背景技术
胃病,是许多与胃相关疾病的统称。它们有相似的症状,如上腹胃脘部不适、疼痛、饭后饱胀、嗳气、返酸,甚至恶心、呕吐等等。临床上常见的胃病有急性胃炎、慢性胃炎、胃溃疡、十二指肠溃疡、胃十二指肠复合溃疡、胃息肉、胃结石、胃的良恶性肿瘤,还有胃黏膜脱垂症、急性胃扩张、幽门梗阻等。
目前的胃病治疗均采用西药治疗,然而西药虽然药效快,但是其对人体的副作用比较大,且治标不治本,亟待改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的缺陷和不足,提供一种结构简单,设计合理、使用方便的药食同源组合物护胃膏及其制备工艺,其利用药食同源,在食用的过程中起到治疗养护的作用,对人体的伤害较小,实用性更强。
为实现上述目的,本发明中的药食同源组合物护胃膏,它包含清膏、芦荟膏、炼糖以及芡实粉;其中炼糖与清膏的质量比为2.5-3∶1;其中芦荟膏为2-4g、芡实粉8-12g;上述清膏包含如下成分:党参6-8g、干姜4-6g、苏叶7-9g、焦山楂3-5g、炙甘草4-6g。

本发明中的药食同源组合物护胃膏的制备方法,其操作步骤如下:
1、浸泡:分别称取党参6-8g、干姜4-6g、苏叶7-9g、焦山楂3-5g、炙甘草4-6g,加入以上药料总量的8-10倍量的水,浸泡8-10h;
2、煎煮:将上述浸泡的药材放入砂锅中煎煮,温度一般在110-120℃,煎煮3次;头汁煎煮2-3h,将药汁滤出,加入药料量4-6倍的水,进行第二次煎煮,煎煮时间为1.5-2h,将药汁滤出,加入药料量4-6倍的水,进行第三次煎煮,煎煮时间为1.5-2h,将药汁滤出;将药渣适当压榨,压榨所得药液和前三次药液混合;
3、浓缩:将所得滤液进行浓缩,开始时用武火加热至沸,而后文火加热蒸发,直至浓缩为稠膏(打白丝),即得清膏;
4、芦荟膏的制备:选取新鲜的库拉索芦荟,用清水洗净芦荟表面,用刀削去芦荟刺和外皮,切成小块后放入打浆机打碎,打碎以后用两层纱布过滤,取澄清汁加热进行浓缩,直至浓缩为稠膏状,即得芦荟膏;
5、炼糖:取饴糖适量加热进行炼制,炼制时不断搅拌至糖液开始显金黄色,所泛泡发光亮,糖液微有青烟产生时即停止加热;
6、芡实打粉:取芡实适量,粉碎后过80-120目备用;
7、收膏:分别取芦荟膏2-4g、清膏量2.5-3倍的炼糖、芡实粉8-12g依次加入制备好的清膏中,适当调节火候,并继续加热充分搅拌,直至锅内起泡(出现“鱼眼泡”),且粘起的膏体滑下呈片状,便可判断成膏;
8、分装:将熬制好的膏滋移入凉膏间,每剂分装两盒,贴上标签。

本具体实施方式中的药食同源组合物护胃膏的制备方法,其操作步骤如下:
1、浸泡:分别称取党参7g、干姜4g、苏叶9g、焦山楂3g、炙甘草4g,加入以上药料总量的270g的水,浸泡8h;

2、对照组:口服奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊(20mg),1天1次;试验组:服用上述实施例一中的护胃膏,1天2盒,早晚各服用1盒,饭前半小时,温水送服;
3、治疗两周后停药,观察疗效:试验组的临床总有效率为93.33%,其中临床治愈28例,无效2例;对照组的临床总有效率为86.67%,其中临床治愈26例,无效4例。

(4)、芦荟膏的制备:选取新鲜的库拉索芦荟,用清水洗净芦荟表面,用刀削去芦荟刺和外皮,切成小块后放入打浆机打碎,打碎以后用两层纱布过滤,取澄清汁加热进行浓缩,直至浓缩为稠膏状,即得芦荟膏;
(5)、炼糖:取饴糖适量加热进行炼制,炼制时不断搅拌至糖液开始显金黄色,所泛泡发光亮,糖液微有青烟产生时即停止加热;
(6)、芡实打粉:取芡实适量,粉碎后过80-120目备用;
(7)、收膏:分别取芦荟膏2-4g、清膏量2.5-3倍的炼糖、芡实粉8-12g依次加入制备好的清膏中,适当调节火候,并继续加热充分搅拌,直至锅内起泡,且粘起的膏体滑下呈片状,便可判断成膏;
(8)、分装:将熬制好的膏滋移入凉膏间,每剂分装两盒,贴上标签。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种药食同源组合物护胃膏的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述的步骤(3)中的浓缩过程中要勤搅拌。
