8 parts of welsh onion oil, 13 parts of spearmint oil, 9 parts of blumea oil, 8 parts of rosemary oil, 8 parts of lemon oil, 7 parts of grassleaf sweelflag rhizome oil and 600 parts of EVA resin. The preparation method comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing the volatile oil in parts by weight to obtain mixed volatile oil; melting EVA resin at 85 deg.C, adding the mixed volatile oil, mixing, and making into fragrant bead with diameter of 5 mm.
Sensory evaluation of the fragrance beads prepared in examples 6, 7, 8 and comparative example 1
The evaluation method comprises the following steps: randomly selecting 10 persons as evaluators to perform olfactory scoring on the odor emitted by the fragrance beads, wherein the full score is 10 points, and the evaluation result is shown in table 1:
TABLE 1
As can be seen from the data in Table 1, the incense beads prepared in examples 6, 7 and 8 have higher scores, the average score is more than or equal to 9, while the incense beads prepared in comparative example 1 have lower scores, because the incense beads prepared in comparative example 1 do not adopt an inclusion technology, and the odor is more strongly stimulated due to the release of a large amount of volatile oil; in the processes of preparing the fragrant beads, the volatile oil components in the examples 6, 7 and 8 are included by adopting a cyclodextrin inclusion technology, so that the natural plant volatile oil can be slowly released into the air, the strong smell of the fragrant beads is reduced, meanwhile, the spearmint oil, the blumea oil, the rosemary oil, the lemon oil and the grassleaf sweelflag rhizome oil can effectively cover the special smell of the green Chinese onion volatile oil, the elegant, fragrant and pleasant smell is released, and the effects of preventing mosquitoes and expelling insects and refreshing the air are achieved.
Mosquito repellent experiments were performed on the incense beads prepared in example 8 and comparative example 1:
1. attack force experiment: 300 female mosquitoes are placed in a mosquito cage with the length of 60 multiplied by 45cm, a subject puts hands into the mosquito cage and stays for 2min, and more than 30 subjects who come and stop are qualified in attack power and can be used for a human body repelling experiment;
2. human body repelling experiment: and 5 persons qualified in the attack force experiment are tested, wherein 1 person is used as a blank control group, the other 4 persons are respectively provided with 10 fragrant beads of a corresponding group at the palm of one hand to be used as an experiment group, the control group and the experiment group respectively extend the hand into mosquito cages with qualified attack force to stay for 2min, the presence or absence of mosquitoes is observed to suck blood, the test is carried out for 1 time every 1 hour, and the effective protection rates of the 2h, 4h, 6h, 8h, 10h and 12h are calculated.
Effective protection rate (%) (average number of stings in control group-average number of stings in experimental group)/average number of stings in control group × 100%;
the results of the experiment are shown in table 2:
TABLE 2
As can be seen from the data in table 2, the effective protection rate of the sustained-release mosquito and insect repellent incense bead prepared in example 8 is always maintained at 100% within 8 hours, and the effective protection rate of 12 hours is still maintained at 98.7%. Comparative example 1 no inclusion technique was used in the preparation of the fragrant beads, and although the amount of the plant volatile oil was the same as that used in example 8, the effective protection rate of the fragrant beads prepared was gradually decreased from 6 hours to 12 hours, which was only 50.6%. As can be seen by comparing the data of the example 8 with the data of the comparative example 1, the volatile oil is included by the cyclodextrin inclusion technology in the example 8, so that the release of the volatile oil can be remarkably delayed, and the effective mosquito-proof time of the incense beads can be prolonged.
Sustained release effect test of the fragrant beads prepared in example 8 and comparative example 1
The test method comprises the following steps: weighing 3 parts of each of the aromatic beads prepared in example 8 and comparative example 1, weighing the initial weight, placing the initial weight in a constant temperature drying oven at 40 ℃, measuring the weight on the 5 th day and the 10 th day respectively, calculating the volatile oil loss ratio (%),
volatile oil loss ratio (%) ═ (initial weight-measured weight)/initial weight × 100%; the results are shown in Table 3;
TABLE 3
As can be seen from the data in table 3, compared with comparative example 1, the volatile oil in example 8 is slowly lost, which indicates that the cyclodextrin inclusion technology can effectively delay the release of the volatile oil and prolong the effective time of the pearls for preventing and expelling mosquitoes.
