本发明涉及电力设备用涂料技术领域,尤其涉及一种电力绝缘涂料,其主要包括如下重量份的成分:聚四氟乙烯50~60份,环氧树脂30~40份,磷酸三苯酯10~20份,有机硅树脂8~10份,金属陶瓷粉末5~8份,醇酸树脂5~8份,钛酸酯2~4份,二甲基二氯硅烷1~2份,甲基苯基二氯硅烷1~2份。本发明的电力绝缘涂料原料中还包括15~20份苯酚磺酸。本发明的电力绝缘涂料耐温,耐候,耐腐蚀,耐磨,附着力优良。

技术领域
本发明涉及电力设备用涂料技术领域,尤其涉及一种电力绝缘涂料。
背景技术
涂料是一种材料,用于涂在物体表面而形成涂膜,从而起到保护、装饰、标志及其他特殊作用(如电绝缘、防污、减阻、隔热、耐辐射、导电、导磁等)。在电力设备或者一些设备的保护装置的表面常常涂覆一层绝缘材料,提高电力设备的外部绝缘性,防止触电事故的发生。目前电力绝缘涂料的应用越来越广,而且对其性能的要求也越来越高。
现在行业中,绝缘涂料的种类繁多,但因为涂料的配方和加工工艺的差别,绝缘涂料的各方面性能也参差不齐。
发明内容
为了克服现有的绝缘涂料性能参差不齐的缺陷,本发明提供一种电力绝缘涂料,具有耐温,耐候,耐腐蚀,耐磨,附着力优良的性能。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种电力绝缘涂料,其主要包括如下重量份的成分:聚四氟乙烯50~60份,环氧树脂30~40份,磷酸三苯酯10~20份,有机硅树脂8~10份,金属陶瓷粉末5~8份,醇酸树脂5~8份,钛酸酯2~4份,二甲基二氯硅烷1~2份,甲基苯基二氯硅烷1~2份。
作为优选的,一种电力绝缘涂料,其主要包括如下重量份的成分:聚四氟乙烯55份,环氧树脂35份,磷酸三苯酯17份,有机硅树脂9份,金属陶瓷粉末6份,醇酸树脂6份,钛酸酯3份,二甲基二氯硅烷1份,甲基苯基二氯硅烷1份。
作为优选的,所述电力绝缘涂料原料中还包括15~20份苯酚磺酸。
作为优选的,一种电力绝缘涂料,其主要包括如下重量份的成分:聚四氟乙烯52份,环氧树脂38份,磷酸三苯酯16份,有机硅树脂8份,金属陶瓷粉末7份,醇酸树脂7份,钛酸酯4份,二甲基二氯硅烷2份,甲基苯基二氯硅烷2份,苯酚磺酸18份。

1、本发明的电力绝缘涂料成分包括聚四氟乙烯,能够耐温,耐候,耐腐蚀,绝缘性能优良。
2、本发明的电力绝缘涂料成分包括环氧树脂,具有优良的电绝缘性和稳定性。
3、本发明的电力绝缘涂料成分包括金属陶瓷粉末,能够提高涂料的韧性,可塑性和抗氧化性。
4、本发明的电力绝缘涂料成分包括有机硅树脂和醇酸树脂,有机硅树脂经醇酸树脂改性,使得涂料具有优良的附着力和耐磨性。
5、本发明的电力绝缘涂料成分包括钛酸酯,使得涂料强度提高,防沉和防发花。
6、本发明的电力绝缘涂料成分包括二甲基二氯硅烷和甲基丙基二氯硅烷,能提高涂料的粘着性,降低脆性。
7、本发明的电力绝缘涂料成分包括苯酚磺酸,能使环氧树脂固化,固化后的环氧树脂具有优异的粘接强度,使得涂料附着力优良。

由上述重量份的成分制得的一种电力绝缘涂料,耐温幅度为-15℃~80℃;摩擦系数为0.15~0.25,耐磨性能良好;经大气曝晒试验,耐候性能良好;经十字画格法测得附着力指数为2级。
实施例2
一种电力绝缘涂料,其主要包括如下重量份的成分:聚四氟乙烯55份,环氧树脂35份,磷酸三苯酯17份,有机硅树脂9份,金属陶瓷粉末6份,醇酸树脂6份,钛酸酯3份,二甲基二氯硅烷1份,甲基苯基二氯硅烷1份。
由上述重量份的成分制得的一种电力绝缘涂料,耐温幅度为-20℃~86℃;摩擦系数为0.1~0.2,耐磨性能良好;经大气曝晒试验,耐候性能良好;经十字画格法测得附着力指数为2级。
实施例3
一种电力绝缘涂料,其主要包括如下重量份的成分:聚四氟乙烯52份,环氧树脂38份,磷酸三苯酯16份,有机硅树脂8份,金属陶瓷粉末7份,醇酸树脂7份,钛酸酯4份,二甲基二氯硅烷2份,甲基苯基二氯硅烷2份,苯酚磺酸18份。
由上述重量份的成分制得的一种电力绝缘涂料,耐温幅度为-25℃~100℃;摩擦系数为0.08~0.15,耐磨性能良好;经大气曝晒试验,耐候性能良好;经十字画格法测得附着力指数为1级。

1.一种电力绝缘涂料,其特征在于,其主要包括如下重量份的成分:聚四氟乙烯50~60份,环氧树脂30~40份,磷酸三苯酯10~20份,有机硅树脂8~10份,金属陶瓷粉末5~8份,醇酸树脂5~8份,钛酸酯2~4份,二甲基二氯硅烷1~2份,甲基苯基二氯硅烷1~2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种电力绝缘涂料,其特征在于,其主要包括如下重量份的成分:聚四氟乙烯55份,环氧树脂35份,磷酸三苯酯17份,有机硅树脂9份,金属陶瓷粉末6份,醇酸树脂6份,钛酸酯3份,二甲基二氯硅烷1份,甲基苯基二氯硅烷1份。
