s2, washing the animal carcass so as to wash away dust and impurities on the carcass, ensuring the surface of the carcass to be clean, and refluxing the waste water for washing the carcass to a waste water treatment device for treatment, thereby realizing reutilization and reducing the consumption of water resources;
s3, eliminating bacteria in the washed animal carcasses through a high-temperature sterilization device, so that workers are prevented from being infected, the health of the workers is guaranteed, and the animal carcasses subjected to high-temperature sterilization are transported through a carrying device;
s4, conveying the animal carcass to the mincing device for primary mincing, then carrying out secondary pulverization through the mincing device, so as to improve the pulverization quality, conveying the pulverized animal carcass to the bone and meat separating device, separating bones and other substances, conveying the animal carcass to the acidolysis device through the conveying device, and carrying out acidolysis treatment on the animal carcass;
s5, conveying the animal carcasses after acid hydrolysis to a solid-liquid separation device, separating impurities which cannot be subjected to acid hydrolysis, storing the solids and the liquid in a classified manner, conveying the liquid to a grease separation device, separating grease, and storing the grease and non-grease in a classified manner, thereby extracting a nutrient solution;
s6, conveying the nutrient solution to a stirring device, and adding materials according to needs, so that different types of liquid fertilizers can be customized.
