2) and (3) a subcritical extraction procedure: improving the vacuum degree in the crushing subcritical extraction kettle; injecting an extraction solvent butane into the subcritical extraction kettle until a sample is completely immersed, heating by opening a hot water heating valve, controlling the temperature of 25 ℃ and the extraction pressure of 0.7MPa in the extraction kettle, extracting for 50 minutes, and repeatedly extracting for 2 times;
3) a desolventizing procedure: after extraction is finished, performing compressor desolventizing on the mixture, performing desolventizing when the pressure of an extraction tank is reduced to-0.05 MPa, opening a valve at the lower end of a separation kettle after desolventizing is finished, and collecting vegetable oil;
4) and (3) suction filtration: and carrying out suction filtration on the obtained plant seed oil to obtain the essential oil.
In example 3, the yield of the essential oil (mass percentage of the prepared essential oil to the total amount of the plant) was 15.89%.
Comparative example 1
The low-temperature extraction process of the herbal mouthwash provided by the comparative example comprises the following steps:
1) a pretreatment procedure: placing fructus Canarii albi, herba Agastaches, herba Menthae, herba Moslae, fructus Hippophae, Glycyrrhrizae radix, flos Chrysanthemi, flos Caryophylli, radix astragali, radix Codonopsis, rhizoma Gastrodiae, Corni fructus, Ganoderma, Carthami flos, herba Taraxaci, flos Lonicerae, rhizoma Polygonati Odorati and Prunellae Spica in a low temperature ventilated place, drying until the water content is 8%, removing core from fructus Canarii albi; placing the stoned Chinese olive, wrinkled gianthyssop herb, mint, Chinese mosla herb, sea buckthorn, dogwood, lucid ganoderma, fragrant solomonseal rhizome and liquoric root into a coarse herbal crushing cavity, and placing chrysanthemum, clove, safflower, astragalus, codonopsis pilosula, dandelion, selfheal, tall gastrodia tuber and honeysuckle flower into a fine herbal crushing cavity for synchronous crushing; sieving the crushed herbaceous plant powder, and increasing the vacuum degree in the crushing subcritical extraction kettle when the crushed herbaceous plant powder is sieved after the crushing is finished;
2) and (3) a subcritical extraction procedure: improving the vacuum degree in the crushing subcritical extraction kettle; injecting an extraction solvent butane into the subcritical extraction kettle until a sample is completely immersed, heating by opening a hot water heating valve, controlling the temperature of 18 ℃ and the extraction pressure of 0.5MPa in the extraction kettle, extracting for 39 minutes, and repeatedly extracting for 1 time;
3) a desolventizing procedure: after extraction is finished, performing compressor desolventizing on the mixture, performing desolventizing when the pressure of an extraction tank is reduced to-0.05 MPa, opening a valve at the lower end of a separation kettle after desolventizing is finished, and collecting vegetable oil;
4) and (3) suction filtration: and carrying out suction filtration on the obtained plant seed oil to obtain the essential oil.
The yield of the essential oil (mass percentage of the prepared essential oil to the total amount of the plant) obtained in this comparative example 1 was 6.67%.
In summary, the yields of essential oils of examples 1, 2 and 3 using the process parameters within the process range of the present application are much higher than the yield of essential oils of comparative example 1 using process parameters outside the process range of the present patent.
The embodiments described above are preferred embodiments of the present invention, but as aforementioned, it is to be understood that the invention is not limited to the forms disclosed herein, and is not to be construed as being limited to the exclusion of other embodiments, and may be used in various other combinations, modifications, and environments and is capable of changes within the scope of the inventive concept described herein, by the use of such teaching or by similar processes in the related art and by equivalents thereof, and that changes and modifications may be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention, which is intended to be covered by the appended claims.

Claims (3)

1. A herbal mouthwash is characterized by comprising Chinese olive, wrinkled gianthyssop herb, mint, Chinese mosla herb, sea buckthorn, liquorice, chrysanthemum, clove, astragalus root, dangshen, tall gastrodia tuber, dogwood, lucid ganoderma, safflower, dandelion, honeysuckle, fragrant solomonseal rhizome and selfheal; the low-temperature extraction process of the herbal mouthwash comprises the following steps:
1) a pretreatment procedure: placing fructus Canarii albi, herba Agastaches, herba Menthae, herba Moslae, fructus Hippophae, Glycyrrhrizae radix, flos Chrysanthemi, flos Caryophylli, radix astragali, radix Codonopsis, rhizoma Gastrodiae, Corni fructus, Ganoderma, Carthami flos, herba Taraxaci, flos Lonicerae, rhizoma Polygonati Odorati and Prunellae Spica in a low temperature ventilated place, drying until the water content is 7%, wherein removing core of fructus Canarii albi; then mixing the dried plants, putting the mixed plants into a crushing subcritical extraction kettle for crushing treatment, and sieving crushed herbal plant powder; wherein, the Chinese olive, the wrinkled gianthyssop herb, the mint, the elsholtzia, the sea-buckthorn, the dogwood, the lucid ganoderma, the radix polygonati officinalis and the liquorice which are denucleated are put into a coarse herbal crushing cavity, and the chrysanthemum, the clove, the safflower, the astragalus, the codonopsis pilosula, the dandelion, the selfheal, the gastrodia elata and the honeysuckle are put into a fine herbal crushing cavity for synchronous crushing;
2) and (3) a subcritical extraction procedure: improving the vacuum degree in the crushing subcritical extraction kettle; injecting an extraction solvent butane into the subcritical extraction kettle until a sample is completely immersed, heating, controlling the temperature of 20-30 ℃ and the extraction pressure of 0.6-0.8 MPa in the extraction kettle, extracting for 40-60 minutes, and repeatedly extracting for 2 times;
3) a desolventizing procedure: after extraction is finished, carrying out compressor desolventizing on the mixture, carrying out desolventizing when the pressure of an extraction tank is reduced to-0.05 MPa, and collecting the vegetable oil after the desolventizing is finished;
4) and (3) suction filtration: carrying out suction filtration on the prepared plant seed oil to obtain essential oil;
the crushing subcritical extraction kettle in the step 1) and the step 2) comprises a subcritical extraction kettle body and a frustum-shaped crushing mixing barrel, wherein a stirring shaft is arranged on the subcritical extraction kettle body, and the top end of the stirring shaft is externally connected with a driving motor; the subcritical extraction kettle is characterized in that an opening is formed in the top end of the subcritical extraction kettle body, the frustum-shaped crushing and mixing cylinder is installed on the opening, the stirring shaft penetrates through the opening and the crushing and mixing cylinder along a vertical center line, three groups of blades are installed on the part, penetrating through the crushing and mixing cylinder, of the stirring shaft, the crushing and mixing cylinder comprises an outer wall and an inner partition cylinder installed on the inner side of the outer wall, the inner partition cylinder is frustum-shaped, a plurality of groups of slots are formed in the inner partition cylinder, one end of each blade is installed on the stirring shaft, and the other end of each blade penetrates through the inner side face, close to the outer wall, of each slot; a fine herbal crushing cavity is formed at the inner side of the inner partition cylinder, and a coarse herbal crushing cavity is formed in the area between the inner partition cylinder and the outer wall; the blade comprises an inner side piece and two outer side pieces, the inner side piece is arranged on the inner side of the inner partition cylinder, and the outer side pieces are arranged between the inner partition cylinder and the outer wall; the width of the inner side piece is larger than that of the outer side piece; the horizontal height of the lowest end of the inner partition cylinder is higher than that of the lowest end of the outer wall, and the stirring shaft is further provided with a mixing blade which is positioned between the lower part of the lowest end of the inner partition cylinder and the upper part of the lowest end of the outer wall.
2. The herbal mouthwash of claim 1, wherein the bottom end of the outer wall is further provided with a 100 mesh screen.
3. The herbal mouthwash according to claim 2, wherein in step 1), when the grinding is finished and the screening is performed, the vacuum degree in the subcritical extraction kettle is simultaneously increased.
