The length of the fabric entering the outer shell 1 is obtained by the number of turns and the circumference of the upper roller 56, so that the penetrating agent in the dosing tank 2 is added into the prewetting zone through the flow valve 22, the surface tension of the fiber is reduced, and the penetration of the moisture into the fiber is promoted. The stirring action of the stirring paddles 16 ensures uniform dispersion of the osmotic agent. The padded fabric passes through the opening on the baffle plate and enters the sanding area, sand abrasive particles are densely arranged on the sanding leather of the sanding roller 7 to continuously rub the surface of the fabric, and after repeated rubbing, the surface of the fabric rapidly generates a suede. Under the action of gravity and the suction effect of the suction hood 9, the ground scraps fall down and are screened from the air by a plurality of layers of screen plates 8. When a certain amount of scraps are accumulated on the sieve plate 8, the sliding door 17 can be opened to take out the sieve plate 8 so as to remove the scraps, and the sieving effect is ensured.
