Description

本发明涉及一种用于装接工作元件，特别是用于相对于一个转动的纤维开松罗拉装接一个固定的梳理元件的设备。
在纺织厂的前纺机，特别是梳理机上将分离刀，固定的梳理元件之类的工作元件直接装接在机架上，并且利用偏心盘、槽口、隔距块等等之类的定位装置将它们放置在离旋转罗拉正确距离处是一项已知的技术。这种定位工作需要大量的努力，并且必需经常经地在多个分阶段中进行，因为定位装置的调整和用螺钉进行的最后固定会使进行中的定位略微偏移，也就是间隔距离。对于这种定位工作，必须利用薄片测厚器和类似工具精确地使公差范围逐渐缩小。
本发明的目的是以比上述方法更简单的方式在狭窄公差范围内获得同样精确的间距。
这一目的可以通过用包围在至少一部分轴箱上的一个盖将工作元件装接到罗拉的轴箱上而达到。
直至目前仍旧总是采取这样一种方式，即纤维开松罗拉直接固定在机架上，而相关的工作元件，例如分离刀和固定安排的梳理元件也应当装接在机架上。由于生产公差，需要只在安装时利用如隔距块、槽口、螺钉等等之类的定位装置确定出所需要的工作间隔。然而，由于纤维开松罗拉，例如针辊、带有锯齿的卷布罗拉或针辊，可以更为精确地生产出来，因此外圆周面也就接近于理想的圆筒形，而直径的公差成为极小。这一结论使发明人寻求新的方式以求工作元件能够相对于罗拉安排得更为精确。一个精确装接在旋转罗拉的轴箱上的工作元件除了需要构件少的优点外还带来其它很大的优越性，其中例如，有关所涉及的工作，即涉及大量减小的调节工作的工作，可以更为省力地生产纺织机。
本发明的其它优点从下述参照附图所示的实施例所作的详细说明中可以得到了解，附图中：
图1显示出一个纤维开松罗拉的示意局部图，其中，一个固定的梳理元件作了截面剖视，和
图2显示出从图1中A方向穿过轴箱和工作元件截取的截面图。
图1显示一个纤维开松罗拉1，在这里它是一个梳棉机刺辊，其中的织针、针尖或锯齿针布图中未能看到。罗拉1连同其轴2都装在轴箱4内。图中所示的轴2的右面部份是一个节段，它还要与一个驱动装置（未显示）相连。罗拉1的轴心标以标号3。一个滚柱轴承5完全示意地被显示位于轴箱4内，该滚柱轴承可以是一个摇杆轴承也可以是一个滚针轴承。在轴箱4上可以看到有一个盖6，盖上装接一个工作元件7，在图中为一个固定的梳理元件。固定的梳理元件7由一个支架8和一个或多个精梳插件9组成。支架8是用螺钉（未显示）拧紧在盖6上。
图2显示出如图1中同样的元件，其标号也都相同。如在图中可以看到的，盖6是棱柱形地安置在梳理元件7的区域内，也就是说，与支架8连接的连接面与一个带有n角的棱柱体的面是一致的。支架8由控制的铝型材构成并包括有多个空心腔室10以保证其稳固性和使在操作中产生的热充份地被散发出去。在支架8的左侧装有一个隔纱板11，它是用两个六角凹头镙钉12固定在支架8上。隔纱板11上的槽口图中看不到，根据该槽口，隔纱板尖相对于罗拉1的锯齿针布的精确位置就能确定下来。如图2中所示，支架8也是棱柱形地安置在盖6的区域内，据此，支架8相对于盖6精确位置就自动地产生了。如图2中所示，盖6是与轴箱4制成一体的，通常用铸铁制成。然而，也可以使盖6作为用螺钉固定到轴箱4上的一个单独的部件。但是这一办法也有其缺点，即以这种方式进行则相对于罗拉的工作元件的间距就有可能不太精确了，因为螺钉的连接又造成更大的公差。所要求的不需调整的精确度可以在图示的实施例中得到，因为精梳插件或精梳元件9的支座正好位于与支架8的支座支持在轴箱4上的同一个平面或与其平行的平面上。对于这样一个精确度来说并不是绝对必要必须将至少一部份的盖6的表面安排成棱柱形的，而是也可以在支架8上形成凹口。这些凹口可以是，例如，带角的槽沟，为此目的，在盖6上设置有相应的元件。但是，棱柱形的安置由于其方法的简单化还是更为可取的。盖6也可以被设置在支架8上而相应的埋头孔可以设在轴箱4上以便符合上述的要求。

Claims (9)

1、一种用于装接工作元件的设备，特别相对于一个转动的纤维开松罗拉(1)装接一个固定的梳理元件(7)，其特征在于通过用包围在至少一部份轴箱上的一个盖(6)将工作元件(7)装接到罗拉(1)的轴箱(4)上。
2、如权利要求1的设备，其特征在于盖（6）被连接到相应的轴箱（4）上。
3、如权利要求1的设备，其特征在于相应的盖（6）被连接到工作元件（7）上。
4、如权利要求2或3的设备，其特征在于盖（6）在工作元件（7）的区域内设有一个平面以便被装接到轴箱（4）上。
5、如权利要求4的设备，其特征在于盖（6）被安排成至少一部份为棱柱形的。
6、如权利要求1的设备，其特征在于盖（6）上设有一个带有导引装置的凹口。
7、如权利要求6的设备，其特征在于导引装置由直角的槽沟构成。
8、如权利要求2的设备，其特征在于盖（6）被制成与轴箱（4）形成一体。
9、如权利要求3的设备，其特征在于盖（6）被制成与工作元件（7）形成一体。
