Detailed Description
The process of the present invention is further illustrated below with reference to examples.
Example 1
A cordyceps mycelium with beautifying function is prepared by taking oat, soybean, tremella, pigskin, fish scale, shrimp bran, corn and egg as culture media and inoculating cordyceps militaris strain for cultivation; the preparation method comprises the following steps:
(1) respectively collecting oat, soybean, tremella, pigskin, fish scale, dried small shrimp, corn and egg for processing for later use;
the oat and soybean are collected and processed in the following modes: respectively collecting oat and soybean without deterioration and insect damage, and respectively cleaning the oat and the soybean for later use; the tremella is collected and processed in the following modes: collecting Tremella without deterioration, insect pest and sulfur, soaking in water to make Tremella absorb enough water, taking out and draining water, and pulverizing into 2-3 cm pieces;
the pigskin collection and treatment method comprises the following steps: collecting non-deteriorated and non-diseased pigskin as raw material, boiling in water for 10 min, cooling, removing dirt and hair, cleaning with warm water, placing pigskin in high-pressure cooker, and high-pressure steaming at 121 deg.C
Steaming for 30 minutes; fishing out the pigskin, draining, and finally crushing into blocks of 2-3 cm for later use;
the fish scale collecting and processing method comprises the following steps: collecting fish scales without deterioration and impurities as raw materials, washing the fish scales with clear water, then soaking the fish scales in a sodium hydroxide solution with the mass concentration of 1% for 5 hours, then rinsing the fish scales with clear water until the clear solution is neutral as determined by a PH test paper, fishing the fish scales out after the clear solution is washed, and draining the water for later use;
the corn collection and treatment mode is as follows: collecting corn without deterioration and insect pest as raw material, and crushing the corn into 20 meshes for later use; the collection and treatment mode of the dried small shrimps is as follows: collecting the shrimp bran without deterioration and impurities as a raw material, washing the shrimp bran with clear water, and draining the water for later use;
(2) the raw materials comprise the following components in percentage by weight: taking 3 parts of oat, 2 parts of soybean, 2 parts of tremella, 1 part of pigskin, 2 parts of fish scale, 1 part of dried small shrimp, 0.5 part of corn and 2 parts of egg for later use;
(3) preparing a nutrient solution: dissolving brown sugar and peptone in water according to the weight ratio of clear water to brown sugar to peptone of 100:12:3 to obtain a nutrient solution;
(4) soaking: placing oat, soybean, corn and fish scales in the nutrient solution and soaking for 3 hours;
(5) mixing materials: the oat, the soybean, the corn and the fish scales which absorb the nutrient solution are fished up, then mixed with the tremella, the pigskin and the dried small shrimps, and then mixed with the eggs, and mixed and stirred evenly to obtain a mixed material;
(6) and (3) sterilization: putting the mixed materials into a culture box, and sterilizing according to a conventional method;
(7) inoculation: inoculating cordyceps militaris strains in a sterile environment;

(9) color conversion: after the hyphae eat the material, the culture material is moved to another culture room and is cultured for 4 days under the light of 20 ℃ until the hyphae turn color;
(10) and (3) finished product: and opening the box cover after the color of the hypha is changed, removing the hypha, continuously culturing until the sporocarp germinates, taking out the culture material after the sporocarp germinates on the material surface, and drying at the temperature of below 80 ℃ to obtain the cordyceps sinensis mycelium finished product.

A cordyceps mycelium with beautifying function is prepared by taking oat, soybean, tremella, pigskin, fish scale, shrimp bran, corn and egg as culture media and inoculating cordyceps militaris strain for cultivation; the preparation method comprises the following steps:
