本发明涉及一种混合取向纤维复合布,包括至少一层复合布基本单元层;复合布基本单元层包括两层:第一层是柔质单取向纤维复合材料层,由高性能长丝单向排列并以少量树脂处理而成,第二层是无序多取向短纤维复合毡,由高性能短纤维无纺布加树脂复合而成;或者,复合布基本单元层包括三层:第一层和第三层是柔质单取向纤维复合材料层,第一层和第三层的方向不平行,第二层是无序多取向短纤维复合毡。本发明在单取向长丝复合材料层间填加了短纤维复合毡材料,有效地提高了纤维间的横向结合力,提高了材料的防刺性能。

Description

一种混合取向纤维复合布
技术领域
本发明涉及装甲防护材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种混合取向纤维复合布。
背景技术
目前柔性防弹防刺服一般采取物理组合的方式,由数层超高分子量聚乙烯纤维UD材料和数层机织芳纶增强复合材料防刺布叠加组成。超高分子量聚乙烯纤维UD材料提供防弹性能,这种材料也称为UD防弹布。其基本结构是用两层或两层以上单向排列的无纬布,按照一定的纤维旋转角度(多为0°/90°/0°/90°)进行交叉铺层,使用粘合剂复合后形成的软片形式。芳纶机织布增强复合材料提供防刺性能,利用增强材料芳纶材料的高强度、高模量,基体树脂硬化后的硬度抵抗刀具的穿刺。这种物理复合的方法防弹性能与防刺性能很难达到最优化平衡,UD防弹布材料可以作为防弹防刺材料,但是UD防弹布纤维排布之间空隙(4)导致防刺均一性较差,需要芳纶机织布增强复合材料防刺材料补充防刺性能的不足。但是无论是UD防弹布还是芳纶机织布增强复合材料防刺材料都会存在空隙,所以需要多层材料来保障防刺性能,导致目前防弹防刺服存在重量重、层数多、穿着不适等缺点。
专利CN109099769A公开的防刺防弹服材料多层复合材料,将无纺布与平纹机织布采用剪切增稠液体浸渍复合,然后热压成型制成防弹防刺材料。不同的是本发明采用有序高性能长丝和无序高性能短纤维按照一定次序复合,制成新型复合布,纤维不需上下交织,有利于冲击波传递;有序无序间隔排列成混合取向,材料更加柔软轻质;另外本发明为可连续成型而非单片热压,可保证连续化生产,生产效率更高。
专利CN101881582A采取的为全UD材料制备防弹防刺服材料,无法解决UD材料(4)纤维横向粘合力弱而导致的防刺性差的问题。
发明内容
鉴于上述问题,提出了本发明以便提供克服上述问题或者至少部分地解决上述问题的一种混合取向纤维复合布。
根据本发明的一个方面,提供了一种混合取向纤维复合布,包括至少一层复合布基本单元层;复合布基本单元层包括两层:第一层是柔质单取向纤维复合材料层,由高性能长丝单向排列并以少量树脂处理而成,第二层是无序多取向短纤维复合毡,由高性能短纤维无纺布加树脂复合而成;或者,复合布基本单元层包括三层:第一层和第三层是柔质单取向纤维复合材料层,第一层和第三层的方向不平行,第二层是无序多取向短纤维复合毡。
在一种可能的实施方式中,柔质单取向纤维复合材料层为高性能防弹纤维材料。
在一种可能的实施方式中,无序多取向短纤维复合毡为高性能防弹纤维材料。
在一种可能的实施方式中,柔质单取向纤维复合材料层和无序多取向短纤维复合毡的树脂基体为热塑性树脂或热固性树脂。
在一种可能的实施方式中,当复合布基本单元层包括三层时,第一层和第三层是柔分别采用0°和90°铺层。
在一种可能的实施方式中,无序多取向短纤维复合毡的单丝长度范围为(50~200)mm之间,纤维排列方式呈无序多取向,毡面密度均匀。
在一种可能的实施方式中,无序多取向短纤维复合毡的面密度偏差小于100g/m2,不同规格纤维毡面密度介于(50-600)g/m2之间。
在一种可能的实施方式中,柔质单取向纤维复合材料层的单向克重20~600g/m2

本发明在单取向长丝复合材料层间填加了短纤维复合毡材料,有效地提高了纤维间的横向结合力,提高了材料的防刺性能。

其中,柔质单取向纤维复合材料层1是长丝UD布的结构,无序多取向短纤维复合毡2是短纤维无纺布。图2中的3为空隙。
实施例1
混合取向纤维复合布,包括至少一层复合布基本单元层,混合取向纤维复合布,包括至少一层复合布基本单元层,复合布基本单元层包括三层:第一层和第三层是柔质单取向纤维复合材料层1,第一层和第三层的方向不平行,第二层是无序多取向短纤维复合毡2,将这三层材料依次叠合,经树脂整理形成一种复合布基本单元层,既克服了UD无纬布材料防刺性能不足的特点,又弥补了无纺布毡防弹性能差的弊端,兼具良好的防弹性能和防刺性能,自重轻,使用简单方便,性能稳定可靠,具有较强的市场应用价值。
复合布基本单元层的层数根据具体需要而定。
其中,第一层和第三层的排列以铺层角度为准,可以采用不同角度铺层。但一般是不会采用平行角度的。
在一个示例中,柔质单取向纤维复合材料层1所用的纤维包括所有高性能防弹纤维材料,如:超高分子量聚乙烯纤维、芳纶纤维、PBO纤维以及其他高性能纤维材料,且包括以上纤维混合后的各种混质纤维材料。
在一个示例中,无序多取向纤维复合毡2所用的纤维包括所有高性能防弹纤维材料,如:超高分子量聚乙烯纤维、芳纶纤维、PBO纤维以及其他高性能纤维材料,且包括以上纤维混合后的各种混质纤维材料。
在一个示例中,柔质单取向纤维复合材料层1和无序多取向纤维复合毡2所用树脂基体包括各种与高性能纤维复合的胶粘剂,可以是热塑性树脂:聚氨酯、丙烯酸、卤基胶粘剂的任意一种,也可是热固性树脂:环氧树脂、乙烯基树脂、不饱和聚酯树脂、酚醛树脂的任意一种。
在一个示例中,铺层结构为(0°/90°)方向但不限于(0°/90°)单向纤维方向。
在一个示例中,经过一些加工如表面处理、切断、纺纱、针刺等多道工序制备,单丝长度(50~200)mm之间,纤维排列方式呈无序多取向,毡面密度均匀。
在一个示例中,所述无序多取向短纤维复合毡2的纤维毡面密度偏差小于100g/m2,不同规格纤维毡面密度介于(50~600)g/m2之间。

柔质单取向纤维复合材料层1的铺层结构为(0°/90°)方向,单向克重20-600g/m2
无序多取向短纤维复合毡2为三维非规则排列的超高分子量聚乙烯纤维材料增强树脂复合材料,克重20-600g/m2
树脂胶粘剂为热塑性聚氨酯改性聚烯烃材料,聚氨酯与聚烯烃的重量配比为(1~20):100。
柔质单取向纤维复合材料层和无序多取向纤维复合毡复合方式为0°方向纤维/纤维毡/90°方向纤维复合。
复合后的膜材料克重为320g/m2,纤维含量为75%。
20层上述复合布基本单元层同尺寸片材叠合并周边约束,面密度为6400g/m2,可以有效防护24J《GA68-2008》中标准刀具的穿刺,可有效防护《GA141-2001》中2级防弹要求。
实施例3
柔质单取向纤维复合材料层1的纤维为芳纶纤维材料,拉伸断裂强度≥2.8N/tex,延伸度3.5%-3.7%。
柔质单取向纤维复合材料层1的铺层结构为(0°/90°)方向,单向克重80g/m2
无序多取向短纤维复合毡2为无序排列的超高分子量聚乙烯短纤维增强树脂复合材料,克重80g/m2
树脂胶粘剂为热固性环氧树脂材料。
柔质单取向纤维复合材料层1和无序多取向短纤维复合毡2的复合方式为:0°方向纤维/纤维毡/90°方向纤维复合。
复合后的膜材料克重为330g/m2,纤维含量为72%。
21层上述复合布基本单元层同尺寸片材叠合并周边约束,面密度为6930g/m2,可以有效防护24J《GA68-2008》中标准刀具的穿刺,可有效防护《GA141-2001》中2级防弹要求。
本发明在单取向长丝复合材料层间填加了短纤维复合毡材料,有效地提高了纤维间的横向结合力,提高了材料的防刺性能。
