Abstract
本发明涉及低温激发元素板及其制作方法。它
由基坯(2)和涂层(1)组成。涂层配料由SiO2、
Al2O3、B2O3、Na2O、MgO、TiO2、ZrO2、P2O3、
Na2AlF6、CoC、MoO3、CuO等配制经熔制、淬水、加
磨加物后研磨、过筛、加入粘接剂溶液,然后喷涂(或
刷涂)在基坯上,经烘干即成。装置在低温(40℃-
80℃)激发的理疗器,能产生可引起生物效应的电磁
辐射,对治疗软组织损伤、腹泻等关疾病有良好的效
果。
Description
本发明涉及用于医疗器械的电磁波辐射板及其制作方法。
在加热条件下,产生有生物效应的电磁辐射波的功能器件,或称之谓产生生物效应的糖瓷板。通常是选用某些无机元素的氧化物和无机元素化合物为原料,按传统的搪瓷工艺加工制成,如首先将不同配料熔制成面釉浆和底釉浆,再经搪烧工艺加工制成(CN5810083)。这种工艺复杂,需多次反复的高温物化反应,而且需用的设备多,场地大、投资大、效率低、成本高。
本发明的目的是提供一种低温激发产生有生物效应辐射波的元素板和一种操作简便、投资小、成本低、效率高的制作元素板的方法。克服现有的糖烧工艺制作该元素板的烦琐步骤。
本发明的技术特征是基坯上的涂层由精选的无机元素氧化物和化合物配制的原料经熔制后加工的涂层粉末,以粘接方式将熔制的涂层粉末牢固地粘接在基坯上。涂泥粉未配制主要由下列原料组成(重量%)如下:
SiO225-45 ZrO20.8-2.0
Al2O31.5-2.5 P2O30.8-2.8
B2O315-25 Na2AlF67.8-12
Na2O 12-18 CoC 0.1-0.4
MgO 0.5-1.5 MoO30.1-0.8
TiO25-15 CuO 0.5-1.5
本发明的元素板制作工艺流程如下:
配料→熔制→淬水→加磨加物→研磨→过筛→加兑粘接剂溶液→制坯→喷(刷)涂→烘干。
按原料组成比称取所述的无机元素氧化物和化合物混合配料。然后经1200-1300℃高温溶制6-10小时,一般可用甘埚炉进行熔制,出料后进行淬水,使料成粗颗粒状,然后加入磨加物铱黑色素1.2-2.8%(重量),再用球磨机进行球磨研磨成粉末,球磨的时间一般1.5-4小时,然后用60-200目筛进行过筛,筛出的粉末备用。将粘结剂,用水稀释成含粘接剂20-30%(重量)的粘接剂水溶液,搅拌均匀。再在过筛后的细粉中加入30-80%(重量)的上述的粘接剂水溶液,搅拌均匀配成含粘结剂的涂层水溶液备用。将厚度0.8-1.2mm的钢板制成需要的基坯,也可以用厚度3-5mm的陶瓷板作基坯,然后用喷枪将含粘结剂的涂层水溶液喷涂(或用刷涂)在基坯上,形成涂层,涂层的厚度在0.2-0.5mm之间。放入烘箱烘干,烘烤的温度为60-100℃。烘干后即成为本发明的元素板。所述的粘接剂是水溶性的水玻璃胶粘剂,也可以用医用粘结剂“滑水泥”。
本发明的元素板涂层配制原料的最佳组成(重量)是:
SiO230%、Al2O31.5%、B2O322%、Na2O 17%、
MgO 1%、TiO214%、ZrO21.5%、P2O31.5%、
Na2AlF810%、CoC 0.3%、MoO30.6%、CuO 0.6%。
本发明的元素板在40-80℃受热后能激发出2-25μ波谱范围的电磁波,对人体可产生综合生物效果,适用于低温激发理疗装置(如专利号为89213329.5的理疗装置)对治疗软组织损伤、腹泻、妇女痛经等疾病有良好的效果。用本发明方法也可在取暖装置等的表面喷涂本发明的涂层以作保健取暖之用,本发明制作元素板的方法克服了用传统的搪瓷工艺的烧底釉、一次式多次喷搪面釉、烧面釉的繁琐烧制工艺,使得制作简便、省工省时,生产效率高,且所需设备少,投资少,工艺简化,节省能源,成本低。
实例:
称取SiO230g、Al2O31.5g、B2O322g、Na2O 17g、MgO 1g TiO214g、ZrO21.5g、P2O31.5g、Na2AlF610g、CoC 0.3g、MoO30.6g、CuO 0.6g。配料于坩埚中,经1250℃高温熔制8小时后出料,淬水,加铱黑色素2g到淬水后的粗颗中,用球磨机球磨3小时,然后用180目筛过筛得细粉末,将含25%(重量)水玻璃粘接剂水溶液120g兑入到上述筛的细粉末中配制成含粘结剂的涂层粉末水溶液,用喷枪喷到1mm的钢板基坯上,涂层厚度0.3mm放入100℃烘处箱2小时,即制得元素板。用“红外分光光度计”检测其辐射电磁波2-25μ。

Claims (4)
1、一种由基坯和涂层组成的元素板,其特征是将熔制的涂层粉未粘结在基坯上,所述涂层粉未主要由下列原料加工制成,其组份(重量)是:
SiO225-45 ZrO20.8-2.0
Al2O31.5-2.5 P2O30.8-2.8
B2O315-25 Na2AlF67.8-12
Na2O 12-18 CoC 0.1-0.4
MgO 0.5-1.5 MoO30.1-0.8
TiO25-15 CuO 0.5-1.5
2、如权利要求1所述的元素板,其特征在于所述原料的最佳组成(重量)是:
SiO230%、Al2O31.5%、B2O322%、Na2O 17%、
MgO 1%、TiO214%、ZrO21.5%、P2O31.5%、
Na2AlF810%、CoC 0.3%、MoO30.6%、CuO 0.6%。
3、一种制作权利要求1的元素板的方法,其工艺步骤是:
(a)按组成比配料,经1200℃-1300℃熔制8-10小时,出料后淬水,
(b)加入磨加物铱黑色素1.2-2.8%(重量)研磨成粉末,过60-200目,
(c)加入含粘接剂20-30%(重量)的粘结剂水溶液30-80%(重量),配成含粘结剂的涂层水溶液,
(d)喷涂或刷涂在基坯上,涂层厚度0.2-0.5mm,
(e)烘干。
4、如权利要求3所述的制作元素板的方法,其特征在于(c)所述的粘接剂是水玻璃粘接剂或医用粘结剂“骨水泥”。
