Description

Digital printing process for back of chenille carpet
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of digital printing of textiles, in particular to a digital printing process for the back of a chenille carpet.
Background
The snow digital ink-jet printing is a non-contact and clean textile printing mode, and the processes of manuscript tracing, sheet making, net making, carving and the like in the traditional printing are abandoned, so that the method has the advantages of energy conservation and emission reduction, and is a new printing technology which is generally seen in the industry. The printing machine has the characteristics of high printing precision, short flow, small occupied area, quick response, energy conservation, less pollution and the like, and greatly meets the requirements of users on small batch, multiple colors and quick delivery. Moreover, the quality and style of the product can fully reflect people-oriented, achieve fashionable, personalized, high-tech and high-quality levels, and meet the requirements of special artware. At present, short carpet made of coral velvet, flannel and other materials is subjected to digital ink-jet printing, patterns with high definition, rich colors and even three-dimensional effects are endowed, the added value of products is greatly improved, and the selectivity of consumers is enriched.
The chenille carpet adopts superfine fiber and ZZS twisting weaving technology, so that the chenille carpet has special super-strong moisture absorption performance and easy decontamination performance, and the market is rapidly developed at home and abroad in the last decade. However, the chenille carpet has piles with different thicknesses and heights of 4-35 mm, and the pile fluctuation directions of the same carpet surface are also different, so the chenille carpet printing is commonly used in rotary screen and flat screen printing, and the pattern can only be limited to simple geometric patterns. If digital ink-jet printing is adopted, not only the outline of the pattern is not as good as that of a rotary screen and a flat screen, but also the subsequent infrared color fixing process is not easy to control and fluff is easy to scorch due to the difficulty in controlling the ink-jet amount.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a digital printing process for the back of a chenille carpet, which can obtain a digital printing process with soft picture, ink painting effect and scorched fluff prevention.
In order to solve the technical problem, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows: a digital printing process for the back of a chenille carpet comprises the following steps:
A. pre-treating;
preparing a pretreatment liquid, and dissolving a hydrophilic agent in water to obtain the pretreatment liquid;
soaking the chenille carpet to be jet-printed with pretreatment liquid;
squeezing the wetted chenille carpet with a roller;
centrifugally dewatering the extruded chenille carpet;
B. ink-jet printing;
carrying out ink-jet printing on the chenille carpet with the reverse side upward;
C. drying;
D. baking;
E. reduction cleaning;
preparing a reduction cleaning solution to clean the chenille carpet;
F. cleaning with hot water;
and then carrying out upper softening, cleaning, spin-drying and drying to obtain the product.
Preferably, the hydrophilic agent is TF-620, and the concentration of the pretreatment liquid is 5g/L to 10 g/L. The concentration of the pretreatment liquid influences the dye length in the chenille carpet fluff, and the length of each fluff is controlled from the lower end to 2/3 of the whole fluff length to the whole length by selecting the concentration of the pretreatment.
Preferably, the fluid carrying rate of the chenille carpet after centrifugal dewatering in the step a is 30 to 50%. Wherein the content of the first and second substances,
wet pick-up ═ 100% (chenille carpet wet weight-chenille carpet dry weight)/chenille carpet dry weight;
the invention controls the dye diffusion distance by controlling the liquid carrying rate, and is beneficial to obtaining clear patterns.
Preferably, the step B adjusts an ink density curve of the ink-jet printing machine, and the ink-jet amount is adjusted to be 100-200%; printing using 4Pass mode. The invention uses higher ink-jet quantity, and matches with a 4Pass printing mode, the dye is fully diffused into the interior of each plush, thereby being beneficial to dyeing a carpet with uniform dyeing and ensuring the printing effect.
Preferably, infrared rays are used for drying in the step C, the drying temperature is 170-195 ℃, and the drying time is 10-20 min; and C, drying until the weight of the chenille carpet is not changed, drying the carpet manufactured by the method by adopting the process and the parameters, so that the fluff is protected from being burnt, the upper end of each fluff corresponds to the lower end of the fluff and the color of the base cloth, and a hazy picture effect is obtained.
Preferably, the temperature of the step D is 175 ℃ to 195 ℃ and the time is 4 to 10 min. The invention realizes the complete color development of the dye on the carpet by controlling the matching of the temperature and the time in the baking process, is beneficial to obtaining bright color, and prevents carpet fluff from being scorched and hardened along with the rise of the temperature to influence the hand feeling of the carpet.
Further preferably, the temperature of the step D is 190 ℃ and the time is 6 min. The carpet obtained by the invention is bright in color and soft in hand feeling.
Preferably, the reducing cleaning solution in the step E comprises the following substances in a weight ratio of each substance to the chenille carpet:
2% of white land stain resistant agent;
2% of sodium hydrosulfite;
NaOH 2%;
the bath ratio is 1: 30;
the water temperature is 60 ℃ to 80 ℃.
The baked chenille carpet is subjected to reduction cleaning through the solution, so that the washed dye is prevented from being stained on the surface of the carpet again to influence the color and the pattern of the carpet.
Preferably, the water temperature in the step F is 60-80 ℃ and the time is 4-6 min. By controlling the temperature and time of the hot water washing, the substances remained on the carpet in the reduction washing process are further cleaned, and the method is favorable for obtaining the cleaning degree and quality of the carpet.
The length of the pile of the chenille carpet is preferably 1 to 1.5 cm. The method is suitable for processing the chenille carpet with the length of the fluff of 1-1.5 cm, and because the fluff is in a vertical state, the method is favorable for gradually dyeing the dye from the lower end of the fluff to the upper end of the fluff, and is favorable for obtaining the digital printing carpet with hazy effect.
By adopting the technical scheme, the invention has the beneficial effects that: according to the invention, by controlling the printing process of the chenille carpet, digital printing is carried out from the back of the chenille carpet, the selection of the process conditions of pretreatment of soaking hydrophilic pretreatment liquid, ink-jet printing, drying, baking, reduction cleaning and hot water cleaning is combined, the surface tension of aqueous solution in the chenille carpet is reduced, the dyeing length of chenille carpet fluff from the lower end to the upper end is controlled by matching with the spraying from the back of the chenille ground mat, the condition that dye enters the inside of each fluff is controlled, the dyeing length of each fluff is ensured to be the same, the dyeing is uniform, and the dyeing process of each fluff from the lower end to the upper end is matched.
Meanwhile, the chenille carpet prepared by the invention has the characteristics of higher color fastness, no fading after multiple times of washing.
Thereby achieving the above object of the present invention.
