The boarding mechanism 6 has the same structure as the boarding mechanism of the garbage transfer station, the main body is a track 6-2, and the end part is provided with a lifting ring 6-1; the hooks of the loading system 9 of the hook-arm garbage truck hook up the hanging ring 6-1, and drag the organic fertilizer collecting box to the hook-arm garbage truck; after getting on, the rail 6-2 is connected with the rail on the hook arm type car body.

The second fertilizer arm 8-3 comprises a second fertilizer spreading port sliding door 8-3-1, a second sliding door track 8-3-2, a second rocker wheel 8-3-3, a second rocker wheel bearing 8-3-4, a second fertilizer spreading port 8-3-5 and a second organic fertilizer inlet 8-3-6; the outlet of the organic fertilizer conveying channel 8-1 is connected with the organic fertilizer inlet II 8-3-6; the second fertilizer lifting auger 8-4 is used for conveying the organic fertilizer from the second organic fertilizer inlet 8-3-6 to the second fertilizer spreading inlet 8-3-5; the second fertilizer spreading opening sliding door 8-3-1 is matched with the second sliding door track 8-3-2, and nuts are welded on the second fertilizer spreading opening sliding door 8-3-1; the second shaking wheel 8-3-3 is connected with the second shaking wheel bearing 8-3-4 to form a rotating pair, threads on the surface of the second shaking wheel 8-3-3 are matched with nuts on the second fertilizer spreading opening sliding door 8-3-1 to form a spiral pair, and the second fertilizer spreading opening sliding door 8-3-1 is driven to move by rotating the second shaking wheel 8-3-3, so that the opening of the second fertilizer spreading opening 8-3-5 is controlled, and the fertilization amount is controlled.
The second fertilizer lifting auger 8-4 is a bidirectional auger, the organic fertilizer conveying channel 8-1 conveys organic fertilizer to the middle part of the second fertilizer application arm 8-3, and the second fertilizer lifting auger 8-4 can convey organic fertilizer to the two ends of the second fertilizer application arm 8-3 from the middle.
The working principle and the working flow of the application are as follows:
1. and (3) organic fertilizer collection:
the first step: placing a fertilizer collecting groove 4-6 on the organic fertilizer collecting box at a manure outlet of the livestock and poultry house, and enabling livestock and poultry manure to flow into the fertilizer collecting groove 4-6; or pouring the organic fertilizer and farmyard manure which are produced after fermentation, drying and other technical means into the fertilizer collecting tank 4-6.
And a second step of: starting a three-phase asynchronous motor 4-2, and driving a feeding auger 4-8 to rotate by the three-phase asynchronous motor 4-2, wherein the feeding auger 4-8 conveys the organic fertilizer in the fertilizer collecting tank 4-6 into the organic fertilizer storage box 1-4 until the organic fertilizer storage box 1-4 is completely filled.
2. And (3) the organic fertilizer transportation process:
the first step: the loading system 9 of the hook arm type garbage truck on the hook arm type garbage truck body hooks the organic fertilizer collection box fully loaded with the organic fertilizer onto the truck, and transports the organic fertilizer collection box to a destination;
and a second step of: the loading system 9 of the hook arm type garbage truck on the hook arm type garbage truck body jacks up the organic fertilizer collecting box, so that the organic fertilizer collecting box forms a certain angle with the ground;
and a third step of: the rear door plate 4-1 is opened by the door opening hydraulic cylinder 5, and the organic fertilizer flows out of the organic fertilizer storage box 1-4;
fourth step: after all the organic fertilizer in the organic fertilizer storage boxes 1-4 is poured out, the waterway flushing system 2 is started to clean the organic fertilizer collection boxes, so that the pollution to the environment is avoided.
3. The organic fertilizer spreading process comprises the following steps:
the first step: the loading system 9 of the hook-arm garbage truck on the hook-arm type truck body hooks the organic fertilizer collection box fully loaded with the organic fertilizer onto the truck, and transports the organic fertilizer collection box into a farmland;
and a second step of: the fertilizing arm drives the hydraulic cylinder 7-9 to spread the lateral fertilizing device 7, and a worker controls the spreading amount of the organic fertilizer by rotating the shaking wheel 7-2-7;
thirdly, performing the following steps; the first hydraulic cylinder 3-10-3 opens the box body outlet port door 3-10-2, and organic fertilizer in the organic fertilizer storage box 1-4 flows into the first fertilization arm 7-2 and the second fertilization arm 8-3;
fourth step: starting a first hydraulic motor 3-3 to drive a fertilization auger 3-8 to rotate, so as to accelerate the speed of organic fertilizer flowing into a first fertilization arm 7-2 and a second fertilization arm 8-3 from an organic fertilizer storage box 1-4;
fifth step: starting the hook arm type vehicle body and switching to a four-wheel drive mode;
sixth step: starting a hydraulic motor II 7-6 to drive a manure lifting auger I7-7 to rotate, and enabling the manure lifting auger I7-7 to apply the organic fertilizer in a fertilizer application arm I7-2 and a fertilizer application arm II 8-3 to farmlands;
seventh step: and opening the first fertilizing arm cover 7-8 and the second fertilizing arm cover 8-2, starting the waterway cleaning system 2, and cleaning the inside of the fertilizing arm.
The loading process, technology and principle of the organic fertilizer collecting box are the same as those of the existing hook arm type garbage truck. The dumping process, technology and principle of the organic fertilizer collecting box are the same as those of the existing hook arm garbage truck.
The application is applicable to the prior art where it is not described.
