A composition containing the cistanche extracting solution comprises the following components in parts by mass: 75% of cistanche extracting solution, 16% of caprylic-capric glyceride, 1% of glyceryl triacetate, 0.5% of maltol, 0.4% of menthyl acetate, 0.4% of vanillin, 1.2% of ethyl vanillin, 0.8% of ethyl caprylate, 0.7% of D-limonene, 0.3% of gamma-terpinene, 0.75% of beta-pinene, 0.25% of alpha-pinene, 0.35% of D-pyroglutamic acid ethyl ester, 0.75% of 5-hydroxy maltol, 0.95% of nerol and 0.65% of geraniol.
An explosive bead containing the composition is prepared by the flow-liquid mid-drop method. Wherein the content of the composition in the blasting beads is 10.5 mu l/particle, the diameter of the blasting beads is 2.60mm, the weight of the blasting beads is 10.5 mg/particle, the roundness is less than 0.15mm, and the crushing pressure value is 1.3 kgf.
A cigarette containing the above puffed beads is prepared according to the existing cigarette production process. The cigarette is a ternary composite cigarette, the circumference of the cigarette is 17.0mm, a popping bead is placed in a cigarette filter stick, and the popping bead is placed in the middle section of the cigarette filter stick, specifically 15.0mm away from the lip end.
The smoke test results and the smoking evaluation scores of the cigarettes of this example are shown in tables 2 and 3.
According to the feedback of the smoking evaluation result, the embodiment has the advantages that after the blasting beads rich in the cistanche extracting solution are added, the cigarette sample has more intense tobacco fragrance, the fragrance of the herbal medicine and the fragrance of the sweet sauce are outstanding, the blending degree of the tobacco fragrance is better, the thick smoke feeling is better, the mouth is smooth, and the aftertaste is sweet.
Example 4 physical and chemical Properties examination and sensory quality evaluation
Comparative example 1: the blank cigarette bead burst (i.e. not containing any content) prepared by the shunting-liquid mid-point dropping method is placed at the middle position of the filter stick of the ordinary cigarette with the same specification and components as those of the example 1, and specifically, the distance from the lip end is 15.0 mm.
Comparative example 2: the preparation method of the cistanche extracting solution is the same as that of the embodiment 1, and is characterized in that the cistanche extracting solution is directly concentrated after extraction, and an enzyme preparation is not added. The obtained cistanche extract was directly injected into 24.2. mu.l/pellet of the same size blasting beads as in example 1, and then placed in the same size cigarette as in example 1.
Comparative example 3: the preparation method of the cistanche extracting solution is the same as that of the embodiment 1, and the difference is that after extraction, 2.5ml of complex enzyme is added into each 100ml of cistanche extracting solution, wherein the enzyme activity ratio of cellulase, beta-glucosidase, ligninase and pectinase is 4:1:3: 5. The obtained cistanche extract was directly injected into 10.50. mu.l/pellet of the same size blasting beads as in example 3, and then placed into the same size cigarette as in example 3.
The conventional specification parameter tests were carried out on the popped beads and the cigarettes obtained in examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 3, respectively, and the results are shown in table 1.

According to the detection method in GB/T19609-2004 cigarette total particulate matter and tar determination by a smoking machine for routine analysis, the physical and chemical properties of the cigarettes obtained in the above examples are detected to determine the contents of the total particulate matter, tar, nicotine in smoke and carbon monoxide in the main stream smoke of the cigarettes in the examples before and after bead breaking by pinching, and the obtained results are shown in Table 2.

As can be seen from the data in Table 2, the cigarettes of examples 1-3 exhibited decreasing amounts of total particulate matter, tar content, smoke nicotine content, and carbon monoxide in the mainstream smoke before and after bead blasting. The decrease of the main stream smoke index of each example is different because of different content of the cistanche extraction liquid, but is higher than that of the cistanche extraction liquid (comparative example 2) which is not treated by the enzyme preparation before and after bead blasting of the cigarette. Therefore, compared with the method in the prior art, the cistanche extracting solution treated by the complex enzyme preparation can effectively reduce the content of harmful substances in the cigarettes. In example 3, the total particulate matter content after bead blasting and breaking is 6.01 mg/count, the tar content is 4.9 mg/count, the nicotine content of smoke is 0.50 mg/count, the carbon monoxide content is 4.8 mg/count, and the index of mainstream smoke is reduced most remarkably.
Meanwhile, in the example 3 after bead blasting by pinching, compared with the comparative example 3, the total particulate matter amount, the tar amount, the nicotine amount and the carbon monoxide amount in the mainstream smoke are all remarkably reduced, so that the effect of the cistanche extract treated by a proper amount of the complex enzyme preparation on improving the cigarette quality is better.
The conclusion shows that the cigarette containing the composition taking the cistanche extract provided by the invention as the main component can effectively reduce the total particulate matter content, the tar content, the smoke nicotine content and the carbon monoxide content of the mainstream smoke of tobacco combustion during smoking, improve the cigarette quality and reduce the harm to human health.
33 professional sensory evaluators were randomly selected and the cigarettes obtained in each example were evaluated for sensory quality. The sensory quality of the cigarette is referred to GB 5606.4-2005 cigarette part 4: the cigarette sensory quality judgment standard in the sensory technical requirements comprises the following steps: gloss, aroma, harmony, offensive odor, irritation and aftertaste, the specific criteria are shown in table 3.

According to the cigarette sensory quality evaluation criteria in table 3, professional sensory evaluators score the sensory quality of each example cigarette, and then take the average value as the final score, and the obtained sensory quality evaluation scoring results of each example cigarette are shown in table 4.

As can be seen from the data in Table 4, the sensory quality evaluation scores of the cigarettes obtained in examples 1 to 3 were all higher than those of comparative examples 1 to 3, indicating that the sensory quality of the cigarettes of the examples of the present invention was significantly improved. As can be seen from the detailed feedback descriptions of professional sensory evaluators, the sensory feelings of the cigarettes obtained in examples 1-3 during smoking are mainly reflected in: the smoke richness, the fine and smooth feeling and the thick feeling are remarkably improved, the tobacco fragrance is more rich and is full-blown, the blending degree is better, the charm of the baking fragrance, the herb fragrance and the sweet fragrance of the sauce is outstanding, no stimulation and impurity gas exist, the harmony is good, the smoke fineness is improved, the mouth is smooth, the sweet feeling is obviously enhanced, and the aftertaste is clean.
The conclusion shows that the cigarette containing the composition taking the cistanche extract provided by the invention as the main component can obviously improve the sensory quality, enhance the aroma, obviously improve the aftertaste and obviously reduce the irritation and the miscellaneous gas of the tobacco during smoking.
In conclusion, the preparation method of the cistanche extract provided by the invention has the advantages that the complex enzyme preparation with a proper proportion is used for enzymolysis, the aroma can be improved when the complex enzyme preparation is used in cigarettes, the complex enzyme preparation also has a health-care effect, and the complex enzyme preparation is particularly suitable for high-quality cigarettes.
The composition taking the cistanche extract as the main component shows strong and unique sweet sauce flavor and herbal flavor when being applied to cigarettes, which are not possessed by cigarettes containing other additives or cigarettes only containing cistanche, and can reduce the physical and chemical indexes of the total particulate matter content, tar content, nicotine content of smoke, carbon monoxide content and the like of the mainstream smoke of the cigarettes and reduce the harm to the human health.
The popping beads containing the composition provided by the invention can be suitable for cigarettes of different specifications and types, and the interestingness of the cigarettes during smoking is improved. The cigarette containing the popping beads is remarkably improved in both mainstream smoke indexes and sensory quality evaluation.
The formula of the blasting beads with specific fragrance is designed in a targeted manner, and after the blasting beads are applied to cigarettes, the smoking internal quality of the cigarettes can be obviously improved, and the smoking feeling is enriched and improved. Meanwhile, the cistanche has certain nourishing and health-care effects, so that the harm of cigarettes can be reduced to a certain extent. washing herba Cistanchis, removing impurities, air drying, oven drying at 40 deg.C, and pulverizing in liquid nitrogen to 90 mesh to obtain herba Cistanchis powder; under the microwave condition, carrying out water bath hot reflux extraction for 6 hours by using a material-liquid ratio of cistanche deserticola powder to ethanol of 1g to 10ml, cooling to 15 ℃, adding 1.3ml of complex enzyme with the concentration of 10 ten thousand U/ml into each 100ml of cistanche deserticola extract, namely adding 1.3 ten thousand U of enzyme preparation into each gram of cistanche deserticola dry matter, wherein the complex enzyme comprises cellulase, beta-glucosidase, ligninase and pectinase according to the enzyme activity ratio of 4:1:3:5, namely adding 4 thousand U of cellulase, 1 thousand U of beta-glucosidase, 3 thousand U of ligninase and 5 thousand U of pectinase into each gram of cistanche deserticola dry matter, the enzymolysis temperature is 20-25 ℃, and the enzymolysis time is 120-times 150 min; after enzymolysis, concentrating under reduced pressure at 60kPa until the dry matter content of the concentrated solution is 15%, and inactivating at 100 deg.C for 5 min to obtain Cistanchis herba extract;
preparing the cistanche extracting solution into a composition which comprises the following components in parts by mass: 75% of cistanche extracting solution, 16% of caprylic-capric glyceride, 1% of glyceryl triacetate, 0.5% of maltol, 0.4% of menthyl acetate, 0.4% of vanillin, 1.2% of ethyl vanillin, 0.8% of ethyl caprylate, 0.7% of D-limonene, 0.3% of gamma-terpinene, 0.75% of beta-pinene, 0.25% of alpha-pinene, 0.35% of D-pyroglutamic acid ethyl ester, 0.75% of 5-hydroxy maltol, 0.95% of nerol and 0.65% of geraniol;
the composition is prepared into the blasting bead by using a shunting-liquid mid-point dropping method, and the method comprises the step of cutting off a gel column by utilizing the shearing force of the counter flushing of cooling oil and then dropping, and specifically comprises the following steps: utilizing two cooling oils with different incident angles to form shearing force in a solenoid, cutting off wall materials and core liquid in the dropping process, condensing into balls in the cooling oil under the action of surface tension, and preparing finished blasting balls after deoiling, drying and screening; wherein the content of the composition in the blasting beads is 10.5 mu l/particle, the diameter of the blasting beads is 2.60mm, the weight of the blasting beads is 10.5 mg/particle, the roundness is less than 0.15mm, and the crushing pressure value is 1.3 kgf;
