本发明公开了一种电磁屏蔽用导电涂料,所述涂料是采用多组原料制备的复合涂料,涂料组成的重量配比为:化硅30%~40%、聚苯胺10%~12%、聚吡咯8%~10%、环氧树脂10%~30%、聚氨酯2%~4%、聚酰亚胺3%~5%、酚醛1%~3%、丙烯酸酯0.2%~0.4%、石墨纤维0.4%~0.6%、碳纤维0.5%~0.7%、稀释剂0.5%~0.9%和添加剂1%~3%,其余为水。与现有技术相比,本发明各能够更好的起到电磁屏蔽的效果,而且导电效果更佳,具有良好的市场前景,便于推广。

技术领域
本发明属于复合涂料领域,具体涉及一种电磁屏蔽用导电涂料。
背景技术
涂料,在中国传统名称为油漆。所谓涂料是涂覆在被保护或被装饰的物体表面,并能与被涂物形成牢固附着的连续薄膜,通常是以树脂、或油、或乳液为主,添加或不添加颜料、填料,添加相应助剂,用有机溶剂或水配制而成的粘稠液体。中国涂料界比较权威的《涂料工艺》一书是这样定义的:"涂料是一种材料,这种材料可以用不同的施工工艺涂覆在物件表面,形成粘附牢固、具有一定强度、连续的固态薄膜。这样形成的膜通称涂膜,又称漆膜或涂层,在很多的导电装置上也需要涂上涂料,但是传统的导电装置涂料都比较简单,屏蔽电磁效果差,而且有的可能会导致导电效果变差,因此,我们提出一种电磁屏蔽用导电涂料。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种电磁屏蔽用导电涂料。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
一种电磁屏蔽用导电涂料,所述涂料是采用多组原料制备的复合涂料,涂料组成的重量配比为:
碳化硅30%~40%、聚苯胺10%~12%、聚吡咯8%~10%、环氧树脂10%~30%、聚氨酯2%~4%、聚酰亚胺3%~5%、酚醛1%~3%、丙烯酸酯0.2%~0.4%、石墨纤维0.4%~0.6%、、碳纤维0.5%~0.7%、稀释剂0.5%~0.9%和添加剂1%~3%,其余为水。
优选地,所述涂料是采用多组原料制备的复合涂料,涂料组成的重量配比为:
碳化硅30%、聚苯胺10%、聚吡咯8%、环氧树脂10%、聚氨酯2%、聚酰亚胺3%、酚醛1%、丙烯酸酯0.2%、石墨纤维0.4%、、碳纤维0.5%、稀释剂0.5%和添加剂1%,其余为水。
