本发明公开了一种温致变色夹层玻璃及其加工工艺,包括温致变色夹层玻璃的配方为玻璃基材、聚合物中间层、二氧化钛粉、二氧化钒粉、增塑剂、偶联剂、有机硅聚合物改性聚乙烯、吸噪音材料、氧化铁粉、氧化铜粉和氧化镍粉,还包括温致变色夹层玻璃加工工艺,本发明通过聚合物中间层、二氧化钛粉、二氧化钒粉、增塑剂、偶联剂、有机硅聚合物改性聚乙烯、吸噪音材料、氧化铁粉、氧化铜粉和氧化镍粉熔融制温致变色胶片,然后与玻璃基材通过高温高压工艺处理制得温致变色夹层玻璃,不改变现有技术中夹层玻璃的基本结构,操作简单,对人体无害,并且很大程度上提高了耐高温、耐低温特性并且提高了机械性能和化学特性,降低噪音,减少紫外线与红外线光的透光率,提高了人们的睡眠质量和防止紫外线对人体的伤害。

背景技术
太阳光照中的紫外线UV-B对人类健康有严重的危害作用,潜在的危险包括引发和加剧眼部疾病、皮肤癌和传染性疾病,有研究表明,长期暴露于强紫外线的辐射下,会导致细胞内的DNA 改变,人体免疫系统的机能减退,人体抵抗疾病的能力下降,防紫外线照射早已引起人们的重视,同时太阳光照中的红外线穿透率大,在太阳光照的条件下,红外线将光能转化成热能,在炎炎夏日,增高室内温度,为了增加室内抗紫外线功能、抗红外线,人们开始研究具有光致变色作用的材料,变色玻璃应运而生,变色玻璃是指在光照、温度、电场、电流、表面施压等条件下,玻璃的颜色随着外界条件的变化而变化,当外界条件不存在时,玻璃恢复到初始状态的玻璃,这种变色玻璃可以对太阳的辐射进行有效控制,满足了越来越多人的需求,目前变色玻璃包括温致变色玻璃和电致变色玻璃。
电致变色是利用光的反射率、透过率、吸收率等光学属性,在外加电流或者电场的作用下,变色材料发生稳定、可逆的颜色变化的现象,电致变色玻璃具有好的化学及机械稳定性,实现了透明状态与不透明状态之间的快速转换,转换速度在数秒之间,但是电致变色夹层属于液晶调光膜,液晶比较昂贵,制作成本较高,把液晶调光膜粘结于普通玻璃之间制作工艺难度大,并且电致变色玻璃使用寿命短,不利于变色玻璃的推广使用,将液晶调光膜牢固黏结在两片普通浮法玻璃之间构成。
温致变色玻璃是指玻璃的颜色随周围环境温度的改变而改变,温度低于临界值时,玻璃与普通玻璃无异,呈现透明状态,随着外部环境升高,温度高于临界值时,玻璃的颜色逐渐变深,阻挡外部阳光的进入,但是现有技术中是采用普通玻璃上面夹覆一层热致变色材料,虽然能够改变玻璃的透光率,调节室内温度,但是随温度的影响,这种调节方式过程缓慢,且在低温条件下无法实现主动调节功能,并且对紫外线光和红外光线作用较小,并且温致变色夹层玻璃虽然对噪音有阻挡作用,但效果较差,人们还是深受噪音干扰,影响日常休息,温致变色夹层玻璃中的夹层在制作过程中容易产生气泡,涂覆在玻璃上的夹层胶片不容易分散,造成涂抹不均匀,并且耐高温、耐低温性能差,并且会产生静电作用,对人体造成危害。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种温致变色夹层玻璃及其加工工艺,以解决现有技术中的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种温致变色夹层玻璃,其特征在于,该温致变色夹层玻璃的配方包括玻璃基材、聚合物中间层、二氧化钛粉、二氧化钒粉、增塑剂、偶联剂、吸噪音材料、氧化铁粉、氧化铜粉和氧化镍粉,玻璃基材为普通玻璃片,吸噪音材料为具有吸声功能的小分子物质,氧化铁粉可以吸收紫外线和部分可见光,氧化镍粉可以吸收红外线和部分可见光,CuO粉使玻璃对光线变得更加敏感,防止夹层玻璃随温度变化反应时间较长,调解缓慢,采用这种方法制得的温致夹层玻璃,虽然很大程度上减少可见光的玻璃窗透过率,对红外线、紫外线光吸收率有所提过,但是温致夹层玻璃制作过程中容易产生气泡、涂抹不均匀,并且耐高温、耐低温性能较差、夹层玻璃制作过程中相容性较差。
作为优化,温致变色夹层玻璃的配方还包括有机硅聚合物改性聚乙烯,有机硅聚合物改性聚乙烯利用辐照技术将有机硅聚合物与聚乙烯接枝,改善了接枝物的相容性,提高了改性聚乙烯的耐高温、耐低温性能,和耐化学腐蚀性能,有机硅聚合物具有优良的分散、吸附和润滑能力,可以作为消泡剂和分散剂。
作为优化,温致变色夹层玻璃以重量份计,聚合物中间层为80~100份,二氧化钒粉为0.3~2份,增塑剂为12.5~15份,偶联剂为1~3份,有机硅聚合物改性聚乙烯为50~80份,吸噪音材料为3~16份,二氧化钛粉为0.3~1份,氧化铁粉为0.02~1份,氧化铜粉为0.01~1份,氧化镍粉为0.02~1份,这种重量份数范围,制得的温致变色夹层玻璃,效果不是很明显。
作为优化,聚合物中间层为PVB膜材、EVA膜材、POE膜材、SGP膜材中的一种,增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、邻苯二甲酸二异辛酯、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯中的一种或几种,偶联剂为乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷、乙烯基三硅烷、γ-甲基丙烯酸丙酯基三甲氧基硅烷、γ-胺丙基三乙氧基硅烷、N-β-(胺乙基)-γ-胺丙基-三甲氧基硅烷、β-(3,4-氧撑环己基)-乙基三甲氧基硅烷、γ-缩水甘油氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷、γ-脲丙基三乙氧基硅烷、γ-巯丙基三甲氧基硅烷中的一种或几种,有机硅聚合物改性聚乙烯为有机硅聚合物、聚乙烯、抗氧剂、烷烃接枝而成,吸噪音材料为硅灰石、碳酸钙、滑石粉、硫酸钡、二氧化硅中的一种或几种,聚合物中间层为高分子材料,外观为半透明薄膜,无杂质,表面平整,有一定的粗糙度和良好的柔软性,对无机玻璃有很好的粘结力、具有透明、耐热、耐寒、耐湿、机械强度高等特性,是当前世界上制造夹层、安全玻璃用的最佳粘合材料,受撞击时,可以吸收大部分撞击能量和冲击波压力,减缓玻璃外部压强,也能减少部分噪音,增塑剂是一种高分子材料助剂,可以增大聚合物的韧性,改善耐冲击性,降低聚合物的粘度,改善聚合物与其配料混合物的加工性,有助于液体与固体添加剂的分散性,增加制品的光泽透明度,增加聚合物与添加剂混料时的相容性,偶联剂为改善合成树脂与无机填充剂或增强材料的界面性能的一种塑料添加剂,能改善玻璃纤维和树脂的粘合性能,大大提高玻璃纤维增强复合材料的强度、电气、抗水、抗气候等性能,能改善填料在树脂中的分散性及粘合力,改善无机填料与树脂之间的相容性,改善工艺性能和提高填充塑料(包括橡胶)的机械、电学和耐气候等性能,能提高它们的粘接强度、耐水、耐气候等性能,有机硅聚合物为聚二甲基硅氧烷和聚甲基乙烯基硅氧烷中的一种,有机硅聚合物无味,透明度高,具有耐热性、分散性、耐寒性、黏度随温度变化小,透光性为透光率100%,可直接用于防潮绝缘,阻尼,减震,消泡,润滑,抛光,分散等方面,抗氧剂为受阻胺和受阻酚中的一种或两种,抗氧剂为无色产品,不会变黄,可以用于无色和浅色制品中,它的光稳定效果不随制品的厚度的减小而改变,特别适用于纤维、薄膜和薄带等制品,主要用于聚丙烯、聚乙烯,聚苯乙烯、 ABS 树脂、聚氨酯和聚酯等制品,延长塑料的抗冲强度的保留时间,烷烃为正庚烷、正己烷、正辛烷中的一种或几种,烷烃为是无色易挥发液体,是有机合成的原料,有机硅聚合物与聚乙烯接枝反应后的产物,不仅具有有机硅聚合物的耐热性、分散性、耐寒性、防潮绝缘、阻尼、减震、消泡、润滑、抛光等方面性能,有机硅聚合物的消泡性是由于有机硅聚合物表面张力较低,分散性能好,易吸附铺展在泡沫的液膜上,当有机硅聚合物铺展吸附在泡沫液膜上后,使泡沫液膜的局部表面张力降低,同时带走泡沫液膜临近液体,从而使泡沫变薄而破裂,因为铺展在泡沫的液膜上,也能起到抑泡的效果,消泡性能减少了夹层玻璃表面起泡,有机硅聚合物的分散性是指有机硅聚合物与聚乙烯接枝,提高了有机硅聚合物与聚乙烯界面相容性,是一种界面活性剂,均一分散那些难以互溶的无机,有机颜料的粉状物及液体颗粒,防止颗粒的沉降和凝聚,稳定所分散的物质,防止夹层玻璃没有分散均匀而导致夹层玻璃凹凸不平,影响产品的质量和夹层玻璃的美观性,也有聚乙烯的耐高温、耐低温性能,硅酸盐是以硅氧键为主链的结构,由于其结构的特殊性,硅酸盐具有耐高温、耐低温性能。聚乙烯化学稳定性较好,室温下可耐稀硝酸、稀硫酸、浓盐酸、氢氟酸、磷酸、甲酸、氨水、胺类、过氧化氢、氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾等溶液,所以具有耐化学腐蚀性,有机硅聚合物与聚乙烯接枝反应时产生极性极团如-OH、-O-等基团,当其和高分子基体共混后,一方面由于其分子链的运动能力较强,分子间便于质子移动,通过离子导电来传导和释放产生的静电荷,另一方面,抗静电能力是通过其特殊的分散形态体现的,高分子永久型抗静电剂主要是在制品表层呈微细的层状或筋状分布,构成导电性表层,而在中心部分几乎呈球状分布,形成所谓的“芯壳结构”,并以此为通路泄漏静电荷,因为高分子永久型抗静电剂是以降低材料体积电阻率来达到抗静电效果,提高夹层玻璃的抗静电性,在不加入有机硅聚合物改性聚乙烯的条件下,夹层玻璃的表面电阻相对较小,静电相对较高,时间越长,静电越大,对周围环境越造成危险,有机硅聚合物改性聚乙烯的接枝反应,提高了有机硅聚合物与聚乙烯的界面相容性,从而使改性聚乙烯耐高温、耐低温性能和耐化学腐蚀性,提高了夹层玻璃的使用寿命,不受外界温度影响,防止夹层玻璃变形,并且夹层玻璃的耐化学腐蚀性,防止夹层玻璃被化学试剂污染,有机硅聚合物与聚乙烯接枝反应时产生极性极团如-OH、-O-等基团,提高夹层玻璃的抗静电性,有机硅聚合物改性聚乙烯是一种高分子材料,具有抗噪音功能的吸声材料,吸噪音材料为具有空间立体结构,具有吸声功能的小分子物质,并且烷烃、抗氧剂、有机硅聚合物、聚乙烯均为无色物质,不会对玻璃的温致变色夹层玻璃的性能造成影响。
作为优化,温致变色夹层玻璃包括以下重量份数的组分:二氧化钒粉1份,二氧化钛粉0.5份,聚合物中间层85份,增塑剂13份,偶联剂1.5份,氧化铁粉0.3份,氧化铜粉0.3份,氧化镍粉为0.3份,有机硅聚合物改性聚乙烯60份,吸噪音材料5份,温致变色夹层玻璃采用此重量份数,可以使各组分之间,反应完全,温致夹层玻璃的优选厚度为0.38~3.04mm
作为优化,吸噪音材料优选硫酸钡和纳米碳酸钙,纳米碳酸钙经硬脂酸或脂肪酸处理,纳米活性碳酸钙的平均粒径为40nm,天然硫酸钡的平均粒径为8um,粒径小,并且具有一定的空间立体结构,在吸声反面有很好的效果。
一种温致变色夹层玻璃加工工艺,其特征在于,该温致变色夹层玻璃加工工艺包括以下步骤:
(1)有机硅聚合物改性聚乙烯的制备;
(2)取步骤(1)制得的有机硅聚合物改性聚乙烯和二氧化钛粉、二氧化钒粉、聚合物中间层、增塑剂、偶联剂、氧化铁、氧化铜粉、氧化镍粉、吸噪音材料于搅拌机中,搅拌均匀;
(3)将步骤(2)中的物质放入加热炉中加热;
(4)将步骤(3)中的物质挤出并涂覆;
(5)将步骤(4)挤出的物质烘干;
(6)将步骤(5)制得的物质冷却;
(7)将步骤(6)制得的物质放于两片玻璃之间;
(8)排出步骤(7)制得的物质中的气体;
(9)将步骤(8)中的物质放入空调环境中;
(10)将步骤(9)干燥的物质放入高压釜中,在一定温度一定压力条件下,制得成品。
作为优化,温致变色夹层玻璃加工工艺包括以下步骤:
(1)有机硅聚合物改性聚乙烯的制备,有机硅聚合物改性聚乙烯属于高分子物质,可以提高夹层玻璃抗噪音能力,消泡能力,也能提高夹层玻璃的均匀性,耐高、耐低温性
(a)将重量份数为1~5份有机硅聚合物与5~30份正庚烷在加热炉中加热至35~65℃,为制得有机硅聚合物接枝聚乙烯母料做准备;
(b)将步骤(a)中的物质进行搅拌至糊状物,通过搅拌使两种物质混合均匀;
(c)在步骤(b)中物质继续加入重量份数为1~3份有机硅聚合物与3~10份的聚乙烯于捏合机中捏合,为后续电子束光照做准备;
(d)对步骤(c)中的物质用烘箱烘干,为后续反应做准备;
(e)对步骤(d)的物质用能量大于2MeV的电子束辐照至35~70KGy,利用辐照技术使有机硅聚合物与聚乙烯产生接枝,利用接枝,改善界面相容性;
(f)将重量份数为5~20份聚乙烯放入双辊开炼机上塑化,塑化温度为140~160℃,塑化时间为20~40min,可以使各组分充分的分散,塑化均匀;
(g)将步骤(e)加入步骤(f)中进行混炼均匀,可以使各组分充分的分散,混炼均匀;
(h)向步骤(g)中加入重量份为15~20份有机硅聚合物和0.05~3份抗氧剂进行混炼,至混炼均匀,可以使各组分充分的分散,混炼均匀。
(2)取步骤(1)中的有机硅聚合物改性聚乙烯50~80份,二氧化钒粉0.3~2份,二氧化钛粉0.3~1份,聚合物中间层80~100份,增塑剂12.5~15份,偶联剂1~3份,氧化铁粉0.02~1份,氧化铜粉0.01~1份,氧化镍粉0.02~1份吸噪音材料3~16份于搅拌机中,搅拌均匀,搅拌速度为500~2000r/min,搅拌时间为5~20min,使各组分混合均匀,有利于反应的进行;
(3)将步骤(2)中制得的物质放入120~180℃加热炉中加热至熔融状态,加热时间为20~40min,加热至熔融状态,有利于物质进行挤出成形;
(4)将步骤(3)中的熔融物质挤出,并均匀涂覆于柔性金属箔上,均匀涂覆防止挤出的熔融物质厚薄不均匀;
(5)将步骤(4)涂覆的物质放入烘箱,在90~110℃温度条件下,高温烘烤烧结成膜后分离,得温致变色胶片,高温烘烤除水分,方便熔融物质成膜;
(6)将步骤(5)中的胶片冷却至30~40℃,将胶片自然冷却,方便后续实验的进行;
(7)将步骤(6)制得的胶片放于两片玻璃之间,所述胶片与两片玻璃大小相同,对胶片和两片玻璃进行检查,如果大小不一致,剪去多余部分,方便后续实验的进行;
(8)将步骤(7)中的玻璃与胶片一并放入真空箱内,抽气时间为5~10分钟,排出玻璃与胶片之间的气体,通过真空箱出去玻璃与胶片之间的气体,防止后续反应中,夹层玻璃之间有气泡;
(9)将步骤(8)中的物质放入空调环境中,保持温度为21~27℃,进一步除去水分,避免产生褶皱;
(10)将步骤(9)干燥的物质放入高压釜中,在压力为1.1MPa~1.5MPa,温度为120~150℃下,时间为20~50min的条件下,制成热致变色夹层玻璃,高压釜过程加固了胶片与玻璃之间的粘着力。
作为优化,步骤(2)中的搅拌速度为1000r/min,搅拌时间为10min,步骤(3)中放入160℃加热炉中,加热时间为35min,步骤(5)中烘箱温度为105℃,步骤(6)降温至35℃,所述(8)中抽气时间为8分钟,步骤(9)中温度为25℃,步骤(10)中压力为1.3MPa,温度为140℃下,时间为30min,在此优化条件下,制得的温致变色夹层玻璃的功能最好。
作为优化,有机硅聚合物改性聚乙烯及其制备方法的优化方案为:步骤(a)中将重量份数为2份有机硅聚合物与10份正庚烷在加热炉中加热至50℃;步骤(c)中加入重量份数为1.5份有机硅聚合物与5份的聚乙烯于捏合机中捏合;步骤(e)中能量5MeV的电子束辐照至50KGy;步骤(f)中将重量份数为15份聚乙烯放入双辊开炼机上塑化,塑化温度为150℃,塑化时间为30min;步骤(h)中重量份为18份有机硅聚合物和1份抗氧剂进行混炼,至混炼均匀。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明在温致夹层玻璃中,有机硅聚合物改性聚乙烯是一种高分子材料,具有抗噪音功能的吸声材料,加入有机硅聚合物改性聚乙烯和吸噪音材料为具有抗噪音功能的吸声材料,对噪音分贝有明显的改善,虽然夹层玻璃对噪音有一定的改善,但是晚上休息时,人们还是会受到干扰噪音的影响,通过加入有机硅聚合物改性聚乙烯,吸噪音材料,进一步降低分贝,提高睡眠质量,有机硅聚合物与聚乙烯接枝反应后的产物,不仅具有有机硅聚合物的耐热性、分散性、耐寒性、防潮绝缘、阻尼、减震、消泡、润滑、抛光等方面性能,有机硅聚合物的消泡性,分散性性能减少了夹层玻璃表面起泡、防止夹层玻璃没有分散均匀而导致夹层玻璃凹凸不平,影响产品的质量和夹层玻璃的美观性,也有聚乙烯的耐高温、耐低温性能,耐化学腐蚀性,有机硅聚合物与聚乙烯接枝反应时产生极性极团如-OH、-O-等基团,提高夹层玻璃的抗静电性,在不加入有机硅聚合物改性聚乙烯的条件下,夹层玻璃的表面电阻相对较小,静电相对较高,时间越长,静电越大,对人体造成危险,有机硅聚合物改性聚乙烯的接枝反应,提高了有机硅聚合物与聚乙烯的界面相容性,从而使改性聚乙烯耐高温、耐低温性能和耐化学腐蚀性,提高了夹层玻璃的使用寿命,不受外界温度影响,防止夹层玻璃变形,并且夹层玻璃的耐化学腐蚀性,防止夹层玻璃被化学试剂污染,有机硅聚合物与聚乙烯接枝反应时产生极性极团如-OH、-O-等基团,提高夹层玻璃的抗静电性,氧化铁粉可以吸收紫外线和部分可见光,氧化镍粉可以吸收红外线和部分可见光,CuO粉使玻璃对光线变得更加敏感,防止夹层玻璃随温度变化反应时间较长,调解缓慢,氧化铜粉、氧化镍粉、氧化铁粉的添加,增加对紫外线、红外线和可见光的吸收,减少紫外线、红外线和可见光的透过率,保护人们的身体安全,并且有机硅聚合物改性聚乙烯具有耐高温、耐低温性能,耐化学腐蚀性,消泡性,分散性、抗静电等性能,提高了夹层胶片的耐高温、耐低温性能,使夹层胶片不易变形,并且加入有机硅聚合物改性聚乙烯有消泡性和分散性,减少夹层玻璃的气泡,使夹层玻璃更美观,防止夹层玻璃凹凸不平影响产品的质量,并且烷烃、抗氧剂、有机硅聚合物、聚乙烯均为无色物质,不会对玻璃的温致变色夹层玻璃的性能造成影响。

为了更清楚的说明本发明提供的方法通过以下实施例进行详细说明,在以下实施例中制得的温致变色夹层玻璃的各指标的测试方法如下:
紫外线、红外线和可见光透光率:在同一光照条件下,林上科技LS183玻璃透过率测量仪;
噪音测试方法:关闭所有门窗,分贝仪距离1.5米测量;
消泡抑泡测定方法:泡沫液位法:在具有1ml刻度的200ml高形烧杯内,投入50ml夹层胶片样品,使用高速搅拌器以3000~4000r/min进行高速搅拌,测定搅拌时间为120秒时测定泡沫升高的时间;
夹层玻璃均匀性测试:精度为0.01mm的机械式测厚仪,保持样品在平整状态下进行测试,在横向平均取四点测量,取算术平均值,进行多次实验;
防静电检测方法:非接触静电场测试仪如TREK公司520型。
实施例1:
一种温致变色夹层玻璃,该温致变色夹层玻璃以重量份计:
两片普通玻璃,PVB膜材80份,二氧化钒粉0.3份,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯12.5份,乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷1份,聚二甲基硅氧烷接枝聚乙烯50份,硅灰石3份,二氧化钛粉0.3份,氧化铁粉0.02份,氧化铜粉0.01份,氧化镍粉0.02份。
一种温致变色夹层玻璃加工工艺,该温致变色夹层玻璃包括加工工艺以下步骤:
(1)有机硅聚合物改性聚乙烯的制备;
(a)将重量份数为2份有机硅聚合物10份正庚烷在加热炉中加热至50℃;
(b)将步骤(a)中的物质进行搅拌至糊状物;
(c)在步骤(b)中物质继续加入重量份数为1.5份有机硅聚合物与5份的聚乙烯于捏合机中捏合;
(d)对步骤(c)中的物质用烘箱烘干;
(e)对步骤(d)的物质用能量5MeV的电子束辐照至50KGy;
(f)将重量份数为15份聚乙烯放入双辊开炼机上塑化,塑化温度为150℃,塑化时间为30min;
(g)将步骤(e)加入步骤(f)中进行混炼均匀;
(h)向步骤(g)中加入重量份为18份有机硅聚合物和1份抗氧剂进行混炼,至混炼均匀。
(2)取步骤(1)中的聚二甲基硅氧烷接枝聚乙烯50份,二氧化钒粉0.3份,二氧化钛粉0.3份,PVB膜材80份,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯12.5份,硅灰石3份,乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷1份,氧化铁粉0.02份,氧化铜粉0.01份、氧化镍粉0.02份于搅拌机中,搅拌均匀,搅拌速度为500r/min,搅拌时间为5min;
(3)将步骤(2)中制得的物质放入120℃加热炉中加热至熔融状态,加热时间为20min,加热至熔融状态;
(4)将步骤(3)中的熔融物质挤出,并均匀涂覆于柔性金属箔上;
(5)将步骤(4)涂覆的物质放入烘箱,在90℃温度条件下,高温烘烤烧结成膜后分离,得温致变色胶片;
(6)将步骤(5)中的胶片冷却至30℃;
(7)将步骤(6)制得的胶片放于两片玻璃之间,所述胶片与两片玻璃大小相同;
(8)将步骤(7)中的玻璃与胶片一并放入真空箱内,抽气时间为5分钟;
(9)将步骤(8)中的物质放入空调环境中,保持温度为21℃;
(10)将步骤(9)干燥的物质放入高压釜中,在压力为1.1MPaMPa,温度为120℃下,时间为20min的条件下,制成热致变色夹层玻璃。
实施例2:
一种温致变色夹层玻璃,该温致变色夹层玻璃以重量份计:
两片普通玻璃,EVA膜材100份,二氧化钒粉2份,邻苯二甲酸二异辛酯15份,乙烯基三硅烷3份,聚甲基乙烯基硅氧烷接枝聚乙烯80份,碳酸钙16份,二氧化钛粉1份,氧化铁粉1份,氧化铜粉1份,氧化镍粉1份。
一种温致变色夹层玻璃加工工艺,该温致变色夹层玻璃包括加工工艺以下步骤:
(1)有机硅聚合物改性聚乙烯的制备;
(a)将重量份数为2份有机硅聚合物10份正庚烷在加热炉中加热至50℃;
(b)将步骤(a)中的物质进行搅拌至糊状物;
(c)在步骤(b)中物质继续加入重量份数为1.5份有机硅聚合物与5份的聚乙烯于捏合机中捏合;
(d)对步骤(c)中的物质用烘箱烘干;
(e)对步骤(d)的物质用能量5MeV的电子束辐照至50KGy;
(f)将重量份数为15份聚乙烯放入双辊开炼机上塑化,塑化温度为150℃,塑化时间为30min;
(g)将步骤(e)加入步骤(f)中进行混炼均匀;
(h)向步骤(g)中加入重量份为18份有机硅聚合物和1份抗氧剂进行混炼,至混炼均匀。
(2)取步骤(1)中的聚甲基乙烯基硅氧烷接枝聚乙烯80份,二氧化钒粉2份,二氧化钛粉1份,EVA膜材100份,邻苯二甲酸二异辛酯15份,碳酸钙16份,乙烯基三硅烷3份,氧化铁粉1份,氧化铜粉1份、氧化镍粉1份于搅拌机中,搅拌均匀,搅拌速度为2000r/min,搅拌时间为20min;
(3)将步骤(2)中制得的物质放入180℃加热炉中加热至熔融状态,加热时间为40min,加热至熔融状态;
(4)将步骤(3)中的熔融物质挤出,并均匀涂覆于柔性金属箔上;
(5)将步骤(4)涂覆的物质放入烘箱,在110℃温度条件下,高温烘烤烧结成膜后分离,得温致变色胶片;
(6)将步骤(5)中的胶片冷却至40℃;
(7)将步骤(6)制得的胶片放于两片玻璃之间,所述胶片与两片玻璃大小相同;
(8)将步骤(7)中的玻璃与胶片一并放入真空箱内,抽气时间为10分钟;
(9)将步骤(8)中的物质放入空调环境中,保持温度为27℃;
(10)将步骤(9)干燥的物质放入高压釜中,在压力为1.5MPa,温度为150℃下,时间为50min的条件下,制成热致变色夹层玻璃。
实施例3:
一种温致变色夹层玻璃,该温致变色夹层玻璃以重量份计:
两片普通玻璃,POE膜材85份,二氧化钒粉1份,二氧化钛粉0.5份,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯13份,γ-甲基丙烯酸丙酯基三甲氧基硅烷1.5份,氧化铁粉0.3份,氧化铜粉0.3份,氧化镍粉为0.3份,聚二甲基硅氧烷接枝聚乙烯60份,滑石粉5份。
一种温致变色夹层玻璃加工工艺,该温致变色夹层玻璃包括加工工艺以下步骤:
(1)有机硅聚合物改性聚乙烯的制备;
(a)将重量份数为2份有机硅聚合物10份正庚烷在加热炉中加热至50℃;
(b)将步骤(a)中的物质进行搅拌至糊状物;
(c)在步骤(b)中物质继续加入重量份数为1.5份有机硅聚合物与5份的聚乙烯于捏合机中捏合;

(3)将步骤(2)中制得的物质放入160℃加热炉中加热至熔融状态,加热时间为35min,加热至熔融状态;
(4)将步骤(3)中的熔融物质挤出,并均匀涂覆于柔性金属箔上;
(5)将步骤(4)涂覆的物质放入烘箱,在105℃温度条件下,高温烘烤烧结成膜后分离,得温致变色胶片;
(6)将步骤(5)中的胶片冷却至35℃;
(7)将步骤(6)制得的胶片放于两片玻璃之间,所述胶片与两片玻璃大小相同;
(8)将步骤(7)中的玻璃与胶片一并放入真空箱内,抽气时间为8分钟;
(9)将步骤(8)中的物质放入空调环境中,保持温度为25℃;
(10)将步骤(9)干燥的物质放入高压釜中,在压力为1.3MPa,温度为140℃下,时间为40min的条件下,制成热致变色夹层玻璃。
实施例4:

(1)取二氧化钒粉1份,二氧化钛粉0.5份,SGP膜材85份,邻苯二甲酸二异辛酯13份,γ-脲丙基三乙氧基硅烷1.5份,氧化铁粉0.3份,氧化铜粉0.3份,滑石粉5份,氧化镍粉0.3份于搅拌机中,搅拌均匀,搅拌速度为1000r/min,搅拌时间为10min;
(2)将步骤(1)中制得的物质放入160℃加热炉中加热至熔融状态,加热时间为35min,加热至熔融状态;
(3)将步骤(2)中的熔融物质挤出,并均匀涂覆于柔性金属箔上;
(4)将步骤(3)涂覆的物质放入烘箱,在105℃温度条件下,高温烘烤烧结成膜后分离,得温致变色胶片;
(5)将步骤(4)中的胶片冷却至35℃;
(6)将步骤(5)制得的胶片放于两片玻璃之间,所述胶片与两片玻璃大小相同;
(7)将步骤(6)中的玻璃与胶片一并放入真空箱内,抽气时间为8分钟;
(8)将步骤(7)中的物质放入空调环境中,保持温度为25℃;
(9)将步骤(8)干燥的物质放入高压釜中,在压力为1.3MPa,温度为140℃下,时间为40min的条件下,制成热致变色夹层玻璃。
实施例5:
一种温致变色夹层玻璃,该温致变色夹层玻璃以重量份计:
两片普通玻璃,PVB膜材85份,二氧化钒粉1份,二氧化钛粉0.5份,邻苯二甲酸二异辛酯、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯13份,N-β-(胺乙基)-γ-胺丙基-三甲氧基硅烷1.5份,氧化镍粉为0.3份,氧化铁粉0.3份,聚二甲基硅氧烷接枝聚乙烯60份,硫酸钡5份。
一种温致变色夹层玻璃加工工艺,该温致变色夹层玻璃包括加工工艺以下步骤:
(1)有机硅聚合物改性聚乙烯的制备;
(a)将重量份数为2份有机硅聚合物10份正庚烷在加热炉中加热至50℃;
(b)将步骤(a)中的物质进行搅拌至糊状物;
(c)在步骤(b)中物质继续加入重量份数为1.5份有机硅聚合物与5份的聚乙烯于捏合机中捏合;
(d)对步骤(c)中的物质用烘箱烘干;
(e)对步骤(d)的物质用能量5MeV的电子束辐照至50KGy;
(f)将重量份数为15份聚乙烯放入双辊开炼机上塑化,塑化温度为150℃,塑化时间为30min;
(g)将步骤(e)加入步骤(f)中进行混炼均匀;
(h)向步骤(g)中加入重量份为18份有机硅聚合物和1份抗氧剂进行混炼,至混炼均匀。
(2)取步骤(1)中的聚二甲基硅氧烷接枝聚乙烯60份,硫酸钡5份,二氧化钒粉1份,二氧化钛粉0.5份,PVB膜材85份,邻苯二甲酸二异辛酯、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯13份,N-β-(胺乙基)-γ-胺丙基-三甲氧基硅烷1.5份,氧化铁粉0.3份,氧化镍粉0.3份于搅拌机中,搅拌均匀,搅拌速度为1000r/min,搅拌时间为10min;
(3)将步骤(2)中制得的物质放入160℃加热炉中加热至熔融状态,加热时间为35min,加热至熔融状态;
(4)将步骤(3)中的熔融物质挤出,并均匀涂覆于柔性金属箔上;
(5)将步骤(4)涂覆的物质放入烘箱,在105℃温度条件下,高温烘烤烧结成膜后分离,得温致变色胶片;
(6)将步骤(5)中的胶片冷却至35℃;
(7)将步骤(6)制得的胶片放于两片玻璃之间,所述胶片与两片玻璃大小相同;
(8)将步骤(7)中的玻璃与胶片一并放入真空箱内,抽气时间为8分钟;
(9)将步骤(8)中的物质放入空调环境中,保持温度为25℃;
(10)将步骤(9)干燥的物质放入高压釜中,在压力为1.3MPa,温度为140℃下,时间为40min的条件下,制成热致变色夹层玻璃。
实施例6:
一种温致变色夹层玻璃,该温致变色夹层玻璃以重量份计:
两片普通玻璃,PVB膜材85份,二氧化钒粉1份,二氧化钛粉0.5份,邻苯二甲酸二异辛酯13份,β-(3,4-氧撑环己基)-乙基三甲氧基硅烷1.5份,氧化铜粉0.3份,氧化铁粉0.3份,聚甲基乙烯基硅氧烷接枝聚乙烯60份,二氧化硅5份。
一种温致变色夹层玻璃加工工艺,该温致变色夹层玻璃包括加工工艺以下步骤:
(1)有机硅聚合物改性聚乙烯的制备;
(a)将重量份数为2份有机硅聚合物10份正庚烷在加热炉中加热至50℃;
(b)将步骤(a)中的物质进行搅拌至糊状物;
(c)在步骤(b)中物质继续加入重量份数为1.5份有机硅聚合物与5份的聚乙烯于捏合机中捏合;

(2)取步骤(1)中的聚甲基乙烯基硅氧烷接枝聚乙烯60份,二氧化硅5份,二氧化钒粉1份,二氧化钛粉0.5份,PVB膜材85份,邻苯二甲酸二异辛酯13份,β-(3,4-氧撑环己基)-乙基三甲氧基硅烷1.5份,氧化铁粉0.3份,氧化铜粉0.3份于搅拌机中,搅拌均匀,搅拌速度为1000r/min,搅拌时间为10min;
(3)将步骤(2)中制得的物质放入160℃加热炉中加热至熔融状态,加热时间为35min,加热至熔融状态;
(4)将步骤(3)中的熔融物质挤出,并均匀涂覆于柔性金属箔上;
(5)将步骤(4)涂覆的物质放入烘箱,在105℃温度条件下,高温烘烤烧结成膜后分离,得温致变色胶片;
(6)将步骤(5)中的胶片冷却至35℃;
(7)将步骤(6)制得的胶片放于两片玻璃之间,所述胶片与两片玻璃大小相同;
(8)将步骤(7)中的玻璃与胶片一并放入真空箱内,抽气时间为8分钟;
(9)将步骤(8)中的物质放入空调环境中,保持温度为25℃;
(10)将步骤(9)干燥的物质放入高压釜中,在压力为1.3MPa,温度为140℃下,时间为40min的条件下,制成热致变色夹层玻璃。
实施例7:
一种温致变色夹层玻璃,该温致变色夹层玻璃以重量份计:
两片普通玻璃,EVA膜材85份,二氧化钒粉1份,二氧化钛粉0.5份,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯13份,γ-缩水甘油氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷、γ-脲丙基三乙氧基硅烷1.5份,氧化铜粉0.3份,氧化镍粉0.3份,聚甲基乙烯基硅氧烷接枝聚乙烯60份,碳酸钙、硫酸钡5份。
一种温致变色夹层玻璃加工工艺,该温致变色夹层玻璃包括加工工艺以下步骤:
(1)有机硅聚合物改性聚乙烯的制备;
(a)将重量份数为2份有机硅聚合物10份正庚烷在加热炉中加热至50℃;
(b)将步骤(a)中的物质进行搅拌至糊状物;
(c)在步骤(b)中物质继续加入重量份数为1.5份有机硅聚合物与5份的聚乙烯于捏合机中捏合;
(d)对步骤(c)中的物质用烘箱烘干;
(e)对步骤(d)的物质用能量5MeV的电子束辐照至50KGy;
(f)将重量份数为15份聚乙烯放入双辊开炼机上塑化,塑化温度为150℃,塑化时间为30min;
(g)将步骤(e)加入步骤(f)中进行混炼均匀;
(h)向步骤(g)中加入重量份为18份有机硅聚合物和1份抗氧剂进行混炼,至混炼均匀。
(2)取步骤(1)中的聚甲基乙烯基硅氧烷接枝聚乙烯60份,碳酸钙、硫酸钡5份,二氧化钒粉1份,二氧化钛粉0.5份,POE膜材85份,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯13份,γ-缩水甘油氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷、γ-脲丙基三乙氧基硅烷1.5份,氧化铜粉0.3份,氧化镍粉0.3份于搅拌机中,搅拌均匀,搅拌速度为1000r/min,搅拌时间为10min;
(3)将步骤(2)中制得的物质放入160℃加热炉中加热至熔融状态,加热时间为35min,加热至熔融状态;
(4)将步骤(3)中的熔融物质挤出,并均匀涂覆于柔性金属箔上;
(5)将步骤(4)涂覆的物质放入烘箱,在105℃温度条件下,高温烘烤烧结成膜后分离,得温致变色胶片;
(6)将步骤(5)中的胶片冷却至35℃;
(7)将步骤(6)制得的胶片放于两片玻璃之间,所述胶片与两片玻璃大小相同;
(8)将步骤(7)中的玻璃与胶片一并放入真空箱内,抽气时间为8分钟;
(9)将步骤(8)中的物质放入空调环境中,保持温度为25℃;
(10)将步骤(9)干燥的物质放入高压釜中,在压力为1.3MPa,温度为140℃下,时间为40min的条件下,制成热致变色夹层玻璃。
对比例1:
两片普通玻璃,PVB膜材85份,二氧化钒粉1份,二氧化钛粉0.5份,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯13份,γ-甲基丙烯酸丙酯基三甲氧基硅烷1.5份。
一种温致变色夹层玻璃加工工艺,该温致变色夹层玻璃包括加工工艺以下步骤:
(1)取二氧化钒粉1份,二氧化钛粉0.5份,PVB膜材85份,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯13份,γ-甲基丙烯酸丙酯基三甲氧基硅烷1.5份于搅拌机中,搅拌均匀,搅拌速度为1000r/min,搅拌时间为10min;
(2)将步骤(1)中制得的物质放入160℃加热炉中加热至熔融状态,加热时间为35min,加热至熔融状态;
(3)将步骤(2)中的熔融物质挤出,并均匀涂覆于柔性金属箔上;
(4)将步骤(3)涂覆的物质放入烘箱,在105℃温度条件下,高温烘烤烧结成膜后分离,得温致变色胶片;
(5)将步骤(4)中的胶片冷却至35℃;
(6)将步骤(5)制得的胶片放于两片玻璃之间,所述胶片与两片玻璃大小相同;
(7)将步骤(6)中的玻璃与胶片一并放入真空箱内,抽气时间为8分钟;
(8)将步骤(7)中的物质放入空调环境中,保持温度为25℃;
(9)将步骤(8)干燥的物质放入高压釜中,在压力为1.3MPa,温度为140℃下,时间为40min的条件下,制成热致变色夹层玻璃。
效果例1:下表1给出了采用本发明实施例1至7与对比例1在同一环境条件下的温致变色夹层玻璃的实验测试结果。

从表1中可以看出:实施例1至6与对比例1所得,加入有机硅聚合物改性聚乙烯,对噪音分贝有明显的改善,并且在不同的制备条件下,对噪音分贝的降低有不同的影响,尤其在实施例3的制备条件下,对干扰噪音降低效果最明显,加入氧化铜粉、氧化镍粉、氧化铁粉的添加,对紫外线光、红外线光、可见光的透过率均有所降低,从实施例4至7与对比例1可得,添加氧化铜粉,促进氧化铜粉与氧化铁粉对紫外线、红外线和可见光的吸收,减少紫外线、红外线和可见光的透过率,从实施例5至7与对比例1可得,在不添加氧化铁的条件下,紫外线的吸收率降低,在不添加氧化铜的条件下,红外线的吸收率降低。
效果例2:下表2给出了采用本发明实施例1至7与对比例1在同一环境条件下的温致变色夹层玻璃的实验测试结果。

从表2可以看出,从实验例1至7与比较例1所得,在不加入有机硅聚合物改性聚乙烯的条件下,制得的夹层玻璃厚度严重不均匀,导致的产品质量不容易达到合格,在加入有机硅聚合物改性聚乙烯后,由于改性聚乙烯具有分散性,夹层玻璃的厚度均匀性明显提高,得到实验要求的厚度标准,在不加入有机硅聚合物改性聚乙烯的条件下,夹层玻璃的表面电阻相对较大,静电相对较高,时间越长,静电越大,对人体造成危险,在加入有机硅聚合物改性聚乙烯时,因为有机硅聚合物与聚乙烯反应时产生极性极团如-OH、-O-等基团,提高夹层玻璃的抗静电性,实验例1至3与实验例4相比较可以看出,在加入有机硅聚合物改性聚乙烯,泡沫升高时间快,泡沫下降时间也快,升高越快,消泡性能越好,下降越快,抑泡性能越好,从而可以看出,经过改性的聚乙烯,具有消泡剂的功能。

Claims (6)

1.一种温致变色夹层玻璃加工工艺,其特征在于,该温致变色夹层玻璃加工工艺包括以下步骤:
(1)有机硅聚合物改性聚乙烯的制备;
(2)取步骤(1)制得的有机硅聚合物改性聚乙烯和二氧化钛粉、二氧化钒粉、聚合物中间层、增塑剂、偶联剂、氧化铁、氧化铜粉、氧化镍粉、吸噪音材料于搅拌机中,搅拌均匀;
(3)将步骤(2)中的物质放入加热炉中加热;
(4)将步骤(3)中的物质挤出并涂覆;
(5)将步骤(4)挤出的物质烘干;
(6)将步骤(5)制得的物质冷却;
(7)将步骤(6)制得的物质放于两片玻璃之间;
(8)排出步骤(7)制得的物质中的气体;
(9)将步骤(8)中的物质放入空调环境中;
(10)将步骤(9)干燥的物质放入高压釜中,在一定温度一定压力条件下,制得成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种温致变色夹层玻璃加工工艺,其特征在于,所述温致变色夹层玻璃加工工艺包括以下步骤:
(1)有机硅聚合物改性聚乙烯的制备;
(a)将重量份数为1~5份有机硅聚合物与5~30份正庚烷在加热炉中加热至35~65℃;
(b)将步骤(a)中的物质进行搅拌至糊状物;
(c)在步骤(b)中物质继续加入重量份数为1~3份有机硅聚合物与3~10份的聚乙烯于捏合机中捏合;
(d)对步骤(c)中的物质用烘箱烘干;
(e)对步骤(d)的物质用能量大于2MeV的电子束辐照至35~70KGy;
(f)将重量份数为5~20份聚乙烯放入双辊开炼机上塑化,塑化温度为140~160℃,塑化时间为20~40min;
(g)将步骤(e)加入步骤(f)中进行混炼均匀;
(h)向步骤(g)中加入重量份为15~20份有机硅聚合物和0.05~3份抗氧剂进行混炼,至混炼均匀;
(2)取步骤(1)中的有机硅聚合物改性聚乙烯50~80份,二氧化钒粉0.3~2份,二氧化钛粉0.3~1份,聚合物中间层80~100份,增塑剂12.5~15份,偶联剂1~3份,氧化铁粉0.02~1份,氧化铜粉0.01~1份,氧化镍粉0.02~1份,吸噪音材料3~16份于搅拌机中,搅拌均匀,搅拌速度为500~2000r/min,搅拌时间为5~20min;
(3)将步骤(2)中制得的物质放入120~180℃加热炉中加热至熔融状态,加热时间为20~40min;
(4)将步骤(3)中的熔融物质挤出,并均匀涂覆于柔性金属箔上;
(5)将步骤(4)涂覆的物质放入烘箱,在90~110℃温度条件下,高温烘烤烧结成膜后分离,得温致变色胶片;
(6)将步骤(5)中的胶片冷却至30~40℃;
(7)将步骤(6)制得的胶片放于两片玻璃之间,所述胶片与两片玻璃大小相同;
(8)将步骤(7)中的玻璃与胶片一并放入真空箱内,抽气时间为5~10分钟,排出玻璃与胶片之间的气体;
(9)将步骤(8)中的物质放入空调环境中,保持温度为20~27℃;
(10)将步骤(9)干燥的物质放入高压釜中,在压力为1.1MPa~1.5MPa,温度为120~150℃下,时间为20~50min的条件下,制成热致变色夹层玻璃。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种温致变色夹层玻璃加工工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中的搅拌速度为1000r/min,搅拌时间为10min,所述步骤(3)中放入160℃加热炉中,加热时间为35min,所述步骤(5)中烘箱温度为105℃,所述步骤(6)降温至35℃,所述步骤(8)中抽气时间为8分钟,所述步骤(9)中温度为25℃,所述步骤(10)中压力为1.3MPa,温度为140℃下,时间为30min。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种温致变色夹层玻璃加工工艺,其特征在于,所述聚合物中间层为PVB膜材、EVA膜材、POE膜材、SGP膜材中的一种,所述增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、邻苯二甲酸二异辛酯、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯中的一种或几种,所述偶联剂为乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷、乙烯基三硅烷、γ-甲基丙烯酸丙酯基三甲氧基硅烷、γ-胺丙基三乙氧基硅烷、N-β-(胺乙基)-γ-胺丙基-三甲氧基硅烷、β-(3,4-氧撑环己基)-乙基三甲氧基硅烷、γ-缩水甘油氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷、γ-脲丙基三乙氧基硅烷、γ-巯丙基三甲氧基硅烷中的一种或几种,所述有机硅聚合物改性聚乙烯为有机硅聚合物、聚乙烯、抗氧剂、烷烃接枝而成,所述有机硅聚合物为聚二甲基硅氧烷和聚甲基乙烯基硅氧烷中的一种,所述抗氧剂为受阻胺和受阻酚中的一种或两种,所述吸噪音材料为硅灰石、碳酸钙、滑石粉、硫酸钡、二氧化硅中的一种或几种。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种温致变色夹层玻璃加工工艺,其特征在于,所述温致变色夹层玻璃包括以下重量份数的组分:二氧化钒粉1份,二氧化钛粉0.5份,聚合物中间层85份,增塑剂13份,偶联剂1.5份,氧化铁粉0.3份,氧化铜粉0.3份,氧化镍粉为0.3份,有机硅聚合物改性聚乙烯60份,吸噪音材料5份。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种温致变色夹层玻璃加工工艺,其特征在于,所述吸噪音材料优选硫酸钡和纳米碳酸钙。
