Abstract

本发明提供了一种软质防弹防刺片材,所述的防弹防刺片由下述材料组成,从迎弹迎刺面开始依次的材料为:芳纶纤维浸胶机织布防刺层,芳纶纤维无纬布防弹层,PC板层及减震EVA层。所述的芳纶纤维可用超高分子量聚乙烯纤维替换。该防弹防刺片具有防弹防刺两种功能,具有重量轻,柔软度好,穿着舒适性高等优点。

一种软质防弹防刺片材
技术领域
本发明涉及一种防护片材,尤其是涉及一种软质防弹防刺片材。
背景技术
个体防护装备用于军队、武警部队及特殊部门的人员安全保障,主要产品有防弹衣、防刺服、防弹头盔和防割手套等。上述产品只具备单一防护功能,或只具有防弹功能,或只具有防刺功能,适合于特定的工作环境。目前市场中也有双防产品,但存在制作工艺复杂、产品价位较高、硬度偏高、穿着不舒适等缺点,致使穿着者在实际使用过程中非常不方便。
发明内容
本发明目的在于克服现有产品中存在的缺陷,提供一种既能防弹又能防刺,穿着舒适灵活,柔软度好的防弹防刺片材。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种防弹防刺片材,包括防弹防刺层,所述的防弹防刺层由下述材料组成,从迎弹迎刺面开始依次的材料为:芳纶纤维浸胶机织布防刺层,芳纶纤维无纬布防弹层,PC板层及减震EVA层。
所述的高性能纤维浸胶机织布防刺层是由10-15层芳纶浸胶机织布组成;所述的芳纶无纬布防弹层是由20-30层芳纶无纬布组成;所述的PC板层及减震EVA层,其中PC板层是由1层0.5mm厚的PC板组成,减震EVA层是由5mm或8mm厚的EVA材料组成;所述的芳纶纤维可用超高分子量聚乙烯纤维替换;所述的胶粘剂可以是以下胶粘剂中的一种,胶粘剂有环氧树脂,聚乙烯醇缩丁醛,酚醛树脂,SBS胶粘剂等。
与市场中存在的产品相比,本发明产品具有如下优点:
(1)防弹防刺层采用从迎弹迎刺面开始依次的材料为:芳纶纤维浸胶机织布防刺层、芳纶纤维无纬布防弹层、PC板层及减震EVA层,可以起到既防弹又防刺的有效作用。其中芳纶纤维浸胶机织布是由机织布浸润特种胶粘剂体系模压而成,既能有效的防御刀具的刺穿力,又能起到一定的防弹作用;芳纶纤维无纬布作为防弹材料的主体,既可吸收子弹的所有能量,抵挡住子弹,又可增加刀具的行程,进一步降低材料被刺穿的可能性,提高了安全裕度。PC板层及减震EVA层,可防止防弹凹陷增大,减少对穿着者的伤害,其中EVA层又可增加刀具的行程,进一步降低了材料被刺穿的可能性。
(2)本发明采用的材料均为非金属材料,做成的防弹防刺片材与市场现有产品相比,防护相同级别时,重量更轻,柔软度更好,穿着更具舒适性,提高了作战人员的灵活性。

具体实施方式
图1是本发明提供的防弹防刺片材示意图,如图所示,1为芳纶纤维浸胶机织布防刺层,所述的高性能纤维浸胶机织布防刺层是由10-15层芳纶浸胶机织布组成,其中芳纶机织布的面密度为180g/m2、410g/m2或460g/m2,胶粘剂可以是以下胶粘剂中的一种:环氧树脂,聚乙烯醇缩丁醛,酚醛树脂,SBS胶粘剂等;2为芳纶纤维无纬布防弹层,所述的芳纶无纬布防弹层是由20-30层芳纶无纬布组成,其中芳纶无纬布结构可以采用以下结构中的一种:0°/90°、0°/90°/0°/90°、0°/45°/90°/135°,也就是一层无纬布可以是2层结构也可以是4层结构;3为PC板层,所述的PC板层是由1层0.5mm厚的PC板组成;4为减震EVA层,所述的减震EVA层是由5mm或8mm厚的EVA材料组成。另外,所述的芳纶纤维可用超高分子量聚乙烯纤维替换。

1.一种软质防弹防刺片材,其特征是,所述防弹防刺片由下述材料组成,从迎弹迎刺面开始依次的材料为:芳纶纤维浸胶机织布防刺层,芳纶纤维无纬布防弹层,PC板层及减震EVA层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防弹防刺片,其特征是,所述的高性能纤维浸胶机织布防刺层是由10-15层芳纶浸胶机织布组成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防弹防刺片,其特征是,所述的芳纶无纬布防弹层是由20-30层芳纶无纬布组成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防弹防刺片,其特征是,所述的PC板层及减震EVA层,其中PC板层是由1层0.5mm厚的PC板组成,减震EVA层是由5mm或8mm厚的EVA材料组成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种防弹防刺片,其特征是,所述的芳纶纤维可用超高分子量聚乙烯纤维替换。
6.根据权利要求2所述的浸胶机织布,其特征是,所述的胶粘剂可以是以下胶粘剂中的一种,胶粘剂有环氧树脂,聚乙烯醇缩丁醛,酚醛树脂,SBS胶粘剂等。
