A display module 19, an operation module and a voice module 191 are arranged on the side wall 14 of the intelligent medicine box in the embodiment, and the controller is electrically connected with the display module 19, the operation module and the voice module 191; the display module 19 and the operation module are used for a user to operate during the medicine charging step, and the medicine discharging structure 20 corresponds to the medicine information.

Due to the arrangement of the clamping structure 44, the isolating piece 40 can be lifted for a certain distance, so that the clamping groove 432 is completely separated from the limiting block 431, and the isolating piece 40 freely rotates; the limitation of the first fixture 443 and the second fixture 444 simultaneously prevents the spacer 40 from being completely separated from the core 30 due to centrifugal action when the core 30 rotates, thereby exposing all the medicine discharging channels 31 and causing a medicine discharging error.

Example 4

Claims (9)

1. An intelligent household dispensing method is applied to an intelligent medicine box and is characterized by comprising an information input step, a dispensing step and a reminding step; wherein,
the intelligent medicine box comprises a box body and a plurality of medicine outlet structures arranged in the box body; the medicine discharging structure comprises a shell, a partition is arranged in the shell, the interior of the shell is divided into a medicine storage bin and a medicine discharging bin through the partition, and a medicine discharging port is formed in the bottom of the shell;
a core body is arranged in the medicine outlet bin, a plurality of medicine outlet channels are arranged on the core body, the medicine outlet channels have various specifications, and the medicine outlet channels with different specifications correspond to medicines with different sizes; the width of the medicine corresponds to the width of the medicine outlet channel;
the isolating piece comprises an exposing part for exposing one medicine outlet channel and a shielding part for shielding the rest medicine outlet channels;
the medicine discharging structure further comprises a medicine blocking assembly, the shell is cylindrical, and the medicine blocking assembly comprises a plurality of arc-shaped gear through grooves arranged at the lower part of the outer wall of the shell, an elastic medicine blocking piece with adjustable height and a plurality of gear grooves arranged on the core body; wherein,
the gear through groove is positioned above the medicine outlet, the elastic medicine blocking piece is sleeved in the gear through groove and interferes with the medicine outlet channel on the core body through the gear through groove; the elastic medicine blocking piece is switched among the plurality of gear through grooves to correspond to different medicine heights and is used for blocking a second medicine above the medicine outlet;
the information entry step comprises a charging step,
the charging step comprises: entering an operation interface, setting a medicine outlet structure number, lighting an indicator lamp corresponding to the medicine outlet structure, taking out the corresponding medicine outlet structure, and adjusting the medicine outlet structure according to the medicine size, wherein the medicine size comprises the shape type, the width and the length of the medicine; setting the medicine name, the medicine taking time, the medicine taking quantity and the medicine placing total number corresponding to the medicine discharging structure on an operation interface, placing the medicine discharging structure back to the corresponding position on the intelligent medicine box, confirming that medicine filling is finished, turning off an indicator light, and then continuing to operate the next medicine discharging structure until all kinds of medicines are respectively loaded into the medicine discharging structure;
the charging step further comprises: after the size information of the medicine is obtained, the isolating piece in the medicine discharging structure is adjusted to enable the exposed part on the isolating piece to be aligned to the medicine discharging channel corresponding to the width of the medicine, and the position of the elastic medicine blocking piece in the medicine discharging structure on the gear through groove is adjusted to enable the elastic medicine blocking piece to correspond to the length of the medicine;
the dispensing step comprises: and generating a system prescription, setting a dispensing program according to the system prescription, receiving a starting signal and timing.
2. An intelligent home medication dispensing method according to claim 1,
in the dispensing step, if the dispensing programs contain different types of medicines, the corresponding medicine discharging structures are controlled to discharge medicines simultaneously or sequentially according to the dispensing programs, and the different types of medicines enter the medicine receiving structures;
the medicine discharging structure comprises a counter, and if the number of the dropped medicines detected by the counter is consistent with the medicine taking number of the medicines in the system prescription, the medicine discharging structure stops medicine discharging;
judging whether all the medicine discharging structures stop discharging medicine or not, and if so, displaying and sending medicine taking prompting information;
if the medicine taking signal is received, timing is continued, and the next medicine dispensing step is started.

An intelligent household dispensing method as recited in claim 1, wherein the step of charging further comprises the step of dosing: after the medicine discharging structure is taken out, the size of the medicine is measured by the medicine measuring device, including the shape type, the width and the length of the medicine, and the medicine discharging structure is adjusted according to the measuring result.

The intelligent household dispensing method according to claim 1, wherein the reminding step further comprises a medicine shortage reminding step: the controller of intelligence medicine box is connected with the counter electricity in the play medicine structure, and the record is accumulatively taken medicine quantity, and when the difference between accumulatively taken medicine quantity and the medicine total amount was less than the medicine quantity of taking, the controller control intelligence medicine box sent pronunciation and reminds to the pilot lamp scintillation of the play medicine structure that the control corresponds, sends simultaneously and lacks medicine information to the host computer.

An intelligent household medicine dispensing system is characterized by comprising a mobile terminal with user information and an intelligent medicine box, wherein the intelligent medicine box comprises a processor; a memory; and a program, wherein the program is stored in the memory and configured to be executed by the processor, the program comprising instructions for performing the method of claim 1 or performing the method of any of claims 2-4.
6. The intelligent home dispensing system of claim 5, wherein the processor comprises a display module, an operation module, and a voice module, wherein,
the intelligent medicine box is characterized in that a feature code and an operation interface which are used for being associated with the mobile terminal are arranged on the intelligent medicine box, the display module and the operation module form the operation interface, the operation interface displays image codes which are in one-to-one correspondence with a plurality of medicine discharging structures in the intelligent medicine box, the intelligent medicine box further comprises indicating lamps which are in one-to-one correspondence with the medicine discharging structures, and the indicating lamps are electrically connected with the controller and are turned on or off after receiving corresponding signals so as to complete the medicine charging step.

The intelligent household dispensing system of claim 6, further comprising a medicine measuring device, wherein the medicine measuring device is provided with a plurality of measuring holes, the measuring holes have different widths and correspond to the widths of the medicine outlet channels, one side of each measuring hole is provided with a corresponding character mark, and the other side of each medicine outlet channel corresponding to the measuring hole is provided with the same character mark.

The intelligent household dispensing system of claim 7, wherein the medicine measuring device is further provided with a length measuring assembly, the length measuring assembly comprises a measuring groove and a medicine resisting part which slides relative to the measuring groove, one side of the measuring groove is provided with a plurality of length marks, the length marks correspond to the gear through grooves in a one-to-one mode, the medicine resisting part is abutted to medicines in the measuring groove, and the length marks corresponding to the medicines are determined by the medicine resisting part towards the side face of the medicines, so that the elastic medicine resisting part is adjusted to the gear through grooves corresponding to the length marks.
9. A computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program, characterized in that: the computer program is executed by a processor for performing the method of claim 1 or for performing the method of any of claims 2-4.
