一种防刺复合材料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于防护材料领域。具体地,本发明涉及一种防刺复合材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
在人体防护领域,除防弹要求外,还需要对各种刀具具有防护功能,因此需要使用对各种刀具具有有效防护功能的材料设计防护服。
对刀具具有有效防护功能的材料有金属板包括钢板、铝板、钛合金板等金属合金板等。
CN2625838公开了一种防刺服,防刺层由数块四周边缘带有连接钩的金属两两相互搭嵌拼接构成,各块金属片之间不留缝隙。由于各块金属片边缘有连接钩,所以互相搭嵌而不留缝隙,有效地克服了刀刃滑入缝隙处给防护人带来的伤害,具有良好的防护效果。但是这种防刺服存在重量过重,灵活性差,穿着不舒服,不容易折叠保存等缺点。
由于非金属复合材料质量轻,随形性好,穿着舒适,是各防护单位争相研发的防刺复合材料。超高分子量聚乙烯纤维是目前最适合于制作防刺服的纤维之一,具有密度低、强度高、模量高等优良性能,作为高性能纤维,超高分子量聚乙烯纤维的断裂伸长率较低,具有较好的耐疲劳性和耐摩擦性,由于聚乙烯的分子结构中不含有氨基、羟基等具有较好活性的基团,分子的结晶度高,所以纤维不论在水中或者其它腐蚀性介质中性能都叫稳定,密度小质量轻且能量吸收性好。
目前,单层材料无法满足基本的防刺要求,一般采用多层复合方法制备防刺材料。现有的许多防刺复合材料使用超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)织物或聚乙烯织物/钢板,当满足24J防刺要求时,其厚度非常厚,由这种结构制备的防刺服非常不方便且随形性差。
因此,本领域中对可用于制备薄而轻的防刺服的防刺材料存在需求。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是提供可用于制备薄而轻的防刺服的防刺材料。
根据本发明的第一方面,提供一种防刺复合材料,其为通过水性粘合剂体系粘合的多层聚烯烃无纺织物的层合体,所述聚烯烃无纺织物是由无序排列的短纤维经无纺织物制造工艺加工而成的织物。
根据本发明的第二方面,提供制备上述防刺复合材料的方法,其包括以下步骤:
提供多层独立的聚烯烃无纺织物和水性粘合剂体系;
用水性粘合剂体系浸渍所述聚烯烃无纺织物以获得多层浸渍有水性粘合剂体系的聚烯烃无纺织物;
干燥所述浸渍有水性粘合剂体系的聚烯烃无纺织物并将多层干燥后的聚烯烃无纺织物层压在一起形成层合体。
根据本发明的第三方面,提供一种防刺制品,其采用上述防刺复合材料制备而成。
在满足GA 68-2008-24J防刺测试要求的前提下,与现有技术的防刺服相比,采用本发明的防刺复合材料制备的防刺服可以更薄而轻。
具体实施方案
下面对本发明技术方案进行详细描述。
根据本发明的第一方面,提供一种防刺复合材料,其为通过水性粘合剂体系粘合的多层聚烯烃无纺织物的层合体,所述聚烯烃无纺织物是由无序排列的短纤维经无纺织物制造工艺加工而成的织物。
所述无纺织物制造工艺是本领域中所熟知的那些,包括针刺工艺等。
所述短纤维是指长度为35-150mm的纤维,优选38-51mm的纤维。
在一些实施方案中,所述聚烯烃无纺织物占所述防刺复合材料总重量的50-95重量%,优选55-90重量%。
在一些实施方案中,所述聚烯烃无纺织物占所述防刺复合材料总重量的75-88重量%。
所述水性粘合剂体系包含在水中的粘合剂和乳化剂。
所述粘合剂优选选自SEBS、SIS、马来酸酐-丙烯-乙烯三元共聚物等。
在本申请中,SEBS是指以苯乙烯为末端段,以聚丁二烯加氢得到的乙烯-丁二烯共聚物为中间弹性嵌段的线性三嵌段共聚物。
在本申请中,SIS是指以苯乙烯为末端段的异戊二烯的三元共聚物。
所述乳化剂优选为乙烯基聚合物等。
所述乙烯基聚合物为乙烯与具有6-10个碳原子的α-烯烃的共聚物。
在一个优选的实施方案中,所述水性粘合剂体系还包含pH调节剂以将pH值调节至5.5-10,更优选7.5。
在水性粘合剂体系的pH值在5.5-10范围内时,该水性粘合剂体系可以存放超过24小时。

在一些优选的实施方案中,提供一种防刺复合材料,其为通过水性粘合剂体系粘合的多层聚烯烃无纺织物的层合体,其中所述水性粘合剂体系包含SEBS作为粘合剂,所述聚烯烃无纺织物是面密度为300-2500g/m2的UHMWPE无纺织物。
在一些实施方案中,面密度为300-2500g/m2的UHMWPE无纺织物由DPF为1.1-2.5、强度为28-40gf/den、伸长为2.8-3.6%、结晶度大于80%、取向度大于80%的400D UHMWPE长丝纤维切断成38-51mm的短纤维制备而成。
所述聚烯烃无纺织物的层数可以根据需要来确定,例如可为2-50层。
根据本发明的第二方面,提供制备上述防刺复合材料的方法,其包括以下步骤:
提供多层独立的聚烯烃无纺织物和水性粘合剂体系;
用水性粘合剂体系浸渍所述聚烯烃无纺织物以获得多层浸渍有水性粘合剂体系的聚烯烃无纺织物;
干燥所述浸渍有水性粘合剂体系的聚烯烃无纺织物并将多层干燥后的聚烯烃无纺织物层压在一起形成层合体。
所述水性粘合剂体系包含在水中的粘合剂和乳化剂。
所述粘合剂优选为SEBS、SIS、马来酸酐-丙烯-乙烯三元共聚物等。
在本申请中,SEBS是指以苯乙烯为末端段,以聚丁二烯加氢得到的乙烯-丁二烯共聚物为中间弹性嵌段的线性三嵌段共聚物。
在本申请中,SIS是指以苯乙烯为末端段的异戊二烯的三元共聚物。
所述乳化剂优选为乙烯基聚合物等。
所述乙烯基聚合物为乙烯与具有6-10个碳原子的α-烯烃的共聚物。
在一个优选的实施方案中,所述水性粘合剂体系还包含pH调节剂以将pH值调节至5.5-10,更优选7.5。
在水性粘合剂体系的pH值在5.5-10范围内时,该水性粘合剂体系可以存放超过24小时。
作为pH调节剂的实例,可以提及的有二乙醇胺、三乙醇胺、氢氧化钾。
在所述水性粘合剂体系中,优选所述粘合剂的量为20-50重量%,优选25-45重量%,更优选30-40%重量,相对于所述水性粘合剂体系的总重量计。
在所述水性粘合剂体系中,优选所述乳化剂的量为0.2-5重量%,优选0.5-2重量%,更优选0.6-1%重量,相对于所述水性粘合剂体系的总重量计。
在一些实施方案中,所述聚烯烃选自聚乙烯、聚丙烯和聚丁烯,优选聚乙烯,更优选超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)。
在一些实施方案中,所述聚烯烃无纺织物的面密度为200-3000g/m2,优选300-2500g/m2
在一些实施方案中,所述聚烯烃无纺织物的面密度为300-340g/m2
在一些优选的实施方案中,所述防刺复合材料为通过水性粘合剂体系粘合的多层聚烯烃无纺织物的层合体,其中所述水性粘合剂体系包含SEBS作为粘合剂,所述聚烯烃无纺织物是面密度为300-2500g/m2的UHMWPE无纺织物。
在一些实施方案中,面密度为300-2500g/m2的UHMWPE无纺织物由DPF为1.1-2.5、强度为28-40gf/den、伸长为2.8-3.6%、结晶度大于80%、取向度大于80%的400D UHMWPE长丝纤维切断成38-51mm的短纤维制备而成。
所述聚烯烃无纺织物的层数可以根据需要来确定,例如可为2-50层,优选4-8层。
所述干燥在100℃以上进行,优选在110℃-125℃的温度下进行。
所述层压优选在5-10MPa的压力和110℃-125℃的温度下进行。
优选所述聚烯烃无纺织物占所述防刺复合材料总重量的50-95重量%,优选55-90重量%。
可以通过调节浸渍过程中所用的辊之间的压力和间隙调节粘合体系的涂布量,即调节防刺复合材料中无纺织物所占的比例。
根据本发明的第三方面,提供一种防刺制品,其采用上述防刺复合材料制备而成。
所述防刺制品可以例如是防刺服、防刺背心等。本申请说明书中所用的“包含”和“包括”涵盖还包含或包括未明确提及的其它要素的情形以及由所提及的要素组成的情形。
实施例
以下将结合实施例对本发明的构思及产生的技术效果作进一步说明,以使本领域技术人员能够充分地了解本发明的目的、特征和效果。
实施例1
采用400D UHMWPE长丝纤维(DPF为2.4、强度为36gf/den、伸长为3%、结晶度80%、取向度80%)作为原材料,将其切断成51mm的短纤维,并均匀铺展。采用针刺工艺将其制备成面密度为340g/m2的UHMWPE无纺织物。
将所得UHMWPE无纺织物浸入固含量为35%的水性粘合剂体系(由100g水、35gSEBS、0.8g二乙醇胺和0.2g乙烯基聚合物配制而成)中,形成无纺织物复合材料,在110℃的烘箱中干燥以使之干燥。
将4层干燥的无纺织物复合材料在10Mpa的压力和110℃的温度下热压在一起形成防刺复合材料,其中无纺织物重量为防刺复合材料总重量的88重量%。
在本实施例中,通过调节浸渍过程中所用的辊之间的压力和间隙调节粘合体系的涂布量,即调节防刺复合材料中无纺织物所占的比例,本实施例中涂布量为12%重量,无纺织物重量为防刺复合材料总重量的88重量%。
将若干块尺寸为21cm*29.7cm的防刺复合材料重叠在一起作为样品,按照GA 68-2008-24J进行测试,确定通过该测试而需要层叠在一起的防刺复合材料的块数以及防刺复合材料的总厚度和重量,结果显示于表1中。
对比实施例1
采用400UHMWPE长丝纤维(DPF为2.4、强度为36gf/den、伸长为3%、结晶度80%、取向度80%)作为原材料,将其切断成38-51mm的短纤维,并均匀铺展。采用针刺工艺将其制备成面密度为340g/m2的UHMWPE无纺织物。
将所得UHMWPE无纺织物浸入固含量为35%的油溶性粘合剂体系(其由35重量%的SEBS和65重量的%碳氢溶剂组成)中,形成的无纺织物复合材料,在110℃的烘箱中干燥以使之干燥。
将四层干燥的无纺织物复合材料在5-10Mpa的压力和110℃的温度下热压在一起形成防刺复合材料,其中无纺织物重量为防刺复合材料总重量的64.5重量%。
在本实施例中,通过调节浸渍过程中所用的辊之间的压力和间隙调节粘合体系的涂布量,即调节防刺复合材料中无纺织物所占的比例,本实施例中涂布量为35.5%重量,无纺织物重量为防刺复合材料总重量的64.5重量%。
将若干块尺寸为21cm*29.7cm的防刺复合材料重叠在一起作为样品,按照GA 68-2008-24J进行测试,确定通过该测试而需要层叠在一起的防刺复合材料的块数以及防刺复合材料的总厚度和重量,结果显示于表1中。
对比实施例2

表1通过GA 68-2008-24J测试所需的材料块数、总厚度和总重量
表中的结果可以看出,在能通过24J防刺力测试时,尺寸为29.7cm*22.4cm的对比实施例1的样品的重量为709.7g,厚度为85mm。质量较轻,但厚度太大。实施例1的样品的重量为875.2g,厚度为20.3mm。对比实施例2的样品的重量为1314.5g,厚度为24.6mm。
虽然已经展现和讨论了本发明的一些方面,但是本领域内的技术人员应该意识到,可以在不背离本发明原理和精神的条件下对上述方面进行改变,因此本发明的范围将由权利要求以及等同的内容所限定。

Claims (10)

1.一种防刺复合材料,其特征在于,其为通过水性粘合剂体系粘合的多层聚烯烃无纺织物的层合体,所述聚烯烃无纺织物是由无序排列的短纤维经无纺织物制造工艺加工而成的织物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防刺复合材料,其特征在于,所述聚烯烃无纺织物占所述防刺复合材料总重量的50-95重量%,优选55-90重量%。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的防刺复合材料,其特征在于,所述水性粘合剂体系包含在水中的粘合剂和乳化剂,所述粘合剂选自SEBS、SIS、马来酸酐-丙烯-乙烯三元共聚物,所述乳化剂为乙烯基聚合物。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的防刺复合材料,其特征在于,所述聚烯烃选自聚乙烯、聚丙烯和聚丁烯,优选聚乙烯,更优选超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的防刺复合材料,其特征在于,所述聚烯烃无纺织物的面密度为200-3000g/m2,优选300-2500g/m2
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的防刺复合材料,其特征在于,所述水性粘合剂体系包含SEBS作为粘合剂,所述聚烯烃无纺织物是面密度为300-2500g/m2的UHMWPE无纺织物。
7.制备根据权利要求1-6中任一项所述的防刺复合材料的方法,其包括以下步骤:
提供多层独立的聚烯烃无纺织物和水性粘合剂体系;
用水性粘合剂体系浸渍所述聚烯烃无纺织物以获得多层浸渍有水性粘合剂体系的聚烯烃无纺织物;
干燥所述浸渍有水性粘合剂体系的聚烯烃无纺织物并将多层干燥后的聚烯烃无纺织物层压在一起形成层合体。
8.根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述干燥在100℃以上进行,优选在110℃-125℃的温度下进行。
9.根据权利要求7或8所述的方法,其特征在于,所述层压在5-10MPa的压力和110℃-125℃的温度下进行。
10.一种防刺制品,其特征在于,其采用权利要求1-6中任一项所述的防刺复合材料制备而成。
