Description

Essence containing probiotic fermentation metabolite and application of essence in cosmetics
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of skin care products, and particularly relates to essence containing probiotic fermentation metabolites, a method for preparing the essence, and application of the essence in cosmetics.
Background
The structure of the skin includes the epidermis, dermis, and subcutaneous fat. The dermis contains collagen, elastin, and other fibrous tissues. People face computers and mobile phone electronic equipment for a long time, the electronic equipment is easy to generate static electricity to attract dust or tiny particles to be attached to the surface of skin, and in addition, work and rest are irregular, the epidermis is easy to dry, and melanin precipitation is aggravated. With the age, the epidermis layer becomes thinner gradually, the metabolism of the skin is slowed down, the moisturizing factor in the dermis layer is reduced, the function of elastic fiber and collagen fiber in the dermis layer is reduced, the elasticity is weakened, and wrinkles appear; in addition, the active biological enzyme in the human body is reduced, a large number of free radicals destroy the cells of the human body, and the process of skin aging is accelerated.
On a normal skin surface, a large number of microorganisms, including microbial populations such as bacteria, fungi and viruses, are present, forming a mutually restricted and balanced microbial population. Normally, microorganisms are present orderly on the skin surface, and not only the microecological environment on the skin surface is maintained stable, but also bioactive substances used for the skin are secreted and produced.
The lactobacillus is a microorganism which survives in the intestinal tract and is beneficial to human health, and can improve the micro-ecological balance of a host, form an antibacterial biological barrier, inhibit the growth and the reproduction of pathogenic microorganisms and putrefying bacteria, and play a role in inhibiting bacteria and diminishing inflammation. More importantly, metabolites generated by lactobacillus fermentation have an important effect on improving skin, the metabolites comprise organic acid, amino acid, vitamin, exopolysaccharide, small molecular peptide and biological enzyme, the organic acid can balance the pH of the skin surface to enable the pH of the skin to be weakly acidic, and the amino acid, the vitamin and the biological enzyme can repair epidermal cells, remove pigmentation, improve rough skin to enable the skin to be bright and elastic; the microbial exopolysaccharide can also resist oxidation and delay skin aging.
For example, chinese patent CN108478459 discloses an eye essence containing lactobacillus fermentation lysis solution, which uses tea extract, pomegranate rind extract and caffeine as main frames of the eye essence for anti-aging and anti-oxidation, combines lactobacillus fermentation lysis solution to improve the absorption capacity of skin, and uses nutritional components royal jelly polypeptide, oat beta-glucan, buckwheat seed extract and ceramide as skin to supplement nutrients and water for the skin, so as to solve the problem of eye skin aging.
In addition, metabolites of lactobacillus also contain some small molecular antibacterial and antioxidant substances which can inhibit the reproduction of harmful bacteria on the surface of skin and have good anti-acne and anti-plaque effects. Chinese patent CN109498543 discloses a composition for regulating skin micro-ecological balance, which consists of a white ginseng extract, a probiotic metabolite and pearl oyster meat antioxidant peptides, a large amount of acidic substances in the probiotic metabolite are used for inhibiting the growth of harmful bacteria, and the probiotic metabolite also has the effects of removing acne cutin, reviving skin and brightening skin.
Currently, skin care products containing probiotic metabolites are in the market, but the effects of most commercial products are only limited in the publicity level. Some commercial products are added with natural extracts, such as CN108478459 which is also added with tea extract and pomegranate rind extract, however, these commercial products are simply mixed with other extracts, and it is difficult to fully utilize the characteristics of each component and element in these natural extracts and probiotic metabolites. Therefore, it is particularly important to provide a skin care substance having an excellent whitening effect, safety in use, and excellent moisturizing performance.
