Abstract
本发明提供了一种新型防破片夹心结构芳纶复合布,涉及个体防护领域。所述的防破片夹心结构芳纶复合布由两层无纬布或两层单向纤维预浸料与一层机织布复合而成,层间用胶粘剂进行粘合。所述的单层芳纶无纬布面密度为210g/m2±5g/m2,单向纤维预浸料面密度为105g/m2±5g/m2,机织布面密度为200g/m2±5g/m2。每层夹心结构芳纶复合布样面密度620g/m2±15g/m2或410g/m2±15g/m2。本发明还提供了上述防破片夹心结构芳纶复合布的制备方法。采用本发明提供的夹心结构芳纶复合布制备的防弹防刺服产品,功能性与舒适性兼备:防刺、防破片性能优异,同时材料柔韧性好,穿着舒适度高,可明显提高作战人员的作战效率。
Description
技术领域:
本发明涉及一种防破片夹心结构芳纶复合布,本发明还涉及一种防破片夹心结构芳纶复合布的制备方法。
背景技术:
芳纶作为一种高性能纤维已广泛应用于个体防护领域,由多层芳纶无纬布、机织布等层叠后热压成型并加以其他材料配合使用,能够有效防御子弹冲击及刺刀威胁。然而防护装备的使用在一定程度上增加了穿戴人员的负荷,妨碍其行动灵活性。因此在保证达到防护等级的基础上提高舒适性,是目前个体防护领域研究工作的重点与方向。
传统的芳纶防弹复合材料,通常有两种,一种为采用特殊的单向复合工艺制成的无纬布,热压成型并多层叠加后所制靶片及防弹、防刺服产品偏硬,舒适性与灵活性较差;另一种为机织布,经涂胶或浸胶并热压层叠后所制靶片主要用于防刺产品,其硬度较前者更大。由于质地较硬导致其防弹防刺产品柔韧性与穿着舒适性较差,尤其是在国外市场竞争力不足。因此,研究制备一种夹心结构复合布,可以明显改善传统芳纶布的柔韧性,提高其制品的舒适性,并且其防刺、防破片性能优异,功能性与舒适性兼备,符合个体防护领域防护产品舒适度越来越高的发展趋势。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种防破片夹心结构芳纶复合布及其制备方法,旨在提高芳纶布的柔韧性及其制品的穿着舒适性从而提高作战人员的作战效率。本发明是采用如下技术方案实现技术目的的。
所述的新型防破片夹心结构芳纶复合布,是由两层无纬布或两层单向纤维预浸料与一层机织布复合而成,层间用胶粘剂进行粘合。
所述的夹心结构复合布,其夹心结构可以是两层无纬布与一层机织布复合或两层单向纤维预浸料与一层机织布复合而成。
所述的夹心结构复合布,每层布包括两层无纬布或两层单向纤维预浸料和一层机织布,其中每层复合布样的面密度为620g/m2±15g/m2或410g/m2±15g/m2。
所述的无纬布由日本帝人公司的Twaron-2000型芳纶纤维制备而成;芳纶机织布采用日本帝人公司的TwaronCT709型。
所述的夹心结构芳纶复合布,其制备方法是:
(1)两层无纬布与一层机织布复合
在缠绕机辊筒上制备纵向单向纤维预浸料;旋转90,将其铺在辊筒上进行第二层制备,制得由两层单向纤维预浸料复合的无纬布,在两层无纬布表面涂胶后,中间夹入机织布压制成型后即可得夹心结构复合布。
(2)两层单向纤维预浸料与一层机织布复合
将一层机织布铺在覆膜的辊筒上,在其表面制备单向纤维预浸料,旋转90°后反面朝上铺在辊筒上,在其表面制备单向纤维预浸料,即可得夹心结构复合布。
所述的夹心结构复合布,压制工艺为;温度为160-180℃,压力为5-20MPa,热压10~20min,冷压5~10min。
本发明提供的一种防破片夹心结构芳纶复合布具有以下特点:
1)本发明提供的防破片夹心结构芳纶复合布,是一种新型复合结构芳纶布。
2)采用本发明提供的防破片夹心结构芳纶复合布制备的防弹、防刺服产品,改善了以往防弹、防刺产品层叠后硬度较大的缺点,其质地柔软,穿着舒适灵活,能够有效提高穿着人员的作战能力,满足个体防护领域对于穿着舒适性越来越高的需求。
3)经打靶测试表明,采用本发明提供的防破片夹心结构芳纶复合布制备的防弹、防刺服产品,在防弹、防刺双重性能得到保障的同时,防破片性能优异,实现了功能性与舒适性的完美结合。
具体实施方式:
本发明实施例中采用的防弹、防刺性能分别按照公安部GA141-2010《警用防弹衣》、GA68-2008《警用防刺服》进行测试,旨在测试本发明提供的防破片夹心结构芳纶复合布制备防弹、防刺服产品的防弹、防刺性能。
下面结合实施例,进一步说明本发明。
原料:
芳纶纤维,采用日本帝人公司的Twaron-2000型,线密度1680Dtex,纤维直径9~12μm;芳纶机织布采用日本帝人公司的TwaronCT709型。
聚氯丁二烯,日本东曹株式会社,牌号GFL-820,固含量50%。
丙烯酸酯胶黏剂,泰兴市中纺助剂厂,牌号ZF-101,固含量50%。
封闭型异氰酸酯交联剂,上海尤恩化工有限公司,型号UN-7038.
硅烷偶联剂,丹阳市晨光偶联剂有限公司,牌号KH550,化学名称为γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷。
实施例1
两层无纬布与一层机织布复合
首先分别称取固含量为50%的丙烯酸酯水溶液1000g、聚氯丁二烯100g、封闭型异氰酸酯交联剂5g,偶联剂6g,加水600g,配成固含量为35%的胶黏剂,混合均匀后待用。在缠绕机辊筒上制备纵向单向纤维预浸料;旋转90°,将其铺在辊筒上进行第二层制备,制得由两层单向纤维预浸料复合的无纬布,将布样裁成固定版型,在两层无纬布表面涂胶后,中间夹入机织布压制成型后即可得夹心结构芳纶复合布,采用0.5兆牛压力成型机,在温度160,压力10MPa下压制,连续放气3~5次,然后在15MPa下冷压5min。取18层+1层EVA制成防弹防刺靶片,防弹、防刺性能分别按照公安部GA141-2010《警用防弹衣》、GA68-2008《警用防刺服》进行测试。结果见表1。
实施例2
首先分别称取固含量为50%的丙烯酸酯水溶液1000g、聚氯丁二烯100g、封闭型异氰酸酯交联剂5g,偶联剂6g,加水配成固含量为35%的胶黏剂,混合均匀后待用。将机织布铺在覆膜的辊筒上,在其上制备单向纤维预浸料,旋转90°后反面朝上铺在辊筒上,在其上制备单向纤维预浸料,即可得夹心结构芳纶复合布,将布样裁成固定版型后热压成型,采用0.5兆牛压力成型机,在温度160,压力10MPa下压制,连续放气3~5次,然后在15MPa下冷压5min。取27层+1层EVA制成防弹防刺靶片,防弹、防刺性能分别按照公安部GA141-2010《警用防弹衣》、GA68-2008《警用防刺服》进行测试。结果见表1。
实施例3
将实施例2中聚氯丁二烯改为5g,偶联剂改为5g,其余条件不变。防弹、防刺性能分别按照公安部GA141-2010《警用防弹衣》、GA68-2008《警用防刺服》进行测试。结果见表1。
实施例4
将实施例2中封闭型异氰酸酯交联剂改为25g,其余条件不变。防弹、防刺性能分别按照公安部GA141-2010《警用防弹衣》、GA68-2008《警用防刺服》进行测试。结果见表1。
对比例1
将芳纶无纬布裁成固定版型后热压成型,采用0.5兆牛压力成型机,在温度160,压力10MPa下压制,连续放气3~5次,然后在15MPa下冷压5min。取27层+1层EVA制成防弹防刺靶片,防弹、防刺性能分别按照公安部GA141-2010《警用防弹衣》、GA68-2008《警用防刺服》进行测试。结果见表1。

Claims (7)
1.一种新型防破片夹心结构芳纶复合布,是由两层无纬布或两层单向纤维预浸料与一层机织布复合而成,层间用胶粘剂进行粘合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的夹心结构芳纶复合布,其特征在于,所述的夹心结构可以是两层无纬布与一层机织布复合或两层单向纤维预浸料与一层机织布复合而成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的夹心结构芳纶复合布,其特征在于,所述的复合布,每层布包括两层无纬布或两层单向纤维预浸料和一层机织布,其中每层复合布样的面密度为620g/m2±15g/m2或410g/m2±15g/m2。
4.根据权利要求1所述的夹心结构复合布,其特征在于,所述的胶黏剂为合成橡胶或天然橡胶乳液与丙烯酸酯混合物,二者乳液质量比为1~20∶100,并采用固化剂提高材料强度,其中固化剂为封闭型异氰酸酯交联剂,丙烯酸酯与固化剂质量比为100∶1~5,胶黏剂固含量为35~70%,溶剂为蒸馏水。
5.根据权利要求1所述的夹心结构复合布,其特征在于,所述的胶黏剂采用硅烷偶联剂(KH-550),化学名称为γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷,所述的胶粘剂与偶联剂质量比为100∶0.6~1.0。
6.根据权利要求1所述的夹心结构复合布,其制备方法是:
(1)两层无纬布与一层机织布复合
在缠绕机辊筒上制备纵向单向纤维预浸料,旋转90°后,将其铺在辊筒上进行第二层制备,制得由两层单向纤维预浸料复合的无纬布,在两层无纬布表面涂胶后,中间夹入机织布压制成型后即可得夹心结构复合布。
(2)两层单向纤维预浸料与一层机织布复合
将一层机织布铺在覆膜的辊筒上,在其表面制备单向纤维预浸料,旋转90°后反面朝上铺在辊筒上,在其表面制备单向纤维预浸料,即可得夹心结构复合布。
7.根据权利要求6(1)所述的夹心结构复合布的制备方法,其特征在于,压制工艺为:温度为150-180℃,压力为5-20MPa,热压10~20min,冷压5~10min。
