Abstract

一种椭圆软管连接部分的固定用卡箍,如下构成:将带状的板弹簧材料2弄圆成椭圆状,在其一端侧2A设有沿圆周方向的槽状的开口3,而另一端侧形成细窄宽度以进入该槽状的开口3,使一端侧2A与另一端侧2B交叉并使它们分别从内周面向内侧弯曲,再将一端侧2A与另一端侧2B的端部2A′、2B′沿径向向外折弯,使其突出于外周面。采用本发明,可进行可靠的紧固并可迅速地进行紧固作业。

Description

椭圆软管连接部分的固定用卡箍
本发明涉及椭圆软管的连接部分的固定用卡箍,更详细地说,涉及在将一方嵌插在另一方内部的不同直径的椭圆软管之间等予以连接时将该连接部分予以紧固固定用的卡箍。
例如,在地板下的取暖等中,在将通温水的管子配入隔热用的轴截面为椭圆状的软管内的情况下,当借助连接件将该椭圆软管之间予以连接时,将椭圆软管的端部嵌插在连接件内,在该状态下从外周用卡箍来进行紧固固定。
并且,现有使用的这种卡箍,是将例如带状的板弹簧材料弄圆成椭圆状,将其对接端部分别沿径向向外折弯,用螺栓和螺母将突出到外侧的两端部间予以紧固,产生直径缩小。
但是,这种现有的卡箍,在紧固力这一方面存在问题,另外,对于紧固和解除,由于必须一一旋转螺母进行,故存在着很费时间的问题。
鉴于上述问题,本发明的目的在于,提供一种椭圆软管的连接部分的固定用卡箍,其可进行充分的紧固并可迅速地进行紧固作业。
而作为本发明的要点是,椭圆软管连接部分的固定用卡箍如此形成:将带状的板弹簧材料弄圆成椭圆状,在其一端侧设置沿圆周方向的槽状的开口,并将另一端侧形成细窄宽度以进入该槽状的开口,再使一端侧与另一端侧交叉并使它们从内周面向内侧弯曲,再沿径向将端部向外折弯,使其突出于外周面而成。

图中,1是固定用卡箍。该固定用卡箍1做成:将带状的板弹簧材料2弄圆成椭圆状,在其一端侧设有沿圆周方向的槽状的开口3,并将另一端侧2B形成细窄宽度以进入该槽状的开口3内。
并且,还使一端侧2A与另一端侧2B交叉并从内周面使它们向内侧弯曲,再沿径向将端部2A′、2B′向外折弯,使其突出于外周面。
下面说明本实施形态的作用。
图6表示本发明的使用例子,将内部放入通温水的管子(未图示)的折皱状的椭圆软管4的端部嵌插到连接件5内,在该状态下,从外周进行紧固。
在这种情况下,首先用钳子(未图示)如图4那样对固定用卡箍1的端部2A′、2B′加压以使其狭小,由此卡箍直径被扩大。并且,在连接件5的外周的所需位置上,当解除钳子等的加压时,卡箍就因自然的弹簧力而缩小直径,从连接件5的外周强力地进行紧固。另外,此时如图5所示,由于将一端侧2A与另一端侧2B的折弯部分如双线箭头(日文:矢標)所示那样强力按压到内侧,故可进行更可靠的紧固。
由于本发明是如上所述那样的结构和作用,故可进行比现有技术产品更可靠的紧固。另外,由于是利用弹簧力的结构、并用钳子等工具而可简单地进行直径扩大和缩小,因此,不象现有技术那样要花费拧旋螺母等的功夫,可迅速地进行紧固作业。

1.一种椭圆软管连接部分的固定用卡箍,其特征在于,如下构成:将带状的板弹簧材料弄圆成椭圆状,在其一端侧设置沿圆周方向的槽状的开口,并将另一端侧形成细窄宽度以进入该槽状的开口,再使一端侧与另一端侧交叉并使它们分别从内周面向内侧弯曲,再沿径向将端部向外折弯,使其突出于外周面而成。
