背景技术
微创介入治疗是在影像导引下,利用特定的穿刺针、导丝或导管等器械,不用打开人体组织即可准确到达病变部位进行诊断和治疗的医学新技术。医用聚氨酯是介入导管常用的材料,介入器械在进入或拔出人体以及在人体内运动时,都需要具有润滑性的表面,以避免损伤体内组织。医用聚氨酯导管本身是疏水性材料,表面不具备润滑性,尽管使用润滑剂或凝胶涂层可以获得暂时的润滑性,但是持久的润滑性只有通过改性材料本身或材料表面而获得。表面改性的方法既能使材料保持本身所具有的物理力学性能,又能使材料表面具有所必需的表面性能;另外,医用聚氨酯导管通常应用于与体液(水)接触的环境,而在水环境中,高亲水材料比高疏水材料更能降低表面对细胞及蛋白质等的吸附。因此,通过聚氨酯表面的亲水改性,增加表面极性基团来获得表面润滑性,就成为聚氨酯润滑改性中常重要方法。
在医疗介入材料的表面修饰中,涂层材料和技术是关键。开发具有良好生物相容性、超润滑性等表面性能的医用涂层材料显得越来越重要。在我国,受医用涂层材料等制约,高端的介入性医疗器械普遍依赖进口,价格高昂。同时,现有的改性方法较为复杂,生产成本较高,国内部分研究的具有润滑性涂层的样品,主要存在的问题是涂层容易脱落,无法广泛的应用和推广。

有鉴于此,本发明提供一种医疗器械用涂料组合物,本发明具有优异的抗菌能力以及非常好的表面附着性能,适合大范围的推广使用。

涂层性能测试
将实施例1-5和对比例1-2分别采用相同的现有技术制备获得涂层,分别涂装于聚氨酯试片和铝合金试片上,铝合金试片选用6063。涂料涂装后,静置48小时待涂料完全固化成膜后进行测试。对上述涂层进行附着力测试、中性盐雾测试、抗菌性能测试,测试方法按照相关国家标准进行,测试结果如下表。

1.一种医疗器械用涂料组合物,其特征在于,包括以下重量份数的组分:包括以下重量份数的组分:聚醋酸乙烯酯 19-32、乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯胶乳 8-17、葡萄糖酸聚六亚甲基胍7-18、偶氮二异丁腈 5-11、聚乙烯醇 13-29、分散剂 7-12、增稠剂 5-9、林蛙抗菌肽 31-38、消泡剂 4-7、pH调节剂 1-3、四氧化三铁空心磁纳米微球42-59、钛碳化硅陶瓷粉 31-47、蒸馏水 17-26。
2.根据权利要求1所述的医疗器械用涂料组合物,其特征在于,所述分散剂为十二烷基硫酸钠、甲基戊醇、聚丙烯酰胺、古尔胶、脂肪酸聚乙二醇酯中的一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的医疗器械用涂料组合物,其特征在于,所述增稠剂为氧氧化锆。
4.根据权利要求1所述的医疗器械用涂料组合物,其特征在于,所述消泡剂为磷酸三丁酯。
5.根据权利要求1所述的医疗器械用涂料组合物,其特征在于,所述pH调节剂为二乙醇胺。
