Abstract

本发明公开了一种适合女士穿着的防弹衣，包括防弹衣芯片、防弹衣芯片保护套和外套，防弹衣芯片由10‑60层高性能纤维(芳纶、高性能聚乙烯等)机织布或无纬布构成：防弹衣芯片保护套由黑色防水布制成，包裹在防弹衣芯片外；外套由牛津布、棉布等布料制作，起到保护、固定防弹衣芯片，并方便穿着的作用。本发明利用防弹衣芯片上下搭接的方式，解决防弹衣芯片刚性结构对女性胸部造成压迫的问题，同时贴合女性身体曲线，制作工艺简单，适合大批量生产需要，是保护女性执法人员的理想防护服装。

技术领域
本发明属于防弹衣，具体涉及贴合女性身体曲线的防弹衣及制造方法。
背景技术
软质防弹衣可采用多层高性能纤维织物进行制作，这种多层的结构虽然具有很好的防弹性能，但确产生一定刚性，女性进行穿着时，无法贴合身体曲线，同时防弹衣芯片的重量会对女性的胸部造成挤压。
专利CN 1264461A提出的一种适合女性穿着的防弹衣，其制作工艺十分复杂，通过角度偏移和镖省折叠技术进行的生产方式，很难适应大规模工业需要。
既适合女性穿着，又能进行大规模工业生产的女士防弹衣成为难点。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供能配合女性胸部曲线的防弹衣，同时操作工艺简单，
适合大批量生产需要。
本发明所提供的女士防弹衣芯片的制作方法，是通过上下两个芯片相互搭接，减轻芯片重量对女性胸部的挤压，同时在穿着时自然贴合身体曲线，大于55mm的搭接尺寸，能够单独满足公安部GA141-2010《警用防弹衣通用技术条件》3级以下防护级别的测试要求。

具体实施方式
防弹衣芯片的制作：将防弹衣芯片按照防弹衣前芯片上部10、防弹衣前芯片下部9、防弹衣后芯片11的设计形状进行剪裁；将剪裁好的芯片，按层数要求整齐罗列，外部包裹具有防水效果的防弹衣保护层；
外套的制作：外套分防弹衣前片1和防弹衣后片5，防弹衣前片1外观如图5-1，内部制作防弹衣前片上口袋2，装入防弹衣前芯片上部10，防弹衣前片下口袋3，装入防弹衣前芯片下部9；
防弹衣前片1和防弹衣后片5由连接带4连接，并可以通过调节扣8进行长短调节，腰部由粘扣7和6进行连接。

Claims (3)

1.一种适合女士穿着的防弹衣，其特征在于：防弹衣由防弹衣芯片、防弹衣芯片保护套、外套构成；防弹衣外套前片制作上下两个各自独立的口袋，分别装入前芯片上部和前芯片下部，上口袋固定前芯片上部的位置，下口袋固定前芯片下部的位置，且使前芯片上部与前芯片下部在穿着者胸部的位置相搭接，搭接部分不固定在一起，上口袋和下口袋使前芯片上部与前芯片下部搭接尺寸在55-100mm之间；而防弹衣芯片则由防弹衣前芯片上部、防弹衣前芯片下部，防弹衣后芯片组成，该结构不仅能贴合女性身体曲线，而且制作工艺简单。
2.根据权利要求1所述的适合女士穿着的防弹衣，其特征在于：防弹衣后芯片为一个整体，前芯片上部与前芯片下部经搭接形成防弹衣芯片前片，其中前芯片下部形状类似于无罩杯式的塑身衣，前芯片上部下缘与前芯片下部上缘相叠加。
3.根据权利要求1所述的适合女士穿着的防弹衣，其特征在于：防弹衣芯片保护套由防水布制成，通过缝合、热合工艺包裹在防弹衣芯片外，起到防水保护的作用。
