技术领域
本发明涉及中空百叶玻璃窗技术领域,具体涉及一种中空百叶顶部操作系统。
背景技术
内置中空百叶玻璃由于具有良好的隔热性、隔音性、防凝霜、防灰尘污染、外形美观等优势,而在全世界获得广泛的应用,目前市场上常见的内置中空百叶玻璃翻转和升降控制器放置在同一侧或者翻转和升降控制器分开放置在左、右两侧来控制百叶帘的翻转和升降功能。以上两种控制器放置在同一侧或放置在左、右两侧的内置中空百叶玻璃只能使用在平开窗或平移窗,因为提拉窗是上、下两扇内置中空百叶玻璃来组成的,上扇玻璃为固定玻璃无法移动,下扇玻璃为开启扇,提上开启窗扇、拉下关闭窗扇,于是控制器放置在左、右两侧的内置中空百叶玻璃安装在提拉窗上开启时会遭到另一扇(上固定扇)的内置中空百叶玻璃控制器的干涉而无法开启成了不可开启的窗也无法满足室内通风的要求。之所以提拉窗无法开启是因为内置中空百叶玻璃翻转和升降的控制器凸起与开启扇在同样高度的位置上从而阻值了提拉式开启。
另外,常见的内置中空百叶玻璃翻转和升降控制器在同一侧是由内部翻转机构翻转绳与升降机构升降绳在同一个滑槽内进行控制,翻叶绳与升降绳在同一滑槽内容易纠缠在一起导致滑动故障。
发明内容
鉴于上述问题,本发明的目的是提供一种翻转绳和升降绳不会发生纠缠的中空百叶顶部操作系统。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供一种中空百叶顶部操作系统,包括翻转机构和升降机构,所述翻转机构用于百叶帘的百叶片的开合,所述升降机构用于百叶帘的升降,所述翻转机构包括翻转绳和顶部翻转控制件,所述翻转绳由百叶帘的一侧连接到顶部翻转控制件,所述升降机构包括升降绳和顶部升降控制件,所述升降绳由百叶帘的另一侧连接到顶部升降控制件,所述百叶帘位于窗框内,所述顶部翻转控制件和顶部升降控制件设置在百叶帘上侧的窗框上。

优选地,所述固定件为铜块,所述铜块设置有一个插线孔,两个螺丝孔,插线孔内先装入塑料管后再插入升降绳,升降绳插入后使用螺丝拧紧固定升降绳,最后升降绳打结。

另外,中空百叶顶部操作系统的翻转控制件和升降控制件设置在百叶帘的顶部,不会与提拉窗上固定扇的控制器干涉,能够应用与提拉窗,避免底部窗户开启时产生干涉影响,保障私密性和安全性、提高生产效率、节省材料、操作轻松、简单。
