本发明涉及软管技术领域,具体涉及一种复合式软管,它包括复合式软管本体,该复合式软管本体包括外层管体、与外层管体同轴的中层管体,与中层管体同轴的内层管体;所述中层管体设置在外层管体的内壁上,内层管体设置在中层管体的内壁上,均采用粘胶粘形成复合管体;所述复合管体的端头套设有软管连接卡头;所述复合管体的端头处套设有紧箍塑料瓜;所述紧箍塑料瓜安装在软管连接卡头的拧帽内;它采用三层管体形成复合式管体,且在复合管体的内二层内壁上设置若干加强凸筋,并且在复合式管体的管口上安装紧箍塑料瓜,从而方便与软管连接卡头紧箍;它具有使用方便,气密性好,使得管体在弯曲时不易折断,且能够延长管体的使用寿命。

【技术领域】
本发明涉及软管技术领域,具体涉及一种复合式软管。
【背景技术】
软管一般采用天然或合成纤维、橡胶、热塑性橡胶等材料制作而成。其在使用时存在如下问题:传统软管与软管连接卡头连接,形成不同管径转换,方便使用。但是传统的软管采用单层管壁,在地面上拖动时,当碰到石头等锋利物体,易割破软管管壁,造成软管损坏。此外传统的软管连接卡头在使用时,易出现漏水现象。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的缺陷和不足,提供一种复合式软管。
本发明所述的一种复合式软管,它包括复合式软管本体,该复合式软管本体包括外层管体、与外层管体同轴的中层管体,与中层管体同轴的内层管体;所述中层管体设置在外层管体的内壁上,内层管体设置在中层管体的内壁上,均采用粘胶粘形成复合管体;
所述复合管体的端头套设有软管连接卡头;所述复合管体的端头处套设有紧箍塑料瓜;所述紧箍塑料瓜安装在软管连接卡头的拧帽内;
所述外层管体的内壁为光滑状;
所述中层管体的外壁为光滑状;所述中层管体内壁为波纹管状壁面;所述波纹管状壁面中,沿中层管体的轴向方向均匀设置排列有若干内壁加强筋一;
所述内层管体外壁为光滑状;所述内层管体内壁为波纹管状壁面;所述波纹管状壁面中,沿中层管体的轴向方向均匀设置排列有若干内壁加强筋二;
所述内层管体与中层管体的若干内壁加强筋一的底端之间形成若干弧形槽腔,弧形槽腔内填充胶,使内层管体与中层管体粘连紧固。
进一步地,所述内壁加强筋一、内壁加强筋二的截面为圆形。
进一步地,所述外层管体的外表面四周上,沿其管体的方向的均匀设置有若干纵向线条凸起或外层管体的外表面上包裹有网纹式凸筋。
进一步地,所述外层管体、中层管体的材料是PPE材料;内壁加强筋一、内壁加强筋二的材料为绦纶。
进一步地,所述紧箍塑料瓜包括锥台形壳体,锥台形壳体上开设有伸缩缝隙,该锥台形壳体的壳体上均匀开设有若干间隙,形成若干弧形紧箍板;所述弧形紧箍板的内壁下部设置有弧形凸台,若干弧形凸台形成环台;所述环台的内径与复合管体的管径相配合;所述若干弧形紧箍板上部形成环槽,该环槽与拧帽的内壁管径相配合。

采用上述结构后,本发明有益效果为:本发明所述的一种复合式软管,它采用三层管体形成复合式管体,且在复合管体的内二层内壁上设置若干加强凸筋,并且在复合式管体的管口上安装紧箍塑料瓜,从而方便与软管连接卡头紧箍;它具有使用方便,气密性好,使得管体在弯曲时不易折断,且能够延长管体的使用寿命。

如图1-图7所示,本具体实施方式所述的一种复合式软管,它包括复合式软管本体2,该复合式软管本体2包括外层管体21、与外层管体21同轴的中层管体22,与中层管体22同轴的内层管体23;所述中层管体22设置在外层管体21的内壁上,内层管体23设置在中层管体22的内壁上,均采用粘胶粘形成复合管体;
所述复合管体的端头套设有软管连接卡头1;所述复合管体的端头处套设有紧箍塑料瓜3;所述紧箍塑料瓜3安装在软管连接卡头1的拧帽14内;
所述外层管体21的内壁为光滑状;

本设计在使用时,复合管体由外层管体、中层管体和内层管体组成。本设计中,复合管体的中层管体22内壁为波纹管状壁面,波纹管状壁面上设置有若干内壁加强筋一221;内层管体23内壁为波纹管状壁面中,沿中层管体的轴向方向均匀设置排列有若干内壁加强筋二231。内壁加强筋一221、内壁加强筋二231的材料为绦纶,使用时复合管体不易弯曲折断。
本设计中,波纹管状壁面上,软管连接卡头1的筒形卡头15插设在复合管体的内层管体内壁上,筒形卡头15与内层管体内壁的波纹管状壁面起卡合作用,方便紧固。
为了进一步紧固复合管体与软管连接卡头1,在复合管体的端头处套设有紧箍塑料瓜3,紧箍塑料瓜3的锥台形壳体31上的伸缩缝隙34,使得紧箍塑料瓜3具有一定的伸缩性(弹性),方便套设在不同管径的复合管体上。紧箍塑料瓜3呈锥台形,紧箍塑料瓜的两端为开口状,一端开口与软管连接卡头1的拧帽相配合,一端开口与复合管体的管径相配合。由于紧箍塑料瓜3采用柔性塑料,因此其内壁下部的环台,紧固在复合管体上。且紧箍塑料瓜3的的若干弧形紧箍板33的底端紧箍在皮质管套152上,增强管体的密封性,防止水渗出。本设计使用时,紧箍塑料瓜3套设在复合管体的端头上,然后再使用拧帽套在紧箍塑料瓜3上,拧旋固定在软管连接卡头1的凸筒16上紧固。

1.一种复合式软管,它包括复合式软管本体(2),其特征在于:该复合式软管本体(2)包括外层管体(21)、与外层管体(21)同轴的中层管体(22),与中层管体(22)同轴的内层管体(23);所述中层管体(22)设置在外层管体(21)的内壁上,内层管体(23)设置在中层管体(22)的内壁上,均采用粘胶粘形成复合管体;
所述复合管体的端头套设有软管连接卡头(1);所述复合管体的端头处套设有紧箍塑料瓜(3);所述紧箍塑料瓜(3)安装在软管连接卡头(1)的拧帽(14)内;
所述外层管体(21)的内壁为光滑状;所述中层管体(22)的外壁为光滑状;所述中层管体(22)内壁为波纹管状壁面;所述波纹管状壁面中,沿中层管体的轴向方向均匀设置排列若干内壁加强筋一(221);所述内层管体(23)外壁为光滑状;所述内层管体(23)内壁为波纹管状壁面;所述波纹管状壁面中,沿中层管体的轴向方向均匀设置排列若干内壁加强筋二(231);所述内层管体(23)与中层管体(22)的若干内壁加强筋一(221)的底端之间形成若干弧形槽腔24,弧形槽腔24内填充胶,使内层管体(23)与中层管体(22)粘连紧固。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合式软管,其特征在于:所述内壁加强筋一(221)、内壁加强筋二(231)的截面为圆形。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合式软管,其特征在于:所述外层管体(21)的外表面四周上,沿其管体的方向的均匀设置有若干纵向线条凸起(211)或外层管体(21)的外表面上包裹有网纹式凸筋。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合式软管,其特征在于:所述外层管体(21)、中层管体(22)的材料是PPE材料;内壁加强筋一(221)、内壁加强筋二(231)的材料为绦纶。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合式软管,其特征在于:所述紧箍塑料瓜(3)包括锥台形壳体(31),锥台形壳体(31)上开设有伸缩缝隙(34),该锥台形壳体(31)的壳体上均匀开设有若干间隙(32),形成若干弧形紧箍板(33);所述弧形紧箍板(33)的内壁下部设置有弧形凸台(331),若干弧形凸台(331)形成环台;所述环台的内径与复合管体的管径相配合;所述若干弧形紧箍板(33)上部形成环槽,该环槽与拧帽(14)的内壁管径相配合。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合式软管,其特征在于:所述软管连接卡头(1)包括环盘(13),环盘(13)的前面上设置有管口(12),管口(12)上套设有伸缩式套筒(11),环盘(13)后面设置有凸筒(16),凸筒(16)的筒体四周设置若干凸板(17),凸筒(16)的底端设置有螺纹口,若干凸板(17)的外侧端边设置有与凸筒(16)的底端螺纹口相配合的外螺纹;所述凸筒(16)的底面设置有筒形卡头(15),筒形卡头(15)卡设在复合管体的中层管体中;所述凸筒(16)上拧旋有拧帽(14),拧帽(14)内壁上部设置有与凸筒(16)的外螺纹相配合的内螺纹;所述拧帽(14)底部端口与复合管体的相配合。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种复合式软管,其特征在于:所述筒形卡头(15)包括筒状管体(151),筒状管体(151)的形状为直筒状,筒状管体(151)的外侧端口为锥台形状筒口(153),筒状管体(151)一侧上设置有环形凹槽,环形凹槽套设有皮质管套(152),紧箍塑料瓜(3)上的若干弧形紧箍板(33)的底端紧箍在皮质管套(152)上;所述筒形卡头(15)的两端为开口状,筒形卡头(15)内设置有导水道(154)。
