the isolating piece comprises an exposing part for exposing one medicine outlet channel and a shielding part for shielding the rest medicine outlet channels, and medicines in the medicine storage bin enter the medicine outlet channels through the exposing part;
the bottom of the shell is provided with a medicine outlet, and the core body drives the isolating piece to rotate in the shell until the medicine outlet channel is aligned with the medicine outlet so that the medicine in the medicine outlet falls out of the medicine outlet;
a counter is arranged below the medicine outlet and electrically connected with a rotating motor of the core body.

The medicine discharging structure suitable for medicines of different sizes as claimed in claim 4, wherein a lifting column for lifting the isolating piece to separate the clamping groove from the limiting block is arranged at the center of the isolating piece, and the length of the lifting column is adapted to the depth of the medicine storage bin.

The dispensing structure of claim 1, wherein the separating member is fixedly connected to the core, the separating member has an exposing hole corresponding to the dispensing channel, the dispensing channel is located below the exposing hole, the exposing hole has a detachable shielding portion, and the dispensing channel under one of the shielding portions is removed to expose the exposing hole, so that the exposing hole forms the exposing portion.
