本发明“沙棘原花青素软胶囊”内包物由以下重量份数的药食两用品种组成：沙棘籽原花青素提取物15-35，沙棘籽油20-65，沙棘果油20-65。

1、沙棘籽油制备：

3、沙棘果油制备：从具有净化100000级良好生产规范的沙棘果油生产厂购买。
4、沙棘原花青素软胶囊制备：按比例称取沙棘籽原花青素提取物、沙棘籽油、沙棘果油，在具有净化100000级良好生产规范的软胶囊生产车间制成杀灭幽门螺杆菌、治疗慢性胃炎及胃溃疡的软胶囊产品。0.50g/粒，每100g中含沙棘原花青素 (OPC)≥9g。

2、本发明沙棘籽原花青素提取物提取采用高压差冷提取机组提取，是在室温下提取，不仅温度低，而且时间短，环保节能；而且原花青素含量得率高，大大降低了生产成本。
3、本发明产品剂型为软胶囊，不仅确保了沙棘原花青素的稳定性，而且服用剂量小，方便服用和携带。

具体实施方式：
实施例1：
(1)按比例称取各品种：沙棘籽原花青素提取物5Kg，沙棘籽油8Kg，沙棘果油 7Kg，内包物共计20Kg。
(2)委托北京航洋健康科技有限公司代加工生产沙棘原花青素软胶囊，0.50g/粒，20Kg内包物理论产量40000粒。实际产量37200粒，软胶囊得率93％。
(3)服用剂量及方法：
每日2次，每次3粒。
六位不愿意用抗生素来治疗幽门螺杆菌慢性胃炎的患者，而且采用中药治疗也无明显效果，这六位服用本发明沙棘原花青素软胶囊产品一个月都有明显效果，原来反酸、烧心、上腹部疼痛的症状明显减轻，现仍在继续服用之中。
实施例2：
(1)按比例称取各品种：沙棘籽原花青素提取物8Kg，沙棘籽油14Kg，沙棘果油16Kg，内包物共计38Kg。
(2)委托北京航洋健康科技有限公司代加工生产沙棘原花青素软胶囊，0.50g/粒，38Kg内包物理论产量76000粒。实际产量71820粒，软胶囊得率94.5％。
(3)服用剂量及方法：
每日2次，每次3粒。
Claims (2)
1.一种杀灭幽门螺杆菌治疗胃溃疡的沙棘原花青素软胶囊及制法，其特征在于由以下药食两用品种组成：沙棘籽原花青素提取物、沙棘籽油、沙棘果油，其各品种重量份数组成为：沙棘籽原花青素提取物15-35，沙棘籽油20-65，沙棘果油20-65；
沙棘籽原花青素提取物制备：脱脂沙棘籽粕粉碎至50-80目；采用6-10倍的50-70％乙醇浸泡1小时以上；高压差冷提取机组提取(高压200-500公斤，室温)；过滤；低温(50℃以下)负压(-0.095MPa以上)回收乙醇浓缩提取液至固形物40％以上；低温(50℃以下)负压(-0.095MPa以上)带式干燥成沙棘籽原花青素提取物粉剂，沙棘籽原花青素提取物中原花青素含量＞45％。
2.根据权利要求1所述杀灭幽门螺杆菌治疗胃溃疡的沙棘原花青素软胶囊，其特征在于：沙棘籽原花青素提取物制备：脱脂沙棘籽粕粉碎至50-80目；采用6-10倍的50-70％乙醇浸泡1小时以上；高压差冷提取机组提取(高压200-500公斤，室温)。
