此时,当包装材料受密封块和型铁的压轧并用加热装置密封时,两密封线之间形成一空间,该空间中存留有液体食物。
当割刀切割包装材料时,存留在该空间中的液体食物漏出而粘在割刀上。但是,由于清洗介质供应装置把清洗介质供应给割刀,因此立即清洗割刀。
从而防止粘在割刀上的液体食物弄脏包装材料的受切割两端。
在本发明另一灌注机割刀清洗装置中,包括横向密封部旁的一密封块、该密封块上的加热装置和正对该密封块、紧压其中灌满液体食物的包装材料的一型铁。
割刀正对在包装材料传送方向上位于密封块下游的横向密封部。
此时,由于在不同位置进行横向密封部的密封和该密封部的切割,因此便于同步调节,从而可提高灌注机的加工速度。此外,由于环绕割刀的空间增大,因此便于设定清洗介质供应装置的安装位置和角度。
在本发明另一灌注机割刀清洗装置中,割刀可向前向后运动,割刀向前运动时切割横向密封部。
在本发明另一灌注机割刀清洗装置中,割刀可转动,割刀转动时切割横向密封部。

本发明最佳实施方式
下面结合附图详述本发明各实施例。
图1为本发明第一实施例灌注机的原理图。
在该附图中,标号10表示一用柔性复合薄膜制成的卷材形包装材料。包装材料10用一未示出的包装材料制造装置制成后卷绕在该灌注机中的一卷筒21上。包装材料10用该灌注机的未示出的驱动机构展开后在该灌注机中传送。包装材料10从里到外比方说用聚乙烯树脂薄膜、铝箔、纸基和聚乙烯树脂薄膜层压而成。
包装材料10在引导件24的引导下不断用一未示出的密封装置沿纵向密封而生成一管形包装材料11。管形包装材料11向下传送的同时用一灌注管16从上方把液体食物灌入包装材料11中。然后用未示出的切割钳和热封钳从两横向侧面压轧灌满液体食物的包装材料11,从而以预定间隔横向密封包装材料11。从而生成一系列呈枕状初始形状的包装容器23。
然后,用未示出的割刀在各横向密封部的两密封线之间的一部位切割包装材料11而切开各初始形状的容器23。然后沿预定折缝把各切开的初始形状的容器23折叠成所需形状。从而制成其中灌注有相同数量液体食物的一个个包装容器。
下面说明本发明密封装置。
图2为本发明第一实施例灌注机主要部分的剖面图。
在图2中,标号11表示沿纵向不断密封卷材形包装材料10(图1)而成的管形包装材料。液体食物12灌注在包装材料11中。
包装材料11不断向下传送的同时在液体食物12表面下方用两密封/切割单元14和15压轧。因此,以预定间隔横向密封包装材料11而形成条状横向密封部S。然后用一割刀21在两密封线之间一部位切割各横向密封部S。从而生成其中液体食物数量相同的各初始形状的容器23。为此,密封/切割单元14包括一切割钳14a和一热封钳14b,而密封/切割单元15包括一切割钳15a和一热封钳15b。
在该实施例中,为了提高灌注机的加工速度,两密封/切割单元14和15的结构相同而交替工作,从而密封/切割单元14和15的工作周期之间相差半周期。
每一切割钳14a和15a的顶端上装有一切割条18,每一热封钳14b和15b上装有一密封块19,该密封块中有一感应器或加热带。当切割钳14a和15a以及热封钳14b和15b向前运动时,切割条18和密封块19从两边压轧包装材料11,从而包装材料11的两表面相互接触而横向密封。
切割钳14a和15a的中心各有一割刀21,割刀21可向前向后运动。割刀21在横向上呈长条形。割刀21向前运动时切割横向密封部S两密封线之间一部位。
为了进行切割,割刀21的后端有一气缸22。向气缸22供应或从气缸22排出高压空气等即可向前向后移动割刀21。
标号21a和21b表示一对成形板。成形板可摆动地支撑在切割钳14a或15a和热封钳14b或15b上,用来包住和引导包装材料11。成形板21a和21b使管形包装材料11成为长方形。
密封/切割单元14在图2中位于密封/切割开始位置。在密封/切割开始位置上,切割钳14a和热封钳14b向前运动而从两边压轧包装材料11,从而使包装材料的两表面互相接触。
然后在压轧包装材料11的同时向下移动密封/切割单元14而形成横向密封部S。
与此同时,密封/切割单元15在图2中位于密封/切割终止位置。在密封/切割单元15即将到达密封/切割终止位置前,密封/切割单元15的割刀21向前运动而切割横向密封部S的两密封线之间一部位,从而从包装材料11上切下初始形状的容器23。
在切割完横向密封部S两密封线之间一部位后,密封/切割单元15的切割钳15a和热封钳15b向后运动并在摆动的同时向上运动,以便到达密封/切割开始位置。一般来说,当切割钳15a和热封钳15b在密封/切割单元15到达密封/切割开始位置后,开始向前运动时,密封/切割单元14的割刀21向前运动而切割横向密封部S的两密封线之间一部位,从而切下初始形状的容器23。
密封/切割单元14和15上各有一未示出的气缸机构。把高压空气之类供应给该气缸机构即可使切割钳14a或15a与热封钳14b或15b相互靠拢,从而增加热封操作中的压力。
施加在切割钳14a或15a与热封钳14b或15b之间的压力在短时内撤销,密封/切割单元14和15移动到密封/切割终止位置。
在上述结构的灌注机中,当用密封/切割单元14和15压轧灌满液体食物12的包装材料11时,两密封线之间形成一空间,该空间中存留有液体食物12。
因此,当用割刀21切割包装材料11时,存留在该空间中的液体食物12漏出而粘在割刀21上。
下面说明灌注机的割刀清洗装置,该割刀清洗装置每当切割包装材料11时清洗割刀21。
图3为本发明第一实施例灌注机的割刀清洗装置的示意图;图4示出本发明第一实施例的割刀的第一状态;图5示出本发明第一实施例的割刀的第二状态。由于两密封/切割单元14(图2)和15的结构相同,因此只说明密封/切割单元15。
在这些附图中,标号11表示管形包装材料,标号15表示密封/切割单元,标号15a表示切割钳,标号15b表示热封钳,标号19表示密封块,标号21表示割刀。
切割钳15a上有一对切割导轨31和32。割刀21位于切割导轨31与32之间,由一气缸22沿箭头A所示方向向前、后运动。
切割导轨31和32正对密封块19,其上分别有沿切割导轨31和32伸展的型铁31a和32a。型铁31a和32a紧压包装材料11的横向密封部S。因此,型铁31a和32a的正对密封块19的表面呈平面。在横向密封部S中,在与型铁31a和32a对应位置上形成第一和第二密封线S1和S2。
密封块19上在与型铁31a和32a对应位置有用作加热装置的第一和第二感应加热器35和36。
第一与第二感应加热器35与36之间有一凹槽38,割刀21向前运动时其顶端插入该凹槽中。凹槽38沿第一和第二感应加热器35和36水平伸展。标号40表示第一与第二密封线S1与S2之间的一空间,液体食物12存留在该空间中。
切割钳15a在切割导轨31和32的后边(该图的右边)有一壳体51,切割导轨31和32受该壳体51的支撑。壳体51环绕割刀21和气缸22,从而割刀21和气缸22与壳体51之间形成一容纳清洗水之类清洗介质的封闭空间33。
封闭空间33经一清洗介质通道53与壳体51一定位置上的一进口52连通。从一未示出的清洗介质供应源经管道L1供应的清洗水经进口52和清洗介质通道53传送到封闭空间33。
此外,管道L1中有一开/闭阀55由一控制器56打开和关闭。开/闭阀55在切割钳15a和热封钳15b向前运动后定时打开,同时密封/切割单元15位于密封/切割开始位置,以便从两边压轧包装材料11,从而使相反两表面互相接触。然后开/闭阀55在封闭空间33灌满清洗水后关闭。在该实施例中,封闭空间33、进口52、清洗介质通道53和管道L1构成清洗介质供应装置。
然后,当密封/切割单元15即将到达密封/切割终止位置时,割刀21沿图4所示箭头方向向前运动,以便在第一与第二密封线S1与S2之间一位置切割横向密封部S,从而切下初始形状的容器23。此时,封闭空间33被横向密封部S和割刀21密封。
然后,在第一与第二密封线S1与S2之间一位置切割横向密封部S后,割刀21沿图5所示箭头方向向后运动。因此,封闭空间33中的清洗水经受切割包装材料11的两端面之间的一间隙漏出,此时,清洗水清洗割刀21。
因此,即使存留在空间40中的液体食物12粘在割刀21上,割刀21也立即受到清洗。从而防止粘在割刀21上的液体食物12弄脏包装材料11的受切割两端。
下面说明本发明第二实施例。
图6为本发明第二实施例灌注机的割刀清洗装置示意图;图7为本发明第二实施例的割刀的俯视图;图8为本发明第二实施例的割刀的剖面图。与第一实施例相同的部件用同一标号表示,不再赘述。
在第二实施例中,割刀21的一刀架61与壳体71的内表面滑动接触。滑动部的前边即刀体60所在处有一空间63,而滑动部的后边即气缸22所在处有一封闭空间64。此外,刀架61上有一凹槽61a使空间63与封闭空间64连通。
在该实施例中,如图7所示,凹槽61a呈X形,从而清洗水在刀体60的纵向上均匀传送。凹槽61a也可呈其他形状。在该实施例中,凹槽61a只形成在刀架61的一个表面上。但是,凹槽61a也可形成在刀架61的正反两表面上。
封闭空间64经清洗介质通道53与壳体71一定位置上的进口52连通,从一未示出的清洗介质供应源经管道L2供应的清洗水始终经进口52和清洗介质通道53供应给封闭空间64。此外,管道L2中有一调节器72。因此,可用调节器72调节从该清洗介质供应源供立给封闭空间64的清洗水水量。在该实施例中,封闭空间64、进口52、清洗介质通道53、管道L2构成清洗介质供应装置。
因此,从进口52供应给封闭空间64的清洗水经凹槽61a传送到空间63中的刀体61后沿刀体60纵向流动,从而清洗刀体60。
因此,即使存留在空间40中的液体食物12(图2)漏出而粘在割刀21上,割刀21也立即受到清洗。从而防止粘在割刀21上的液体食物12弄脏包装材料11的受切割两端。
此外,由于空间63无需灌满清洗水,因此所使用的清洗水的水量减少。此外,由于清洗水的供应无需用开/闭阀55(图3)、控制器56之类控制,因此该割刀清洗装置的结构简化。
下面说明本发明第三实施例。
图9为本发明第三实施例灌注机的割刀清洗装置示意图。与第二实施例相同的部件用同一标号表示,不再赘述。
在该实施例中,切割导轨31上有一个用作清洗介质喷口的喷嘴81位于割刀21的顶端旁,喷嘴81与进口52用一清洗介质通道153连通。
空间63形成在刀架61与壳体71之间的滑动部的刀体60一侧,而空间164形成在滑动部的气缸22一侧。此外,空间63与出口82用一清洗介质排出通道83连通。
在该实施例中,进口52、喷嘴81、出口82、清洗介质排出通道83、清洗介质通道153、管道L2构成清洗介质供应装置。
因此,从进口52供应给清洗介质通道153的清洗水从喷嘴81喷向割刀21的顶端而清洗割刀21。清洗后的清洗水经清洗介质排出通道83从出口82排出。
因此,即使存留在空间40中的液体食物12(图2)漏出而粘在割刀21上,割刀21也立即受到清洗。从而防止粘在割刀21上的液体食物12弄脏包装材料11的受切割两端。
此外,由于空间63无需灌满清洗水,因此所使用的清洗水的水量减少。此外,由于清洗水的供应无需用开/闭阀55(图3)、控制器56之类控制,因此该割刀清洗装置的结构简化。
在该实施例中,喷嘴81用作清洗介质喷口。但是,可把一未示出的切口用作清洗介质喷口。尽管在该实施例中喷嘴81形成在切割导轨31上,喷嘴81也可形成在切割导轨32上。此外,喷嘴81也可形成在切割导轨31和32上。
下面说明本发明第四实施例。
图10为本发明第四实施例灌注机的割刀清洗装置示意图。与第三实施例相同的部件用同一标号表示,不再赘述。
在该实施例中,切割导轨31上有一用作主清洗介质喷口、朝向横向密封部的存留有液体食物的空间40的喷嘴84和一用作副清洗介质喷口、朝向刀体60的喷嘴85。喷嘴84和85用一清洗介质通道253与进口52连通。
空间63形成在刀架61与壳体71之间的滑动部的刀体60一侧,而空间164形成在滑动部的气缸22一侧。此外,空间63与出口82用一清洗介质排出通道83连通。
在该实施例中,进口52、出口82、清洗介质排出通道83、喷嘴84和85、清洗介质通道253、管道L2构成清洗介质供应装置。
因此,从进口52供应给清洗介质通道253的清洗水从喷嘴84喷向横向密封部S并从喷嘴85喷向刀体60,从而清洗横向密封部S的受切割表面和割刀21。清洗后的清洗水经清洗介质排出通道83从出口82排出。
因此,即使存留在空间40中的液体食物12(图2)漏出而粘在割刀21上,割刀21也立即受到清洗。从而防止粘在割刀21上的液体食物12弄脏包装材料11的受切割两端。
在该实施例中,喷嘴84用作主清洗介质喷口,喷嘴85用作副清洗介质喷口。但是,可把两未示出的切口用作主清洗介质喷口和副清洗介质喷口。尽管在该实施例中喷嘴84和85形成在切割导轨31上,喷嘴84和85也可形成在切割导轨32上。此外,喷嘴84和85也可形成在切割导轨31和32上。
下面说明本发明第五实施例。
图11为本发明第五实施例灌注机主要部分的剖面图。与第一实施例相同的部件用同一标号表示,不再赘述。
在该实施例中,包装材料11不断向下传送时受到两密封单元314和315的压轧,从而以预定间隔横向密封包装材料11而生成条状横向密封部Sa。然后切割各横向密封部Sa的中心。从而生成初始形状的容器23,各容器中的液体食物12的数量相同。
为此,密封单元314包括都正对横向密封部Sa的一热封钳314a和一反钳314b,密封单元315包括都正对横向密封部Sa的一热封钳315a和一反钳315b。热封钳314a和315a的顶端上各有一未示出的密封块。当热封钳314a和315a以及反钳314b和315b向前运动时,密封块和反钳314b和315b从两边压轧包装材料11,从而包装材料11的两表面互相接触而横向密封。从而生成横向密封部Sa。
在密封单元314和315下方、即在包装材料11传送方向上密封块的下游有一割刀321和一刀砧322正对横向密封部Sa,它们可向前向后运动。当割刀321和刀砧322向前运动时,切割横向密封部Sa中心,从而从包装材料11上切下初始形状的容器23。
一用作清洗介质供应装置并用作清洗介质喷口的喷嘴333朝向割刀321。从喷嘴333喷出的清洗水清洗割刀321的顶端。
由于生成横向密封部Sa的密封操作与切割横向密封部Sa的切割操作在不同位置进行,因此便于把密封操作与切割操作调节成同步,从而可提高灌注机的加工速度。此外,由于环绕割刀321的空间增大,因此便于设定喷嘴333的安装位置和角度。
在该实施例中,喷嘴333用作清洗介质供应装置并用作清洗介质喷口。但也可把一未示出的切口用作清洗介质供应装置并用作清洗介质喷口。
下面说明本发明第六实施例。
图12为本发明第六实施例灌注机主要部分的立体图;图13为本发明第六实施例灌注机主要部分的剖面图。与第五实施例相同的部件用同一标号表示,不再赘述。
在该实施例中,包装材料11(图11)不断向下传送时受到两密封单元314和315的压轧,从而以预定间隔横向密封包装材料11而生成条状横向密封部Sa。然后切割各横向密封部Sa的中心。从而生成初始形状的容器23。
在密封单元314和315下方,一转动割刀421和一转动刀砧422正对横向密封部Sa,它们可向前向后运动并分别以箭头所示方向转动。转动割刀421由一转轴423和从转轴423外圆周上沿径向伸出的三个刀体424构成。转动割刀421在包装材料11向下传送的同时转动,其中,包装材料11的传送与转动割刀421的转动之间的同步调节如下:在横向密封部Sa到达转动割刀421与转动刀砧422之间一位置时,刀体422之一把横向密封部Sa紧压在转动刀砧422上,从而切割横向密封部Sa。
此外,一用作清洗介质供应装置并用作清洗介质喷口的喷嘴433在刀体424转动到刀体424把横向密封部Sa紧压在转动刀砧422上的一位置上时朝向转动割刀421的顶端即刀体424的顶端。从喷嘴433喷出的清洗水清洗刀体424的顶端。
在该实施例中,喷嘴433用作清洗介质供应装置并用作清洗介质喷口。但也可把一未示出的切口用作清洗介质供应装置并用作清洗介质喷口。
尽管在上述各实施例中把清洗水用作清洗介质,但也可使用清洗气体。
本发明不限于上述各实施例。可按照本发明的精神在本发明范围内对本发明作出种种修正和改变。
工业应用
本发明可用于液体食物之类包装容器的制作装置。
Claims (10)
1、一种用于灌注机的割刀清洗装置,在该灌注机中,一卷材形包装材料不断沿纵向密封成管形、液体食物灌入该管形包装材料中、在液体食物表面下方一位置从两横向侧面压轧该管形包装材料,从而横向密封该管形包装材料、然后切割横向密封部而获得初始形状的容器,所述割刀清洗装置包括:
(a)一切割该横向密封部的割刀,以及
(b)把清洗介质供应给所述割刀的清洗介质供应装置。
2、按权利要求1所述的灌注机割刀清洗装置,其特征在于,所述清洗介质供应装置包括一至少环绕割刀顶端的封闭空间和一与该封闭空间连通、把清洗介质供应给该封闭空间的清洗介质通道。
3、按权利要求2所述的灌注机割刀清洗装置,其特征在于,
(a)所述割刀由一刀体和一支撑所述刀体的刀架构成;以及
(b)所述封闭空间环绕所述刀体和所述刀架。
4、按权利要求1所述的灌注机割刀清洗装置,其特征在于,
(a)所述割刀由一刀体和一可相对一壳体滑动、支撑所述刀体的刀架构成;
(b)所述清洗介质供应装置包括所述刀架与所述壳体之间一滑动部后边的封闭空间和一与所述封闭空间连通、把清洗介质供应给所述封闭空间的清洗介质通道;以及
(c)所述刀架上一把所述封闭空间中的清洗介质传送到该滑动部前边的凹槽。
5、按权利要求1所述的灌注机割刀清洗装置,其特征在于,所述清洗介质供应装置包括所述割刀顶端旁的一清洗介质喷口、一与所述清洗介质喷口连通、把清洗介质传送给所述清洗介质喷口的清洗介质通道和在清洗后排出清洗介质的一清洗介质排出通道。
6、按权利要求1所述的灌注机割刀清洗装置,其特征在于,所述清洗介质供应装置包括横向密封部旁的一主清洗介质喷口和所述割刀旁的一副清洗介质喷口。
7、按权利要求1所述的灌注机割刀清洗装置,其特征在于,包括:
(a)横向密封部旁的一密封块;
(b)所述密封块上的一对加热装置;以及
正对所述密封块、紧压其中灌满液体食物的包装材料的一对型铁,其中:
(d)所述割刀位于所述两型铁之间而可向前向后运动,所述割刀向前运动时切割横向密封部。
8、按权利要求1所述的灌注机割刀清洗装置,其特征在于,包括:
(a)横向密封部旁的一密封块;
(b)所述密封块上的加热装置;以及
(c)正对所述密封块、紧压其中灌满液体食物的所述包装材料的一型铁,其中,
(d)所述割刀正对在包装材料传送方向上、位于密封块下游的横向密封部。
9、按权利要求8所述的灌注机割刀清洗装置,其特征在于,所述割刀可向前向后运动,所述割刀向前运动时切割横向密封部。
10、按权利要求8所述的灌注机割刀清洗装置,其特征在于,所述割刀可转动,所述割刀转动时切割横向密封部。
