背景技术
以前,微生物对皮肤的影响,在美容业界很少人关注,但随着生命科学的进步,生物领域研究者发现微生物对人体皮肤有着至关重要的作用。人体肌肤的好坏跟微生物内含元素有着密不可分的关系。
酵母体或内存酶对微生态平衡恢复和重建起关键作用,同时对皮脂腺的分解,酸罩形成起及其重要的作用。皮肤保湿作用与环境之间保持协调,生理的动态平衡等有着密不可分的关系,急需研发一种应用于人体肌肤保湿的溶液组合物,来保护和改善人体的肌肤。
发明内容
本发明目的就是提供一种黄金肌底液组合物,由益生菌与多种植物提取物复合组成,对人体肌肤具有保湿,且有修复受损皮肤的作用。
本发明所述的一种黄金肌底液组合物,按重量比例包括:EM菌提取物8-12%,茶菌提取物8-10%,氢化蓖麻油3-5%,丙二醇2-3%,没药提取物1-1.5%,乳香酸0.5-1%,维生E醋酸酯0.5-1%,浓度为75%的乙醇0.1-0.5%,甘草提取物0.1-0.5%,金盏花提取物0.1-0.5%,肉桂酸钾0.1-0.5%,尼泊金甲酯0.1-0.5%,汉生胶0.1-0.5%,EDTA二钠0.05-0.2%,黄芩苷0.1-0.5%,碳酸氢钠0.05-0.2%,白桦酯醇0.05-0.2%,辅酶0.01-0.05%,余量为纯净水。
本发明,还提供了一种制备EM菌提取物和茶菌提取物的方法,包括:一、在容器中,装入pH值为7.2至8.6的泉水,加热到100度沸腾15分钟,并消毒;二、制备EM菌提取物时,加入5%-15%的红糖和微量磷酸二氢钙进行溶解形成溶解液,制备茶菌提取物时,加入0.1-1%的红茶和5%-15%的白糖进行溶解形成溶解液;三、将上述溶解液过滤,在常温再加入菌种;四、在22至30摄氏度环境下酿造10-20天得到菌原液,五、将上述菌原液进行灭活和过滤,并加入木瓜酶和菠萝酶溶解,形成溶解液;六、在上述溶解液中加入氨丁三醇调节pH值,使得所述溶解液的PH值在5-5.5,得到提取液。
本发明提供的黄金肌底液组合物,是由益生菌与多种植物提取物复合组成的制剂,由于它生成天然无添加色素的黄金颜色液体,而且它对人体肌肤具有非常好的保湿效果,对受损的皮肤,也有很好的修复作用。

本发明中,一种黄金肌底液组合物,按重量比例包括:EM菌提取物8-12%,茶菌提取物8-10%,氢化蓖麻油3-5%,丙二醇2-3%,没药提取物1-1.5%,乳香酸0.5-1%,维生E醋酸酯0.5-1%,浓度为75%的乙醇0.1-0.5%,甘草提取物0.1-0.5%,金盏花提取物0.1-0.5%,肉桂酸钾0.1-0.5%,尼泊金甲酯0.1-0.5%,汉生胶0.1-0.5%,EDTA二钠0.05-0.2%,黄芩苷0.1-0.5%,碳酸氢钠0.05-0.2%,白桦酯醇0.05-0.2%,辅酶0.01-0.05%,余量为纯净水。
实施例1
作为优选实施例,本实施例中:所述组合物按重量比例包括:EM菌提取物12%,茶菌提取物10%,氢化蓖麻油3.8%,丙二醇3%,没药提取物1.2%,乳香酸0.8%,维生E醋酸酯0.5%,浓度为75%的乙醇0.3%,甘草提取物0.2%,金盏花提取物0.2%,肉桂酸钾0.2%,尼泊金甲酯0.2%,汉生胶0.2%,EDTA二钠0.1%,黄芩苷0.1%,碳酸氢钠0.1%,白桦酯醇0.05%,0.04%辅酶Q10,余量为纯净水。
其中,所述黄金肌底液组合物还包括乳酸和胞外多糖,所述组合物还包括皮肤修復剂、稳定剂、抗敏剂、保湿剂中的一种或多种。所述EM菌提取物和茶菌提取物为灭活菌提取物;所述EM菌提取物和茶菌提取物的pH值为4.6~5.9。
进一步的,所述黄金肌底液组合物还包括益生菌组合物,所述益生菌组合物由光合菌,裂殖酵母,保加利亚乳杆菌,木醋杆菌组成。本实施例中,所述维生素E醋酸酯、金盏花提取物、尼泊金甲酯、辅酶,均用氢化蓖麻油进行乳化溶解,所述黄芩苷由碳酸氢钠进行中和溶解。
本发明中,EM菌和茶菌提取液,为人体肌肤提供保湿因子活性乳酸钠,活性乳酸钠是一种皮肤内存的保湿剂。酿制EM菌和茶菌过程中产生过量的有机酸,例如:碳酸(不稳定,最后以二氧化碳存在液体中),乳酸,乙酸,丁酸等使pH值在3.8左右低范围。
本实施例还提供了一种制备EM菌提取物和茶菌提取物的方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
一、在容器中,装入pH值为7.2至8.6的泉水,加热到100度沸腾15分钟,并消毒;
二、制备EM菌提取物时,加入5%-15%的红糖和微量磷酸二氢钙进行溶解形成溶解液,制备茶菌提取物时,加入0.1-1%的红茶和5%-15%的白糖进行溶解形成溶解液;
三、将上述溶解液过滤,在常温再加入菌种;
四、在22至30摄氏度环境下酿造10-20天得到菌原液,
五、将上述菌原液进行灭活和过滤,并加入木瓜酶和菠萝酶溶解,形成溶解液;
六、在上述溶解液中加入氨丁三醇调节pH值,使得所述溶解液的PH值在5-5.5,得到提取液。
本发明中,没药提取物可溶,乳香提取物是混溶;本发明中,所述组合物还可包括螯合剂EDTA二钠,其是可溶盐,加入碳酸氢钠提供酸碱平衡;选用金盏花提取物和维生素E醋酸酯为皮肤表皮增加护湿作用,加入食品级防腐剂肉桂肉钾和尼泊金甲酯用于保质防腐。
食品级螯合剂EDTA二钠提供缓冲作用,EDTA二钠0.1%,优选组合物重量0.2到0.1%。优选的螯合剂EDTA二钠是可溶盐,保持盐的可溶性与生物利用性之间提供最优的平衡。
本发明使用的氢化蓖麻油PEG-40是乳化溶解剂。这并不影响黄金肌底液的使用效果。
本发明中,EM菌和茶菌提取物,与表皮具有密切关系和相互作用,其包括含有高,中,低分子量的透明质酸,B1(硫胺素),B2(核黄素),B3(烟酸),B5(泛酸),维生素B6(吡哆醇),B15(潘氨酸),生物素(叶酸),胆碱,肌醇,对氨基苯甲酸,RNA(核糖核酸),乙酰氨基苯酚,乙酸,乙酰乙酸,苯甲酸,丙烯酯苯甲腈,羟基苯并呋喃酮,叔丁基,苯酚基丁酸,甲基丁醇,甲基叔丁基酚,咖啡因,柠檬酸,氰钴胺素(B12),癸酸,D核糖h,二氢甲基茚,二酮酸,基苯乙基醋酸果糖,D葡糖酸,葡萄糖,己酸,咪唑并的嘌呤,二酮苯基衣康酸,2酮基葡糖酸,5酮基葡糖酸,2酮3脱氧葡糖酸,乳酸,苹果酸,烟酸胺,水,微量元素等。这些都是由益生菌产生的易被人体皮肤接受的生物活性护肤品。
本发明的黄金肌底液组合物,其具体制备时,首先将3.8%PEG-40,金盏花提取物0.2%,维生素E醋酸酯0.5%,尼泊金甲酯0.2%,洋甘菊精油0.03%,1.2丙二醇3%混合均质溶解,然后部分用去离水分散溶化。另一部分去离子水分别溶解没药提取物,乳香提取物,肉桂肉钾,EDTA二钠。再用碳酸氢钠0.1%溶解黄芩苷0.1%,用75%乙醇0.3%溶解白桦酯醇0.05%,然后全部加进EM菌提取物12%,茶菌提取物10%中,最后加入汉生胶0.2%增稠。
针对本发明的,做如下测试:
本研究选取300名成年女性脸上进行测试,其测试年龄为 平均分成3组,每组100人。这3组一一对应地使用A含有实施黄金肌底液组合物,B市售同类品牌产品,C自来水安慰剂。使用频率为一天3次,持续使用4周。分别对保湿水平、肤色均匀度和刺激性进行测试观察,并由志愿者进行问卷评估,综合取得数据。测试结果如下。
1、保湿水平
保湿水平的测试结果:5分表示保湿水平非常好,4分表示保湿水平较好,3分表示保湿水平一般,2分表示保湿水平比较差,1分表示保湿水平非常差。
测试结果:

从志愿者脸部皮肤测试96%在5分以上。可见其保湿水平看,黄金肌底液组合物对皮肤保湿效果明显。
2、皮肤受损及肤色修复测试
选试带有微皮肤受损者(包括豆豆患者,幼皱纹者,毛吼粗大者,皮肤肤暗黑者)的试验者。5分表示受损及肤色均匀度明显改善,4分表示受损及肤色均匀度有所改善,3分表示受损及肤色均匀度无区别,2分表示受损及肤色均匀度有所变差,1分表示受损及肤色均匀度变差。
测试平均结果:

从志愿者脸部受损及肤色测试的测试结果,使用黄金肌底液组合物的志愿者的面部肤色均有改善,基本没有出现变差的情况。

刺激性的测试结果。5分表示无刺激性,4分表示有轻微刺激性,3分表示中等刺激性,2分表示强烈刺激性,1分表示非常强烈刺激性。测试结果:

从刺激性实验分数结果来看,添加了黄金肌底液组合物对志愿者皮肤没有或只有轻微刺激。
本发明提供的黄金肌底液组合物,是由益生菌与多种植物提取物复合组成的制剂,由于它生成天然无添加色素的黄金颜色液体,而且它对人体肌肤具有非常好的保湿效果,对受损的皮肤,也有很好的修复作用。
实施例2
本实施例中,提供的黄金肌底液组合物,按重量比例与实施例1有所区别,具体包括:EM菌提取物8%,茶菌提取物8%,氢化蓖麻油3%,丙二醇2%,没药提取物1%,乳香酸0.5%,维生E醋酸酯0.5%,浓度为75%的乙醇0.1%,甘草提取物0.1%,金盏花提取物0.1%,肉桂酸钾0.1%,尼泊金甲酯0.1%,汉生胶0.1%,EDTA二钠0.05%,黄芩苷0.1%,碳酸氢钠0.05%,白桦酯醇0.05%,辅酶0.01%,余量为纯净水。
实施例3
本实施例中,提供的黄金肌底液组合物,按重量比例与实施例1有所区别,具体包括:EM菌提取物12%,茶菌提取物10%,氢化蓖麻油5%,丙二醇3%,没药提取物1.5%,乳香酸1%,维生E醋酸酯1%,浓度为75%的乙醇0.5%,甘草提取物0.5%,金盏花提取物0.5%,肉桂酸钾0.5%,尼泊金甲酯0.5%,汉生胶0.5%,EDTA二钠0.2%,黄芩苷0.5%,碳酸氢钠0.2%,白桦酯醇0.2%,辅酶0.05%,余量为纯净水。

Claims (9)
1.一种黄金肌底液组合物,其特征在于,所述组合物按重量比例包括:EM菌提取物8-12%,茶菌提取物8-10%,氢化蓖麻油3-5%,丙二醇2-3%,没药提取物1-1.5%,乳香酸0.5-1%,维生E醋酸酯0.5-1%,浓度为75%的乙醇0.1-0.5%,甘草提取物0.1-0.5%,金盏花提取物0.1-0.5%,肉桂酸钾0.1-0.5%,尼泊金甲酯0.1-0.5%,汉生胶0.1-0.5%,EDTA二钠0.05-0.2%,黄芩苷0.1-0.5%,碳酸氢钠0.05-0.2%,白桦酯醇0.05-0.2%,辅酶0.01-0.05%,余量为纯净水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的黄金肌底液组合物,其特征在于,所述组合物按重量比例包括:EM菌提取物12%,茶菌提取物10%,氢化蓖麻油3.8%,丙二醇3%,没药提取物1.2%,乳香酸0.8%,维生E醋酸酯0.5%,浓度为75%的乙醇0.3%,甘草提取物0.2%,金盏花提取物0.2%,肉桂酸钾0.2%,尼泊金甲酯0.2%,汉生胶0.2%,EDTA二钠0.1%,黄芩苷0.1%,碳酸氢钠0.1%,白桦酯醇0.05%,0.04%辅酶Q10,余量为纯净水。
3.根据权利要求1所述的黄金肌底液组合物,其特征在于,所述EM菌提取物和茶菌提取物为灭活菌提取物;所述EM菌提取物和茶菌提取物的pH值为4.6~5.9。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的黄金肌底液组合物,其特征在于,所述黄金肌底液组合物还包括乳酸和胞外多糖。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的黄金肌底液组合物,其特征在于,黄金肌底液组合物还包括益生菌组合物,所述益生菌组合物由光合菌,裂殖酵母,保加利亚乳杆菌,木醋杆菌组成。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的黄金肌底液组合物,其特征在于,所述维生素E醋酸酯、金盏花提取物、尼泊金甲酯、辅酶Q,均用氢化蓖麻油进行乳化溶解。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的黄金肌底液组合物,其特征在于,所述组合物还包括皮肤修復剂、稳定剂、抗敏剂、保湿剂中的一种或多种。
8.根据权利要求1或2所述的黄金肌底液组合物,其特征在于,所述黄芩苷由碳酸氢钠进行中和溶解。
9.一种制备EM菌提取物和茶菌提取物的方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
一、在容器中,装入pH值为7.2至8.6的泉水,加热到100度沸腾15分钟,并消毒;
二、制备EM菌提取物时,加入5%-15%的红糖和微量磷酸二氢钙进行溶解形成溶解液,制备茶菌提取物时,加入0.1-1%的红茶和5%-15%的白糖进行溶解形成溶解液;
三、将上述溶解液过滤,在常温再加入菌种;
四、在22至30摄氏度环境下酿造10-20天得到菌原液,
五、将上述菌原液进行灭活和过滤,并加入木瓜酶和菠萝酶溶解,形成溶解液;
六、在上述溶解液中加入氨丁三醇调节pH值,使得所述溶解液的PH值在5-5.5,得到提取液。
