A packaged goods vending apparatus for implementing the packaged goods vending method as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that: the automatic vending device for the boxed articles comprises a box body, wherein a secondary box type storage system, a boxed article sorting system and an automatic shipment system are arranged in the box body; all goods to be sold are stored in the secondary box type storage system according to the sequence and classification for low-temperature storage; after the automatic receiving and paying system obtains the information consumed by the customers, an instruction is sent to the boxed goods sorting system, the vending task is automatically completed through the boxed goods automatic vending device, and the boxed goods are sold to the customers on the train.
