Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of light industrial textiles, and particularly relates to a preparation method of a hemp pepper cellulose modified fiber.
Background
The regenerated cellulose fiber product takes 100% pure natural materials as raw materials, is naturally biodegradable, free of additives, heavy metals and harmful chemicals, is compatible and non-irritant to skin, and is an environment-friendly green fiber with excellent performance. The fabric made of the fibers is more comfortable to wear; the dyeing beauty is better than that of cotton fiber; soft, plump and smooth hand feeling, excellent drapability and silky luster; the thermal stability and the light stability are high, and static electricity is not generated; the strength and the elongation can meet the requirements of most textiles, and the textile has better spinnability.
The plant Chinese medicinal extract contains various components beneficial to human body, and has multiple functions, such as capsaicin in fructus Zanthoxyli extract with antibacterial, antioxidant, pathogenic wind expelling, dampness removing, and antiaging effects. Various functional herbal extracts are fused into the fiber to modify the fiber, thereby not only playing the characteristics of the regenerated cellulose fiber, but also having the functions of the herbal extracts.
Most of the fibers with the modification function are prepared by adding plant extracts into regenerated cellulose fibers in a blending mode, the process needs to be in contact with strong acid and strong alkali environments in the production process, the extracts and the fibers can be damaged and destroyed, and the extracts can be partially lost in the fiber forming process; by means of injection before blending, if the extract is added too much, the spinnability of the fiber is affected, so that the prepared hemp cellulose fiber has high defect point, the physical property index of the fiber is deteriorated, the penetration and combination degree of the extract and the fiber are low, and the final fiber performance is affected.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing a preparation method of a zanthoxylum modified fiber, wherein the zanthoxylum extracted from zanthoxylum peel is successfully applied to regenerated cellulose fiber, the prepared fiber has high strength and good quality, and the zanthoxylum is grafted on the fiber, so that the fiber has the effects of bacteriostasis, antioxidation, wind dispelling, dehumidification and aging resistance.
In order to solve the technical problems, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:

Adding 20kg of softened water into 25L bucket, adding scouring agent with concentration of 20-50g/L and temperature of 50-80 deg.C, and stirring for 15 min; and then 1000g of the fiber is put into a water bucket for soaking at a bath ratio of 1:20 for 1h, after soaking, the fiber is taken out and washed with hot water for 1 time at 60 ℃, washed with cold water for 2 times and dehydrated for standby.
(2) Preparation of Pepper hemp extract solution
Adding 300g of water into a beaker, adding 120g of alcohol and 20g of polyvinyl alcohol, stirring, placing in a water bath kettle, heating to 52 ℃, adding 50g of benecine powder, stirring, keeping the temperature for 1 hour, standing for 2 hours, and filtering for 2 times by using a 200-mesh filter screen to obtain the benecine solution.
(3) Preparation of Pepper hemp cellulose fiber
Pouring the solution of the benicillin prepared in the step (2) into a pressure cooker, adding 20kg of softened water into the pressure cooker, stirring for 10 minutes, putting the fiber obtained in the step (1) into the pressure cooker, stirring uniformly, covering the pressure cooker, heating to 130 ℃, and preserving heat for 2 hours.
(4) Post-treatment of fibres
And (3) washing the fiber prepared in the step (3) for 3 times, then performing oiling treatment at the temperature of 75 ℃ for 30 minutes, and then drying to obtain the pepper hemp cellulose fiber, wherein the drying temperature is 120 ℃.
As an optimized scheme, the fibers in the step (1) are viscose fibers in a plum petal shape.
As an optimized scheme, the scouring agent in the step (1) is borax.
As an optimized scheme, the water bucket is an electric heating heat-preserving bucket.
As an optimized scheme, in the step (5), the oil treatment is performed by using a smooth soft finishing agent 8156 and an antistatic agent sodium butyrate.
By adopting the technical scheme, the invention has the following advantages:
(1) the preparation method of the fiber comprises the steps of soaking and boiling the fiber, and then carrying out high-temperature and high-pressure treatment on the prepared hemp cellulose solution and the boiled fiber to prepare the hemp cellulose fiber.
