Abstract
一种生活有机垃圾的裂解还原转化反应处理设备,其包括封闭旋转式的裂解还原转化反应装置(8)和从所述封闭旋转式的裂解还原转化反应装置(8)的外部对其内部的物料进行间接加热的加热装置(16)。从裂解到气体处理的全过程采用封闭循环运行,使有机物料隔绝空气,处理过程和排放完全受控,有机物料的反应过程稳定、产出稳定;有机物料在反应装置中持续搅拌,均匀受热,使反应充分完全,能够最大程度地产出可燃气体、焦油等资源产物,且使其他有害产物的产生降低;整个系统达到能量循环,系统自身对外部供给燃料的需求量降低,从而大大降低了能源消耗和运行成本。
