(4) placing the treated silk floss sheet into a rotary closed container with a rupture membrane for swelling to obtain a swelling wet silk floss quilt; when puffing, the saturated steam pressure in the closed container is 0.08 Mpa; the closed container rotates at 15 r/min; when the saturated steam pressure in the closed container is increased to 0.5Mpa, the rupture disk is ruptured; the rupture membrane arranged on the rupture port cover of the closed container is ruptured, the silk floss piece is suddenly decompressed instantly and is subjected to air explosion, and then the rupture port is punched, so that the silk is expanded, and silk fibers are porous;

(7) combining the expanded dry silk floss piece and the treated goose down, and sewing by conventional method to obtain the expanded silk floss quilt, wherein the treated goose down is wrapped by the expanded dry silk floss piece at four sides, and referring to figure 1, the volume ratio of the expanded dry silk floss piece to the treated goose down is 100: 25, and the volume is the total volume.
The porosity and diameter of the silk fiber and single fiber prepared by the invention are measured and compared with the common tussah silk, and the results are shown in the following table:
the prepared expanded filament has single fiber void ratio of 26.32% without adding the polyureaformaldehyde; and (3) directly preparing a silk floss sheet without preparing the silk with holes, wherein the single fiber void ratio of the prepared expanded silk floss quilt is 28.56 percent.

Before and after treatment, the water contact angles of the goose down are respectively 132.8 degrees and 152.2 degrees, and the error of the five-point test method is less than 0.5 percent; if the enhancement liquid is not sprayed after the treatment liquid is sprayed, the water contact angle of the goose down is 146.1 degrees; if the goose down is heat treated under the conventional humidity after being sprayed, the water contact angle of the goose down is 142.3 degrees, and the error of a five-point (four corners + center) test method is about 3 percent.
