitin sulfate. In one embodiment, the humectant comprises sodium pyrrolidone carboxylate and sodium lactate in a mass ratio of 0.2-1.5 to 1-2; as another example, the moisturizer includes sodium pyrrolidone carboxylate and sodium lactate in a mass ratio of 0.5: 1.5. In one embodiment, the humectant comprises sodium pyrrolidone carboxylate; sodium pyrrolidone carboxylate, also called pyroglutamic sodium glutamate, is colorless, odorless, transparent and slightly salty liquid, is a main component of natural moisturizing factor NMF in skin, and has strong moisturizing effect. Although the maximum water carrying capacity of the gel is only about 3 times of the self weight, the gel has the advantages that the efficacy is close to that of hyaluronic acid in practical application and is far better than that of glycerin, propylene glycol and sorbitol, the viscosity of the sodium pyrrolidone carboxylate is very low, the gel does not have the sticky and heavy feeling of other humectants such as glycerin, the safety is very high, the high concentration of the gel does not stimulate eye and conjunctiva, and the gel is very mild to skin. In addition, the sodium pyrrolidone carboxylate has strong long-term moisture retention, the water content can still reach 60 percent when the sodium pyrrolidone carboxylate is measured after the sodium pyrrolidone carboxylate is placed for 1 month in an environment with the humidity of 65 percent, the sodium pyrrolidone carboxylate is a real physiologically-acting horny layer softening agent, and the stem cell toning lotion is beneficial to avoiding the skin from becoming dry and rough by adopting a proper amount of sodium pyrrolidone carboxylate. Further, the humectant also comprises aluminium pyrrolidone carboxylate (PCA-Al), the mass ratio of the aluminium pyrrolidone carboxylate to the sodium pyrrolidone carboxylate is 0.1-0.5 to 0.2-1.5, for example, the humectant comprises the aluminium pyrrolidone carboxylate to the sodium pyrrolidone carboxylate, and the mass ratio of the aluminium pyrrolidone carboxylate to the sodium pyrrolidone carboxylate is 0.2: 0.5; for example, in the moisturizer, the mass ratio of the aluminum pyrrolidone carboxylate to the sodium pyrrolidone carboxylate is 0.2: 0.5; thus, the stem cell lotion has the effects of shrinking pores, suppressing sweating and disinfecting, and has no irritation to the skin. For example, the moisturizer comprises aluminum pyrrolidone carboxylate, sodium pyrrolidone carboxylate and sodium lactate in a mass ratio of "0.1-0.5": 0.2-1.5 ": 1-2"; for another example, the moisturizer comprises aluminum pyrrolidone carboxylate, sodium pyrrolidone carboxylate and sodium lactate in a mass ratio of 0.2:0.5: 1.5. The stem cell cosmetic water containing sodium lactate has good moisturizing and antibacterial effects, and also has certain adjuvant treatment effect on pox.
In one embodiment, the humectant comprises sodium pyrrolidone carboxylate, sodium lactate and ceramide in a mass ratio of 0.2-1.5 ": 1-2": 0.05-0.1 "; for another example, the moisturizer comprises 0.1-0.5 mass percent of aluminum pyrrolidone carboxylate, 0.2-1.5 mass percent of sodium pyrrolidone carboxylate, 1-2 mass percent of sodium pyrrolidone carboxylate, 0.05-0.1 mass percent of sodium lactate and ceramide. For another example, the moisturizer comprises aluminum pyrrolidone carboxylate, sodium lactate and ceramide in a mass ratio of 0.5:1:2: 0.1. Ceramide (ceramide) is a lipid present in the skin. Also known as sphingolipids, play an important role in the formation of the stratum corneum of the epidermis. Ceramides are a common structural unit for sphingolipids. Topical application of ceramide results in a very significant increase in skin conductance, and secondly, cholesterol, free fatty acids and cholesterol esters do not act significantly. Ceramides have a strong ability to associate with water molecules, and they maintain skin moisture by forming a network in the stratum corneum. In addition, the ceramide content in the horny layer of the epidermis can be increased by using the ceramide, and the conditions of dry skin, desquamation, roughness and the like can be improved; meanwhile, ceramide can increase the thickness of the horny layer of epidermis, improve the water holding capacity of the skin, reduce wrinkles, enhance the elasticity of the skin and delay the skin aging.
In one embodiment, the moisturizer comprises sodium pyrrolidone carboxylate, sodium lactate, ceramide and Hyaluronic Acid in a mass ratio of 0.2-1.5 to 1-2 to 0.05-0.1 to 0.5-1, and the moisturizer comprises sodium pyrrolidone carboxylate, sodium lactate, ceramide and Hyaluronic Acid in a mass ratio of 0.5:1.5:0.1:0.8, and the moisturizer comprises aluminum pyrrolidone carboxylate, sodium lactate, ceramide and Hyaluronic Acid in a mass ratio of 0.1-0.5 to 0.2-1.5 to 1-2 to 0.05-0.1 to 0.5-1, and the Hyaluronic Acid in a mass ratio of 0.2:0.5:1.5: 0.8, wherein the moisturizer comprises aluminum pyrrolidone carboxylate, sodium lactate, ceramide and Hyaluronic Acid in a mass ratio of 0.2:0.5: 0.1:0.8, and the Hyaluronic Acid is capable of maintaining the skin roughness and the skin roughness after the skin is aged, and the skin is more easily wrinkled and HAs a dry or wrinkled skin-aged, the skin roughness caused by the addition of a high Hyaluronic Acid-polysaccharide.

For example, the cotton pad delivery structure is a delivery conduit.
In one embodiment, the lotion storage structure is provided with a liquid storage cavity and an opening part thereof, and the liquid part of the stem cell lotion is stored in the liquid storage cavity of the lotion storage structure; for example, the liquid part of the stem cell toning water is filled or conveyed into the liquid storage cavity from the opening part; the toning lotion output structure is fixed at the opening part of the toning lotion storage structure and is used for gradually releasing the liquid part of the stem cell toning lotion stored in the toning lotion storage structure through the opening part. For another example, the receiving structure is fixed to the support structure; for another example, the receiving structure is fixed on the supporting structure and is located between the cosmetic cotton storage structure and the cosmetic water storage structure. Thus, the stem cell lotion or the cosmetic article thereof can be designed as a set of integral products to be sold integrally.
For example, the cosmetic cotton storage structure and the cosmetic water storage structure are respectively arranged on the supporting structure, the cosmetic cotton conveying structure is arranged on the cosmetic cotton storage structure, and the cosmetic water output structure is arranged on the cosmetic water storage structure; for example, one end of the cosmetic cotton conveying structure is communicated with the storage cavity of the cosmetic cotton storage structure through the opening structure, and the other end of the cosmetic cotton conveying structure is connected with one end of the receiving structure; for example, one end of the lotion output structure is connected to the reservoir chamber of the lotion storage structure through the opening, and the other end of the lotion output structure faces the receiving structure.
For example, the cosmetic cotton storage structure and the cosmetic water storage structure are respectively movably arranged on the supporting structure, the cosmetic cotton conveying structure is detachably arranged on the cosmetic cotton storage structure, one end of the cosmetic cotton conveying structure is communicated with the storage cavity of the cosmetic cotton storage structure through the opening structure, the other end of the cosmetic cotton conveying structure is connected with one end of the bearing structure, the cosmetic cotton conveying structure is used for conveying out the cosmetic cotton stored in the cosmetic cotton storage structure one by one, the cosmetic water output structure is detachably arranged on the cosmetic water storage structure, one end of the cosmetic water output structure is connected with the liquid storage cavity of the cosmetic water storage structure through the opening, and the other end of the cosmetic water output structure faces the bearing structure. For another example, the cosmetic article further includes a support structure, the cosmetic cotton storage structure and the lotion storage structure are respectively screwed, clamped or plugged on the support structure, the receiving structure is screwed, clamped or plugged on the support structure, and the receiving structure is located between the cosmetic cotton storage structure and the lotion storage structure. In this way, the components of the makeup article are easy to disassemble and assemble, which is beneficial to supplement the liquid part of stem cell toning lotion and cosmetic cotton or maintain the components of the makeup article.
The invention will now be illustrated by the following examples.
Example 1: the stem cell toning lotion comprises 60 parts of a component A, 12 parts of a component B and 0.1 part of a component C; wherein the component A comprises a humectant and water; the component B comprises Cladosiphon okamuranus extract; and, the C fraction comprises stem cells. The humectant is glycerol, and the water is purified water. The mass ratio of the humectant to the water is 6: 56.
Example 2: the stem cell toning lotion comprises 90 parts of a component A, 13 parts of a component B and 0.12 part of a component C; wherein the component A comprises a humectant and water; the component B comprises an cladosporium fortunei extract, a white clove extract, lotus flower oil, lotus root powder and a cordyceps sinensis extract in a mass ratio of 5:2:2:2: 0.8; and, the C component includes epidermal stem cells. The humectant comprises aluminum pyrrolidone carboxylate and sodium pyrrolidone carboxylate, the mass ratio of the aluminum pyrrolidone carboxylate to the sodium pyrrolidone carboxylate is 0.2:0.5, and the water is purified water; the mass ratio of the humectant to the water is 1: 8.
Example 3: the stem cell toning lotion comprises 80 parts of a component A, 14 parts of a component B and 0.08 part of a component C; wherein the component A comprises a humectant and water; the component B comprises cladosporium fortunei extract, white clove extract, lotus flower oil, lotus root powder, cordyceps sinensis extract, cell colony stimulating factor and tridecapeptide-1 in a mass ratio of 8:1:1:1:1:0.06: 0.06; and the component C comprises an epidermal cell growth factor and an epidermal stem cell in a mass ratio of 1: 10. The humectant comprises aluminum pyrrolidone carboxylate, sodium lactate and ceramide at a mass ratio of 0.5:1:2: 0.1. The water is deionized water; the mass ratio of the humectant to the water is 1: 7.
Example 4: stem cell toning lotion, which comprises 65 parts of A component, 11 parts of B component and 0.15 part of C component; wherein the component A comprises a humectant and water; the component B comprises cladoniella asteroides extract, lilac extract, lotus flower oil, lotus root powder, lotus root stem extract, purslane extract, cordyceps sinensis extract, cell colony stimulating factor and tridecapeptide-1 in a mass ratio of 8:1:1:1:1:1.5:1:0.06: 0.06; and, the C component includes epidermal stem cells. The humectant comprises sodium pyrrolidone carboxylate, sodium lactate, ceramide and hyaluronic acid in a mass ratio of 0.5:1.5:0.1: 0.8. The water is deionized water; the mass ratio of the humectant to the water is 1: 12.
Comparative example: purified water.
The facial skin was subjected to continuous trial use using 5 groups of volunteers corresponding to examples 1 to 4 and comparative example, respectively, and the results are shown in the following table.
As can be seen from the above table, examples 1 to 4 are superior to the comparative example in terms of restoration of original appearance and anti-wrinkle effect, and examples 1 to 4 have comparable moisturizing, epidermis-repairing and skin-regenerating effects to the comparative example.
In addition, other embodiments of the present invention further include stem cell lotions that can be implemented and formed by combining the technical features of the above embodiments, wherein the technical features of the embodiments are matched with each other, so that the stem cell lotions have small irritation to the skin, are generally applicable to the skin of various skin types, and can achieve the technical effects of wrinkle resistance, epidermis repair and skin regeneration; and the effects of better moisturizing, whitening and the like can be synergistically realized, and the antibacterial whitening cream has a certain antibacterial effect.
The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
The above-mentioned embodiments only express several embodiments of the present invention, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the scope of the invention. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the inventive concept, which falls within the scope of the present invention. Claims (10)
1. The stem cell toning lotion is characterized by comprising 55-95 parts of a component A, 10-15 parts of a component B and 0.05-0.2 part of a component C; wherein,
the component A comprises a humectant and water;
the component B comprises Cladosiphon okamuranus extract; and the number of the first and second groups,
the C component includes stem cells.
2. The stem cell lotion according to claim 1, wherein the component B further comprises a Syringa oblata extract, Nelumbo nucifera oil, Nelumbo nucifera root powder and Cordyceps sinensis extract, and the mass ratio of the Cladosiphon excisa extract, Syringa oblata extract, Nelumbo nucifera oil, Nelumbo nucifera root powder and Cordyceps sinensis extract in the component B is "4-8": 1-4 ": 1-3": 0.5-1 ".
3. The stem cell lotion according to claim 2, wherein the component B further comprises a cell colony stimulating factor and tridecapeptide-1, and the mass ratio of the Cladosiphon okamuranus extract, the cell colony stimulating factor and the tridecapeptide-1 in the component B is "4-8": 0.02-0.3 ": 0.01-0.2".
4. The stem cell lotion according to claim 3, wherein the component B further comprises a lotus rhizome extract, and the mass ratio of the cladosporium asteroides extract to the lotus rhizome extract in the component B is "4-8": 1-2 ".
5. The stem cell astringent according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein in the C component, the stem cells are epidermal stem cells.
6. The stem cell lotion according to claim 5, wherein the mass ratio of the humectant to the water in the component A is "5-10": 50-85 ".
7. The stem cell lotion according to claim 6, wherein the moisturizer comprises sodium pyrrolidone carboxylate, sodium lactate, ceramide, hyaluronic acid, collagen, and/or chondroitin sulfate.
8. The stem cell lotion according to claim 6, wherein the moisturizer comprises sodium pyrrolidone carboxylate, sodium lactate, ceramide, hyaluronic acid and collagen in a mass ratio of "0.2 to 1.5": 1 to 2 ": 0.05 to 0.1": 0.5 to 1 ": 1 to 4".
9. The stem cell lotion according to claim 6, wherein the water in the A-fraction is purified water.
10. The stem cell lotion according to claim 6, wherein the water in the A-component is deionized water.
