一种高温梭式窑,它涉及炉窑技术领域,具体涉及一种高温梭式窑。它包含窑体、窑门、窑车、热气管道、前支撑架、后支撑架、窑门支撑架、支撑杆、滑轮、保温层、空气加热器、送风口、出风口,窑体为方形盒体,窑体前端的两侧设有后支撑架,支撑杆的下方设有窑门支撑架,窑门通过滑轮设置在窑门支撑架的下方;窑体的左侧设有热气管道,热气管道经过窑体顶部并接入空气加热器,窑体的两侧侧边分别设有两个送风口和两个出风口;窑体的内侧壁和内顶壁铺设有保温层,两内侧壁之间设有窑车。采用上述技术方案后,本发明有益效果为:它用气加热,热空气加热使用完后可以再循环使用,实现节约能源和循环利用能源的目的。

本发明涉及炉窑技术领域,具体涉及一种高温梭式窑。
背景技术
梭式窑是使窑车在炉内与炉外之间往返,在炉外将产品搭载在窑车上,并照原样收放在炉内进行烧成,在烧成结束后再将窑车拉出炉外而取出的形式的间歇式烧成炉。
在工业飞速的发展下,梭式窑的应用也越来越多,而目前梭式窑采用的是采用烧嘴装置,加热烧嘴装置对窑体内的产品进行烧制,采用这种方法烧制的产品产品质量较差,能源用量较大。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的缺陷和不足,提供一种高温梭式窑,它用气加热,热空气加热使用完后可以再循环使用,实现节约能源和循环利用能源的目的。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案是:它包含窑体1、窑门2、窑车3、热气管道4、前支撑架5、后支撑架6、窑门支撑架7、支撑杆8、滑轮9、保温层11、空气加热器12、送风口13、出风口14,窑体1为方形盒体,窑体1前端的两侧设有后支撑架6,后支撑架6通过支撑杆8与前支撑架5相连接,支撑杆8的下方设有窑门支撑架7,窑门2通过滑轮9设置在窑门支撑架7的下方;窑体1的左侧设有热气管道4,热气管道4经过窑体1顶部并接入空气加热器12,窑体1的两侧侧边分别设有两个送风口13和两个出风口14;窑体的内侧壁和内顶壁铺设有保温层11,两内侧壁之间设有窑车3。
所述的保温层11包含保温砖111、保温棉112、电热管113、排热风口114,保温砖111铺满窑体1的内侧,保温砖111的表面铺设有一层保温棉112,电热管113设置在保温砖111之间的缝隙中,排热风口114穿过保温砖111和保温棉112并与热气管道相4连接。
所述窑门2上设有卡板15。
所述后支撑架6上设有锁紧装置16。后支撑架6上设有锁紧装置16,锁紧装置16与卡板15相对应,将滑轮9移向窑体1,窑门2对准窑体1后,使用锁紧装置16对卡板15进行锁紧,防止设备运行时,热气泄漏而影响对产品的烤制,影响产品的质量。
所述窑门支撑架7的钢板为工字形结构。窑门支撑架7的钢板为工字形结构,滑轮9沿着工字形结构钢板的底部进行移动,开启或关闭窑门时,控制与滑轮9相连接的电机可以控制窑门的移动。
所述窑车3的底部设有导轨17。窑车3的底部设有导轨17,窑车3沿着导轨17进行移动。
所述窑车3的上表面设有保温层11。窑车3的上表面设有保温层11,在设备运行时,高温气体经过需要烤制的产品时带走需要烤制的产品上的水分,而保温层可以保护窑车,防止窑车风化破坏窑车结构。
本发明的工作原理:烤制产品品质的好快要看烤制时加热点是否全面,气体是与产品接触面最广的一种介质,根据气体的特性,可以更好的加热烤制产品,窑车3上放置需要烤制的产品,移动滑轮9,将窑门2对准窑体1,关上窑门2,锁紧装置锁紧16,加热电热管113对保温砖111和窑体1内壁进行预热,空气加热器12加热气体,加热的气体通过热气管道4经过保温砖111送入窑体1内部加热烘烤,热气从送风口13进入,从出风口14流出,高温气体经过需要烤制的产品时带走需要烤制的产品上的水分进行烤制,热气再从热气管道4流回空气加热器12中进行循环使用。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明有益效果为:它用气加热,热空气加热使用完后可以再循环使用,实现节约能源和循环利用能源的目的。
